Hotel NH Collection Palacio de Aranjuez

The location of this hotel opposite the Royal Palace was absolutely phenomenal. The area around the Palace was so beautiful. The hotel was 5 star luxury at really affordable prices. It had a beautiful fragrance when you entered. Very welcoming. Great modern bedroom with huge bed. Had a bath as well as a shower room. This hotel is worth a visit

Great staff. Very friendly. Room was large overlooking the palace (and huge tree in the way!) and very comfortable. Nice lobby and bar which opens at six. Very quiet and an antidote to drive around Madrids congested motorway systems. The shower was modern and clean but the water only is lukewarm .. disappointing . Don’t let it put you off. We loved it.

Really welcoming team. Sets the standard all others in this chain should aspire to! Great breakfast. Good rooms excellent shower, but beds too hard! Genuinely dog friendly rather than dog tolerant. Convenient easy access if traveling across Spain.

We liked: ||The spacious room, the nice view towards the castle. The secure private parking. The barfood and the extremely friendly service in the bar.||The nice breakfast.||What did we not like: The difficult "light system" in our room. The room was too warm to sleep, no possibilty to have temperature lower than 20,5 C.||The (not existing) service during breakfast.||Last but not least, the daily fee for our dog. Yes, for sure we knew thus before, but 35 Euros per night for our 3kg dog who does not leave a single hair (maltese) is really a lot, also if I see it in percentage tonthe rate for the double room with view including breakfast (160 Euros).||||||||||||

Excellent hotel. Great experience! Across the street from the Palace. Also offer great buffet breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Gem of a hotel. Excellent service. The front desk staff have an air of elegance and are thoroughly prepared. The dinner waiter is superb. In the U.S. he would be top 1%.

While the hotel is in the best location in town, bar none and it was once a gorgeous renovated palace, today it is very tired and in dire needs of freshening up. Compared to other NH hotels, it is subpar: rooms are lacking spare blankets (available upon request), valet, bathrobes. We had to request sheets to be changed as they were stained. Service is adequate, nothing more. No recognition of frequent/repeat guests. All of this will make me find alternative accommodations next time I am in the area. I cannot recommend it.
