This property are must-try to stay when you visit Verona. As GHA Titanium, I am very satisfied and by far this is the most plesant stay all along my first year as GHA Titanium. The Front Desk is very helpful and welcoming, got upgraded to Suite and then always after our dinner time, the housekeeping staff added 2 extra water bottle for each one of us (Such a gesture usually in Five Star Hotels) + Welcoming Cake. The Room is clean and pretty. Amenities are nice and the coffee also delicious. The location is one of the winning points that almost everything is within walking distance. This hotel will definitely be my first choice in Verona. Superb Staff Service = Well Done to the Management !!

Excellent and comfortable rooms. As a Marriott regular Titanium member I chose this property even though I have no status with this hotel. Yet I was treated even better here using my AMEX benefit. A special mention to Reyal. We only had breakfast one morning during our stay. His staff at breakfast is fantastic. He asked us often if we needed anything and offered a top level of service found in a 5 star hotel. Very much a solid choice for us in Verona and we will return again.

Magnificent hotel in the old city centre, a combination of modern and old. The hotel's interior space is very interesting and historical, and it gives an aristocratic, royal ambience. The room was spacious. Breakfast was a combination of buffet and service (for coffee and eggs). Value added to the hotel is private parking, which is almost impossible to have in the old city of Verona, so in comparison to the other Italian hotels, everything was on the highest level. Also, I need to mention the extraordinarily nice man at breakfast, who was in charge of everything; he was very, very kind and sympatic. We will come back again to his hotel next time when we come to Verona.

Everything was exceptional. All staff were friendly and always willing to speak and say hello. The breakfast was ideal for our family with a young child. Room was spacious. Great location to walk to all the attractions and bus stop nearby for access to the train station. Would recommend and if we visit Verona again we will return to this hotel.

We had the most fantastic breakfast with the lovely Reyal waiter, who took care of all are needs and even more. Thank you 🙏🏼|The room is lovely, clean specious with a big bathroom.|We are located in the centre of everything it’s just great.|We will definitely choose to come back again.
