Hotel NH Collection Palazzo Verona

Our room was a superior room with breakfast. The furnishings were very nice. There was a Lavazza coffee maker and a fridge, a desk area and a closet with a light. The bathroom was also well appointed. The breakfast was very well done with a typical European breakfast but on a grand scale. There were 6 types of juice and many types of pastries. There was inside and outside seating and the waiter kept us supplied with coffee. The surprise was the Roman ruins in the basement which could be seen through "windows" in the floor of the serving area.

We had the most wonderful stay at the NH Palazzo in Verona. Location could not be better. Our room was nice and spacious. The interior of the hotel was outstanding and with a warm atmosphere. The staff was extremely serviceminded - our topclass waiter Reyal was so special and helpful and really deserves to be mentioned. A pricy stay? Well slightly but the hotel is absolutely to be recommended!

The hotel's location is fantastic, and its unique charm, highlighted by beautiful cultural elements and an art deco ambiance, adds to the experience. We will undoubtedly return.

We had a truly wonderful stay at NH Collection Palazzo Verona. The hotel is housed in a stunning historic building with classic architecture that adds so much charm and character to the experience. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Verona, just a short walk from everything. Our room was spotless, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. The service throughout our stay was excellent—friendly, responsive, and professional. A particular highlight was the outstanding breakfast. Reyal and Uliana made each morning special by welcoming us with freshly squeezed orange juice and remembering our preferences from the day before. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel so well looked after. The hot pancakes and the omelette with a side of fresh salad were absolutely delicious! The only thing missing for us was a gym, which would have been a nice addition—but everything else was truly impeccable. Special thanks again to Reyal and Uliana for making our stay so memorable. We’d love to return!

Almost everything was great - room-bed, restroom w nice shower (extra bath tub) As titanium level I got an upgrade. Really nice set up and lovely ambient in whole hotel Staff very nice, efficient, friendly….. Only issue it was AC (air conditioner) , sometimes hallway close to room was much cooler than our room.

I was most surprised to find the hotel is much prettier in person than the photos. It's an elegant mix of an historic palazzo with Roman ruins, and tastefully modern updates. It also felt very serene with many nice places to relax. The location was as good as it gets, everything was easily accessible and convenient to drop off stuff as we explored the city. The restaurant was gorgeous, although we did not have a chance to eat dinner in there. The breakfast array had all our favorites with a generous selection of options, including seating inside or out. We were a last minute reservation, so we did not have a pick of rooms, although our suite had just enough space for two, but the view was of a building wall and not much else. For my teenage daughter and me, the clear glass wall in the shower facing the bedroom was a bit challenging to navigate privacy and middle-of the night light blasts - a shade would have helped. We also both would have prefered a clear full-length mirror that was not smoked. Otherwise a lovely stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The beds and pillows are of excellent quality. The service from all staff was friendly and professional always|Amazing selection for breakfast,hot and cold. Nothing is too much trouble.Hotel is modern built on foundations of Roman building which can be seen via glass or a visit underneath the hotel. A true Palazzo.

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast served was delicious. The staff all friendly and very accommodating. Added bonus -windows to Roman ruins in the floor of the breakfast area!
