NH Collection Palazzo Verona (Verona, Veneto) 4 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"NH Collection Palazzo Verona, true to its word, occupies a 14th-century palazzo in Verona’s historic city center. But even the 14th-century elements are practically recent renovations — ancient Roman elements are still visible, preserved by the hoteliers and proudly on display. The result is perfectly Italian: two thousand years of history as a backdrop to modern furniture, contemporary design, and up-to-date boutique-style luxury hospitality." - Tablet Hotels

Beautiful 5 *hotel tucked away but right in the centre of the historic city centre. NH Colkection is close to the main shopping street, and two main piazzas, as well as the river. The bedroom was large, with a desk, chair and small sofa. (Which is great for those on business trips or anyone working as I was). The room was well stocked with a coffee machine, kettle and mini-bar and free water. The bed was enormous and very cosy. The windows did a splendid job at keeping the noise out. The bathroom was lovely too, but did smell rather damp, and unpleasant due to not having a window. Also the shower was in a deep bath and not easy to get in or out of. A person with limited mobility would definitely find it really challenging. The breakfast offered was of superb quality and there was so much choice. The staff were so cheerful and polite. Reyal couldn’t do enough for us and was very attentive and friendly. We would definitely book NH Collection again

Excellent and comfortable rooms. As a Marriott regular Titanium member I chose this property even though I have no status with this hotel. Yet I was treated even better here using my AMEX benefit. A special mention to Reyal. We only had breakfast one morning during our stay. His staff at breakfast is fantastic. He asked us often if we needed anything and offered a top level of service found in a 5 star hotel. Very much a solid choice for us in Verona and we will return again.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Verona. The reception staff were so welcoming and very helpful. They provided a detailed map of Verona and gave us information about local sites to visit. This elegant and luxurious hotel has a very interesting history and we enjoyed wonderful breakfasts in the dining room. |We were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary and on our arrival a delicious celebration dessert was delivered to our room (see photo). This was such a lovely personal touch. |Thank you to all the team at NH Collection Palazzo Verona for making our stay so special!

A delightful hotel in the centre of Verona, handy for the old city and all the popular tourist sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay. A huge range of breakfast items was offered, so we tried different options each morning! Apart from hot items (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage) there were salad items, fruit, yogurts, cheeses, cereals, breads, pastries and cakes... you name it, it was there. Staff were extremely efficient and friendly, and Reyal greeted us cheerily each morning. Reception staff, too, were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom. Will definitely stay here again if we revisit Verona!

Everything was exceptional. All staff were friendly and always willing to speak and say hello. The breakfast was ideal for our family with a young child. Room was spacious. Great location to walk to all the attractions and bus stop nearby for access to the train station. Would recommend and if we visit Verona again we will return to this hotel.

Perfectly located hotel with nice and friendly staff. Beds and pillows are comfortable which NH Hotels seem to always have. Our room was facing a small courtyard so therefore it was quiet and away from the street noise which we liked. We stayed one night and would return because we like the location. One thing to point out is that the price per night can fluctuate depending on supply and demand. We were attending a concert at the arena and the rates were double so book early to avoid over paying. |Overall a great choice in Verona.

My friend and I stayed there for a week, first time in Verona, and let me tell you.. it won't be the last. What an amazing property but even more amazing are the people working there. Starting from Giuseppa at Reception, to Alessandro working at the Bar & the description of kindness - Reyal who does breakfast, you're all art of service. We had the pleasure to meet their lovely GM and she was an absolute lady. As a person who works in the industry for more than 15 years, you MUST stay here.

I’ve recently stayed at the MH collection hotel in Verona and had a fantastic experience. I thought the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I felt like that hotel was an equivalent to a full service hotel based in the United States. I especially appreciated the communal spaces so that our group of 15 could socializein the bar area, in the lobby and on the outside patio. The design of the hotel was bright and modern.||Of particular note was the staff who were all outstanding and too many people to name by name. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional and very eager to help. My staff members whose name I remember is Ludovico the bartender who took such care and precision in crafting each of our craft cocktails. Our group was so large that he and Alessandra stayed an hour later to finish our drink orders and did so with smiles and enthusiasm.||Sylvia at the concierge‘s desk was exceptional. She began helping me with choosing restaurants and venues well in advance of our visit and was instrumental in securing dinner recommend recommendations and reservations.||Francesca and her colleagues at the front desk all insured that we had adequate transportation to the wedding we needed to attend 30 minutes away and securing taxis for our large group during our three day stay. Everyone was professional, friendly, and eager to help. They’re also multilingual so I think they have all possible languages covered at the front desk||The location near the Piazza Del Irma was centrally located and within walking distance to great shopping, live music and fantastic restaurants. The Juliet balcony was approximately half a mile away. The hotel location is lively but the hotel itself is far enough from the main crowd so that you can get a good nights sleep without noise disturbances||My only comment is the air conditioning unit was a challenge to figure out. I tried to Google the instructions and then ultimately it was cool enough to sleep with the windows open and that was pleasant. Also if you have mobility challenges I would suggest requesting a shower only room and not a room with a bathtub shower combination. It took some maneuvering to get into the bathtub to take a shower. It was not a complaint of the younger travelers but the more seasoned travelers Were wary of stepping into the bathtubs.||Overall, I highly recommend the NH collection Verona hotel. The staff is amazing, the location is fantastic and the venue is absolutely a vibe. Thank you for making my stay in Verona memorable||helpful everyone was. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!
