Hotel NH Collection Roma Fori Imperiali

We had an amazing stay. We arrived very late, the Check-in was easy and fast thanks to Albert. Our room was very spacious and nicely furnished. The welcome present was very nice. The breakfast was fantastic, the view as well. A special thanks to Rona, Arianne, Ella and Erdie for the great service. The location of the hotel is great, directly in the center. Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain is in walking distance. We will come back.

From the moment I arrived at the NH Collection Roma Fori Imperiali I knew I was in for something extraordinary. I stayed in the Suite Fori Imperiali — the hotel’s finest room — and it simply exceeded every expectation. The suite felt immaculate, luxurious yet effortlessly approachable. Every surface, every detail, was pristine: polished floors, crisp linens, and thoughtful touches that made it feel indulgent without being over-the-top. The décor speaks of elegance while still welcoming you to unwind and feel at home. And the bed...mamma mia. I genuinely felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The mattress, the pillows, the linens—pure bliss. I woke up refreshed and ready to savour Rome all over again. Breakfast each morning was possibly the best I’ve ever had. Set with the most unbelievable view of the Victor Emmanuel II Monument, every bite seemed elevated by the vista. The selection, the quality, the service—all flawless. Later in the day, the aperitivo on the rooftop terrace was absolutely gorgeous. With that sweeping city view as a backdrop, I enjoyed an outstanding steak tartare — another best I’ve ever had.The bar team struck the perfect balance of sophistication and warmth. If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Rome that feels refined yet relaxed, in a spectacular location — this is it. The NH Collection Roma Fori Imperiali delivered a flawless experience from start to finish. I can’t wait to return!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU VALUE SLEEEP, WARM SHOWERS, CLEAN ROOMS AND YOUR MONEY!!! Truly horrible experience. Rome was our last stop on our 2 week trip around Europe so I decided to splurge on our last hotel stay. I regret spending my money here!! To start off First night we arrived water heater was broken so we got to take a lovely frigid shower let me remind you it’s 40 degrees in Rome. I called the front desk and Was told it would be fixed in a hour so we proceeded to stay up an additional hour after traveling all day to take a warm shower and yet an hour later water heater was still not working. Now on to the room cleaning They come and “clean” your rooms which really consists of them just making the bed and LEAVING all trash in the room. We had a pizza box that stayed in our room the whole 4 day stay and was never removed even tho it was on top of the trash. Now let’s talk about how you won’t be getting any sleep if you stay here. If you pay for a superior double room you get to hear the lovely sounds of trash pickup at 1-2 am everyday and other obnoxious noises that go on throughout the whole night! I did not get once single night of full rest here. This should be disclosed before booking! The noise was constant😡 And just the cherry on top For paying so much you would also think Wi-Fi would be included well it is but if you want the Wi-Fi to actually work you gotta buy their premium Wi-Fi package truly a joke. I wish I would’ve spent my money else where. We will not be staying here again or recommending to family and friends. Do better!

Very high quality and standard of service. Incredible location. Breakfast on the roof is excellent and well worth paying for in advance. ||However we were assigned a suite on level 5 which is the top level underneath the roof bar. The roof bar plays music with a really deep bass beat until 11pm which was very loud. If you like to get to sleep before this time then would recommend requesting a lower floor.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Breakfast on the roof is really good and highly recommend booking with breakfast included. However, we were on the 5th floor which is the highest. There is loud music with a deep bass beat on the roof bar until 11pm and if you are on a high floor this prevents sleep. Recommend requesting a lower floor if you like to get to sleep early.

What a wonderful hotel and close to everything important. Rooms were luxurious, nicely appointed and quick to access in this boutique, but yet 5-star hotel. The rooftop restaurant overlooking the Monumento a Vittorio Emanuele II is quite the view and frequented by many Romans which is a testament to its acceptance as a local site to enjoy. In particular, the assistance and care by Francesca at the front desk was exemplary as she not only assisted in getting us into our room early the day of our arrival, but helped us book follow on travel to other cities, secure hard to find passes to sites, and reserve hotels in Venice and Florence within the same NH group. Highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities and service by its wonderful staff.

This rooftop became my favorite and such an unexpected experience. I was moved to tears by its beauty, making it the perfect date night spot. The entire team delivered outstanding service, and I couldn’t have asked for a more memorable surprise. The views are truly unmatched, just like the hospitality you find at every NH property. Thankful for the experience provided by Sabrina. I highly recommend both the sunset and the nighttime city lights view.

Located in the heart of Rome, this place was such a great location to stay at! It's near everything you want to see in Rome. We absolutely loved staying here! The staff made us feel welcomed and the valet helped us navigate to a great parking spot. We will definitely stay here again!!

I left this place without staying because of rats. Droppings on the floor; the smell of rat everywhere. There were also smears on the walls of what looked like blood. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. But I had to go back for dinner at their rooftop restaurant. Also awful--over-priced, poorly-prepared food, dismissive service, and a huge amount of terrible music and noise. Go somewhere else.

Amazing service. The staff treats you like you're the only one on the property. Fantastic location and service. Very impressed!
