The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, with small touches that make a real difference during travel: excellent bedding, a well-designed workspace, and amenities chosen with care. What stood out most was the quietness — despite being in such a lively area, the room felt like a private retreat. Breakfast and dining were another highlight. The presentation, the freshness of the ingredients, and the variety offered each morning set a wonderful tone for the day. The staff in the dining area were consistently attentive, creating an experience that felt personal rather than routine. Service throughout the hotel was warm and genuine. Every interaction — from reception to housekeeping — carried the same level of professionalism and kindness. It’s clear that hospitality here is not just a formality but a value. NH Collection Roma combines comfort, style, and sincere service in a way that makes you look forward to returning. I would gladly stay here again.

NH Collection Giustiniano has a perfect location near the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, and just across the Tiber (river) from Rome's historic center. This hotel is an ideal base for exploring the city. But it's not just the setting that speaks, it is also the people (team)/ Everyone, truly everyone, is kind and helpful. Breakfast is a feast : a generous buffet that delights the eye and truly indulges the senses. The rooms are airy, with balconies. We've been coming here for over eleven years. Not for a week, but for weeks at a time. Each visit feels like coming home : a joyful reunion with the director and every member of the team. Hospitality here has a face and a heart.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was centrally located between the main of Rome and the Vatican within walking distance of almost everything in this beautiful City. Restaurants on every corner history in every view. The concierge of the hotel were helpful with every question and there was always someone available to offer information or helpful hand. The modernization of the hotel and how large the hotel was was added advantage. The brunch for breakfast was a blessing and a comfort. I would stay at this place in a heartbeat again. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect for Jubilee visit to the Vatican.The room is big for a big city hotel. Clean and quiet. Agnese Eva from the restaurant is extremely friendly and welcoming and gave us Ghostbuster latte(caffe) on Halloween day. Breakfast spread was more than adequate with hot and cold dishes. The junior front desk staff need more training regarding the local area eg ATM, restaurant, directions however. This is minor compared to the general hospitality of the hotel.

Located where we wanted our hotel to be, near the Vatican and shops and cafes and in a not overly busy/not too touristy part of the city, we were happy to have chosen NH Collection Roma Giustiniano. This year, however, Rome was full of visitors, likely because 2025 is a Jubilee year for Catholics, so many pilgrims/visitors came to Rome. A beautiful view from our room of the dome of St. Peter Basilica was a dreamy treat for us! We kept our windows open to the lovely sight especially at night. Only thing about walking into this lovely hotel, though, is that the scent they chose for the lobby area was just too strong, nothing subtle about it and if you're prone to allergies, as we are, not too good for us. I wished the fragrance could have been more delicate. Check-in was well done. Sorry to have forgotten the name of the nice lady with reddish blond hair who checked us in. Our suites with extra bed were perfect for us, especially since we had so much luggage at this point and we were nearing the tail end of our 27-day vacation, with a lot of shopping behind and ahead of us, that we had to sort out. The bathroom could have been better appointed though. Under the sink could have been a shelf to put our vanity kits and such, instead of a useless bar across it which we couldn't put anything on. Our toiletries were not necessarily replenished and we had to ask for what we needed/wanted. I guess that's how hotels do it these days. The ambience of the hotel is casual elegance and the dining room was spacious, with very good and delicious breakfast offerings. The wait staff was responsive and personable and quick to attend to our needs and wants. I loved the nightly chewy candy treat Housekeeping gave us. Altogether, a great place to stay and will be happy to recommend and come back to stay at this property again. We commend the elderly man who helped us with our heavy luggage. Forgot his name. We had a wonderful family stay at Hotel NH Collection in Rome. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and our family room was spacious and spotless. The staff went above and beyond, especially Mathew, Ana Lisa & Robert along with the rest of the great staff at the NH Collection. The food, especially the breakfast spread was varied and plenty for even picky eaters. We also appreciated the stroller-friendly access and the easy walks to numerous popular site seeing spots. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again on our next trip to Rome, God willing! ||P.S: Highly recommended for families.

NH Roma Giustiniano Hotel was wonderful - clean & great room with a balcony. The staff was always pleasant & available to help in any way. The location was very convenient near the Tiber River & Vatican. The breakfast was well stocked with quite a variety of food. Although we have stayed at 10 ||other hotels in the past, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.
