Hotel NH Collection Prague Carlo IV

We stayed at the NH hotel for five nights, before our arrival we received exceptional service. We had several requests in advance, and the reception team handled each one quickly, professionally, and with impressive efficiency — truly outstanding service. Throughout our stay, we felt how dedicated the staff was to making our experience perfect. 24/7, everyone was ready to assist with anything we needed, always with a smile and genuine willingness to help. The breakfast was amazing rich, varied, and beautifully presented. You can even ask the chef to prepare special dishes from the morning menu, everything was fresh and incredibly delicious. The background music and live saxophone player created a wonderful morning atmosphere. The hotel facilities and spa were excellent, spotless, and very inviting, we spent quite a bit of time enjoying them. Our room was also fantastic , comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. In summary: 1. The hotel staff does an outstanding job — truly exceptional service. 2. The hotel is beautifully maintained and spotless. 3. Breakfast is simply perfect, with personalized dishes and charming live music. 4. The hotel’s location is excellent — convenient, peaceful, and close to everything.

We stayed at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV in early December for the Christmas markets, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. I travel a lot, and this has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s ultra luxurious, and the hospitality and customer service are truly above and beyond.||||From the moment we arrived, the staff did everything they could to make our stay memorable and special. A huge thank you to Eduardo, Lenka and Yousif for their extra care, they made such a difference to our trip.||||The breakfast was outstanding, with so many delicious options to choose from, and there was even live music which made the whole experience feel magical. The hotel itself is stunningly designed, looks like a place! If you can, I highly recommend booking a room in the Historical Wing. Ours was very spacious and had every facility we needed.||||The spa is another highlight. It’s beautifully designed with four jacuzzis, a steam room and a sauna. It was never crowded, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring the Christmas markets.||||This hotel made our entire Prague experience feel like a fairytale. I would highly, highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel exceeded expectations with its wonderful service and atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the overall vibe was fun and pleasant. The breakfast was especially impressive - delicious, fresh, and varied, providing a great start to the day. The hotel's location was perfect, with many attractions, restaurants, and interesting places within walking distance. Staff members were consistently friendly and attentive; they knew how to provide genuine hospitality, from opening doors and helping with luggage up the stairs, to assisting us in making reservations at local restaurants. Their initiative and willingness to help made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Excellent Hotel with Outstanding Service We stayed at this hotel during a work trip, as part of a large group, and everything was simply perfect. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of great options. Despite the size of our group, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we would definitely return!

We spent three nights at this hotel when visiting Prague. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Prague and the main attractions are very walkable. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and spa, both great areas to relax. Hotel rooms, whilst not the biggest we have stayed in, were very clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was of great quality, with lots of choice. A special thank you to Yosif, who arranged upgraded rooms and gifts in our rooms for our anniversary celebrations. He also provided us with restaurant recommendations, some of which we dined at and were excellent. Overall, a lovely hotel that we would not hesitate to return to if visiting Prague in the future.

Just checked out after 4 nights at the Prague NH Collection Carlo IV. We had a great stay. ||||The hotel is immaculate, beautiful and their customer service is top notch. ||||Great stay, when we come back next year for our daughters dance comp we will be closing another hotel. While everything was great with our stay a few minor details made an impact. ||||Our Cons: ||||The lounge bar, has no ambience or music, Felt very stale and cold. We love coming back after a day of touring to a hotel lounge or lobby bar that has ambience or a cozy feel. Also the Fragrance they are pumping in that lobby bar reception is absolutely TOO much. It's horrific, which made sitting at the quiet bar a challenge. Bar service super slow and drinks inconsistent. Had a few negronis beginning of the week and they were terrible and service painfully slow. Last night had one and it was delicious and the service was so fast! Very different experience depending on the staff. ||||Also Wifi is horrible. This hotel seems to be a hub for Viking Cruise Lines tours and operators. ||||Our phone in the room didnt work which was a pain, when trying to get replacement coffee that wasn't given by housekeeping, or for calling the bell hop. ||||Pros:||||Front desk employees, door man, bell hop all AMAZING. Top notch customer service I feel like they would go above and beyond if you needed them to. ||||Hotel is also in a great central location. ||||And the rooms were clean, spacious and the beds comfortable. Bathroom towels could use a refresh. And the bathrooms are large and gorgeous. ||||Thanks again

We arrived to be quickly checked in and were given an upgraded room for our anniversary. The room wasn't the biggest but was lovely presented and the lovely Yosif arranged chocolates in the room on arrival. On our anniversary we came back from sightseeing to have some bubbly and more chocolates in the room. This just added to our special day. The breakfast was one of the best I have had, so much choice and the quality was excellent! All the staff were lovely, special thanks to Yosif! Would recommended for location too, 10 minutes walk into the centre. |Would return- thank you

I stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! From the warm welcome at the reception, where the lovely Ms. Ni took great care of us to the always smiling Mr. Nidal, who helped us with our luggage, made sure we always felt comfortable, and even remembered that I had stayed here before. At the bar, Mr. Kapil provided excellent service, and in the restaurant, Ms. Eva made sure we had everything we needed. Their positive energy gives the hotel greatest value. The wellness center is definitely something you shouldn’t miss during your stay. The location couldn’t be better either it’s just a short walk from the main train station and less than 10 minutes from the city center. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! 🌟
