Hotel NH Collection Palazzo Verona

Our stay at the NH Collection Verona was truly outstanding. While the hotel itself is stunning, it was the high caliber of the staff and their commitment to guest satisfaction that made our visit so memorable.||From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with sincere warmth. The staff immediately took care of our luggage, allowing us to transition into "vacation mode" instantly. Beyond the logistics, the team provided excellent local suggestions that helped us enjoy the very best of Verona. It felt like having a knowledgeable local friend guiding our itinerary.||The true mark of a five-star hotel is how they handle mistakes. We were accidentally charged for breakfast on one of the days; however, the moment we brought it to the staff's attention, they handled it with total professionalism. They apologized sincerely and processed the refund immediately without any hassle. This level of transparency and efficiency is rare and much appreciated.||The accommodations were flawless—beautifully appointed, stylish, and incredibly cozy. It served as a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. Even our departure was seamless; the staff promptly arranged our luggage and coordinated our transport to the train station, ensuring a stress-free end to our trip.||NH Collection Verona combines a beautiful physical space with a proactive, kind, and professional team. We felt valued throughout our entire stay and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Magnificent hotel in the old city centre, a combination of modern and old. The hotel's interior space is very interesting and historical, and it gives an aristocratic, royal ambience. The room was spacious. Breakfast was a combination of buffet and service (for coffee and eggs). Value added to the hotel is private parking, which is almost impossible to have in the old city of Verona, so in comparison to the other Italian hotels, everything was on the highest level. Also, I need to mention the extraordinarily nice man at breakfast, who was in charge of everything; he was very, very kind and sympatic. We will come back again to his hotel next time when we come to Verona.

Everything was exceptional. All staff were friendly and always willing to speak and say hello. The breakfast was ideal for our family with a young child. Room was spacious. Great location to walk to all the attractions and bus stop nearby for access to the train station. Would recommend and if we visit Verona again we will return to this hotel.

Excellent and comfortable rooms. As a Marriott regular Titanium member I chose this property even though I have no status with this hotel. Yet I was treated even better here using my AMEX benefit. A special mention to Reyal. We only had breakfast one morning during our stay. His staff at breakfast is fantastic. He asked us often if we needed anything and offered a top level of service found in a 5 star hotel. Very much a solid choice for us in Verona and we will return again.

Rooms were comfortable. We had two for our family of 4. Verona is picturesque. Breakfast was fantastic..we had sunny side eggs each morning and omelettes served by Reyal. He was very attentive and catered for our needs each morning. Thankyou

A great place to stay with an amazing atmosphere of another time!!! Romantic and nostalgic!! Confortable rooms right in downtown Verona. And the most important, a perfect breakfest with the entertainning and enthusiastic Reyal and his kind attention, an expirence I’d definetley look forward repeating.

Location is good in old town close to everything and rather accessible by car. Valet parking. They also have a garage|Big bathroom, good shower. Big bed, but a bit unstable (on wheels).|Elevators can barely fit 2 persons. |In some public spaces ypu can see a hint of an old building, otherwise there is not much of a palace. |Standard breakfast.

Incredible hotel. All employees very helpful and efficient. Mr. Reyal (at the breakfast) was outstanding! He was very happy to serve us and to provide the best possible experience.
