Hotel NH Collection Milano President

Me and my wife's 5 - day stay at NH Collection President Milano was truly exceptional. The highlight was for sure the breakfast. Incredible selection, geeat dispaly and constantly replenished. Great way to start the day!||The service, espeicallly in the morning, was outstanding. Carmen and her team made you feel like home, always attentive and professional. Carmen herself deserves a special mention ! Very warm and kind which really stands out when working in hospitality. You can tell she leads by example and her whole team mirrors her to the detail.||The entire hotel staff went above and beyond for us, no matter how silly my wife's requests were! . From reception to housekeeping, the service was spotless.||Thanks to Carmen, her team and to the wider staff for making us feel taken care of and at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent service and an outstanding breakfast experience.

We stayed at this hotel in August and apart from being given the wrong room the first day which was corrected the next day the location, staff and service at the hotel was a great choice while staying in Milan. I would like to mention Nina at reception who was always so helpful with advice and information and we ate at the restaurant at the hotel twice and the food and service was amazing. It is within walking distance to the Duomo Cathedral and the Galleria Victoria Emanuele Arcade in Milan which has a great variety of shops and places to eat. I would stay at this hotel again as they really care about their guests having an enjoyable stay while in Milan.

Great experience in a super-well located hotel, next to the heart of Milano city. Accomodation was very comfortable. Ecxcellent cleanliness, well equiped bathroom and independent dressing room with good space to hang clothes.

I just had to take a moment to brag about the fantastic service at NH Collection Milano! Our dinner experience was beyond remarkable, largely thanks to the exceptional duo of Alessandro and Dario. Their dedication to providing outstanding service was truly impressive. Now, let's talk about the food! The pulpo was absolutely divine, and the Milanese veal cutlet was the best I've ever tasted. But what made our visit truly special was their extraordinary attention to detail. When they noticed my young child, who is on the spectrum, was having a tough time, they took it upon themselves to brighten his evening. They stopped everything to bring him two adorable teddy bears, which instantly made him smile and feel comfortable. As if that wasn't enough, they even added a few chocolates for the kiddos at dessert—such a thoughtful touch! I can't express how grateful I am to Alessandro and Dario for their kindness and care. If you're looking for both incredible food and a team that genuinely cares about their guests, NH Collection Milano is the place to be. Bravo to the entire team for making our evening unforgettable!

Very very pleasant hotel with elegant design and at 5 min walk from the great Milan Duomo The staff are so nice and with a lot of hospitality. Breakfast is rich and healthy As a nice gesture we have gotten a complementary plate of fruits and chocolate from Carmen the lady in charge of the service. Definitely a recommend place to stay in Milan

Do NOT stay here is you have any allergies or asthma that is triggered by strong perfumes/scents. At this hotel, they pipe a scented air freshener throughout the hotel through their ventilation system which is very, very strong smelling. The only saving grace was they allowed us to cancel and gave us a full refund after checkin. .

We stayed here for just one day with our family, and it was absolutely wonderful! We’ve experienced many NH Collection properties before, but this was by far the best in terms of service — truly 5-star level. It was our first family vacation with our baby, and everything went so smoothly. Omar at the reception was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. He made check-in a breeze and even arranged a late check-out for us, which we truly appreciated. The General Manager should be proud to have such an amazing team member! But it wasn’t just Omar — every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Breakfast was superb, and Ysabella also took great care of us during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was such a lovely stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again!
