Hotel NH Collection Prague Carlo IV

I highly recommend this hotel for several reasons. The location is excellent: close to the city center, yet away from the hustle and bustle. It’s also just a short walk from the train station, where the Airport Express arrives, providing convenient access to the international airport in about 30 minutes. The building, once a bank, still has a visitable vault, but has been completely renovated. Fresh flowers and live music (piano, harp, guitar) create a particularly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is exceptional, in true NH style. The staff is very kind and helpful. We were kindly upgraded to s superior room. In particular, the customer relations service was invaluable in helping us plan our long weekend in Prague, with advice on cultural visits and other personal needs. The rooms are comfortable and well cleaned. The SPA is included in the price and offers a gym, swimming pool, and Turkish bath; other services are available for an additional fee. Not a big Spa, but nice.

Everything was perfect from start to finish! We were kindly upgraded to a superior room upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was incredible, generous, varied, and delicious. We also appreciated the small daily treats left in our room. The spa was amazing as well. Truly a flawless stay, highly recommended!

I had a great time at the hotel. Got upgraded and loved the pool. It was big and really serene. The staff was so lovely and service minded. Josef in the reception and Rounal (may have written his name wrong) at the door was truly helpful. Really genuine people. Lovely breakfast and perfect location with short walking distance to Old Town. Would come back for sure!

Had a brilliant experience at this hotel. Everything was such high quality and the service was first class. I booked a deluxe and superior room for us and our teenagers although we were fortunate to be upgraded to a beautiful suite which was a bonus. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the old town with good restaurants and amenities very nearby. We loved the spa which was a welcome respite from sightseeing. Another highlight was breakfast which was a beautifully presented buffet with a la carte options as well. The hotel building is spectacular and the design of the hotel including the lobby, made great use of the beautiful interiors. Would highly recommend.

The best hotel I have ever been to, starting from the beautiful structure, the abundant breakfast with live music and the really comfortable SPA, A special thanks to Mr. Yosif for his help and cordiality! The position is perfect for the city life and it’s well connected to pretty much everything, including the airport! I would absolutely suggest this hotel to everybody, especially couples!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We received a free upgrade to a suite, which was spacious and beautifully designed. The pool area was peaceful and well maintained, ideal for relaxing. What stood out most was the service — every staff member greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Truly a 5-star experience — we’ll definitely be back!

We went in July and had a great time. It takes about 35 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport and we used a Uber taxi to get to the hotel. The rooms were very neat and clean. Hotel staff were very polite and courteous. They were very helpful providing information and also to book events. The hotel is situated close to a lot of attractions and we walked there. The central train station is very close to the hotel and we visited Karlštejn Castle which is quite impressive. There are several good restaurants near the hotel. The hotel serves excellent buffet breakfast but there are also items that one can order off the menu on the table. There was a musician playing violin daily during breakfast time which enhanced the ambience.my son enjoyed the pool a lot. Pool is clean and maintained well. Children are not allowed in the pool after 6 pm. We also attended a classical music event which was excellent. We also went to Pavouka which was fun and had a lot of performances. It’s easily walkable from the hotel. Overall had a nice time in the hotel and Prague.
