Yes the location was great, and the staff were nice, but for a hotel with such a price tag, I would expect a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Instead I was hit by multiple problems.||1. There was a major issue with their AC. It wouldn't cool down beyond a certain point and would instead keep blowing warm air throughout the night. Multiple times I woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. I talked to the staff but they insisted that the AC was working correctly.|2. The whole 7 floors has just one tiny elevator, and they have a popular rooftop bar that attracts lots of outsiders. At certain times of the day it would be difficult to get into the elevator. The staff has learnt to use the stairs instead.|3. The rooftop bar was blasting loud music until at least midnight every day. You may not hear it in the lower floors. But if you are directly under them, I hope you like the beats.|4. The area outside of the hotel had more aggressive scammers bothering people than anywhere else I have been to in Rome. It's not really the hotel's fault but it certainly didn't leave a good impression (although these people wouldn't be there at night)||After a long flight and couldn't get a good sleep for multiple nights, I felt that I spent the money in the wrong place.

This rooftop became my favorite and such an unexpected experience. I was moved to tears by its beauty, making it the perfect date night spot. The entire team delivered outstanding service, and I couldn’t have asked for a more memorable surprise. The views are truly unmatched, just like the hospitality you find at every NH property. Thankful for the experience provided by Sabrina. I highly recommend both the sunset and the nighttime city lights view.

Hello, I will give my honest opinion about my stay at the hotel. First of all, this is my third time in Rome, and it has been the most beautiful one because I chose this hotel. I booked a wonderful suite – clean, well-arranged, with a very attentive team. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast was beyond words: fresh, with an incredible view of Piazza Venezia. The hotel’s location is perfect – you don’t even need a taxi because it’s close to all the important sites and very easy to reach. I would also like to give special thanks to my wonderful friend Amira. She took care of every detail from the moment I arrived until the last day. She even gave me her number, helped me with reservations everywhere, and was always so attentive. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart. If there’s one reason that would make me come back to Rome, it’s Amira — she makes everything easier and makes you love both the hotel and Rome. Thank you to the hotel and the whole team, and a very special big thank you to Amira.

Every detail, from the airport transfer to the excellent restaurant recommendations, was handled with such care and professionalism.||||We will surely return on our next trip to Rome and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone seeking a refined yet welcoming experience in the Eternal City.

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The view? Breathtaking. I have to stay longer than one night next time. The service is superb. Contanzo was the one who checked me in and out. They called a taxi for me and everything was so smooth. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I have to visit again.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with views of the Tomb of Victor Emmanuel and part of the Forum. Our room was plush, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was also a highlight — I had perfectly poached eggs on toast and enjoyed sampling the selection of pastries brought to our table. However, there were some service gaps that stood out, especially given the price point. When we arrived, no one offered to help with our bags — a basic courtesy we expected. There are a few steps up into the small lobby, and it felt a bit cramped, especially for the two concierges working behind the tiny front desk. While the staff was generally pleasant, we experienced a lack of support during a train strike that disrupted our travel plans. The concierge provided a list of options but offered little guidance or reassurance. We weren’t expecting a travel agent, just a bit more help understanding how local strikes work and what to expect. My husband ended up doing all the research and rebooking on his own. We might consider staying here again for the location and comfort, but for the price, we’d likely choose a hotel with more attentive service.

Located in the heart of Rome, this place was such a great location to stay at! It's near everything you want to see in Rome. We absolutely loved staying here! The staff made us feel welcomed and the valet helped us navigate to a great parking spot. We will definitely stay here again!!

I left this place without staying because of rats. Droppings on the floor; the smell of rat everywhere. There were also smears on the walls of what looked like blood. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. But I had to go back for dinner at their rooftop restaurant. Also awful--over-priced, poorly-prepared food, dismissive service, and a huge amount of terrible music and noise. Go somewhere else.

Amazing service. The staff treats you like you're the only one on the property. Fantastic location and service. Very impressed!
