Hotel NH Collection Roma Giustiniano

The hotel was perfect. The welcome we received was so attentive. The reception staff so helpful, our luggage was sent to our room by a helpful porter. The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable. The bed was lovely and we had a really good nights sleep. The Breakfast Buffet was amazing, so much to choose from, some items are freshly cooked by the chef, just ask the friendly waiting staff. The hotel is in a great location, only a short walk to the nearest Metro station and very close to the Vatican. The staff are so helpful, we ate at two lovely restaurants which were recommended by the Reception Staff.

Just back from a 4 night stay with my wife for her 60th birthday - and it won't be our last!|This hotel is fantastic in every respect. From the courteous, very friendly staff to the spacious and spotlessly clean accommodation (we stayed in a family room, with terrace) it is a joy from start to finish. There is plenty of choice for breakfast as well, every taste catered for.|But there were a couple of lovely surprises which made this hotel stand out from any we have ever visited. Firstly, on the evening of my wife's birthday, we received a knock on the door to find a member of staff delivering some cake & a birthday card plus a chorus of "Happy Birthday to you!". This came as a complete surprise as I hadn't even notified the hotel of the main reason for our stay! Then on the final evening of our stay came another knock on the door. This time we received a note expressing what a pleasure it had been to have us, together with a print of a local picturesque scene. Again, a wonderful surprise!|The location of the hotel is ideal, just a ten minute stroll to the Vatican.|We already plan to revisit next year as this is truly a hotel which goes the extra mile. Brilliant!!

What a wonderful place. Amazing staff. Traveling alone is not easy for me, but they haven't given me a chance to feel lonely! Such a cool vibe here. The check in process was easy. The front desk were so kindhearted and got me a wonderful room. ||The bartenders, Vincenzo and Roberto are a great team. Great hospitality, such a comfy atmosphere. ||The ladies at the front desk.... wow is all I can say! Martina and Ciara are total girl's girls! I am here for a wedding and I did pack everything I needed. They both are patient problem solvers and helped me get what I needed delivered right to the hotel the very next day... I am going to look stunning! ||Thank you all at the NH Guistiniano! I will stay here again when in Rome!

I loved this hotel and I particularly appreciated the hospitality of Roberta who checked us in and checked us out. She was very gracious as she advised us on walking directions to the Vatican. She also acknowledged and thanked us for being members of the NH Loyalty program. The room was spacious and the shower was refreshing. I recommend this hotel and appreciate the hospitality we experienced

Excellent hotel with very good location. Front desk very pleasant and welcoming. They were always helpful. Special mention about Martina - guest relations manager who managed to sort out hairdressing appointment for my wife- only 5 minutes walk. This was really appreciated as we came to attend a destination wedding in Rome. She also helped with other queries. Hotel thoroughly recommended without any hesitation

This is my family’s second time staying at NH Collection. Once in Madrid and now in Rome, and just as expected everything and everyone was great. As soon as you enter the hotel, you are greeted with this wonderful scent. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet had a variety of selections to satisfy anyone’s palate. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area with nearby restaurants and a supermarket next door. I do want to give a special thanks to Alessandro (who works at the front desk). I lost my reading glasses and wasn’t sure if I left them in the taxi. Alessandro was extremely helpful to me by calling the taxi company who tracked down the driver who had my glasses! I am extremely grateful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very close to so many great attractions, yet a quieter feel than right in the city centre. The service was always as expected and helpful. We really enjoyed getting to know Roberto at the bar. We stayed a few times during our visit to Italy and our rooms were always nice and quite clean. I also loved that there was a great little Mimi mart right next door and great shopping, eating, and drinks all around. The location really was great.

The hotel overall was nice but the room could use some tweaks. Additionally, the location isn’t the best for the big tourist attractions or train station unless you’re okay with walking 25+ minutes to central Rome. The highlight was definitely the incredible buffet breakfast—fresh, diverse, and delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. However, the bathroom could use some attention: it was impossible not to splash water out of the shower onto the floor, and the toilet was oddly crooked. Still, overall a decent stay with great potential if the maintenance issues are addressed.
