Hotel NH Collection Sevilla

“Great Value, Excellent Service, and Delicious Breakfast” I recently stayed at NH Collection Sevilla and was very satisfied with the experience. For the price, it offered excellent value, with clean and comfortable rooms that fulfilled my expectations. The location was convenient—close enough to key attractions but far enough to avoid the crowds. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or requests. The breakfast was another highlight—a great selection of fresh, tasty options that catered to different preferences. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the decor felt a little dated, but it didn’t impact the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable, affordable option.

Got upgraded to a bigger room and It was a nice hotel located in a quiet area. The room temperature was just right even its cold outside. Breakfast was good too. Only thing is the hotel is 25-30 mins walk to the main attractions e.g. Cathedral / Alcarzal.Overall good experience.

We stayed here for 7 days and it was one of the best experiences we had. The food was great. The breakfast buffet is amazing has so many choices and it's all delicious. We also dine in there restaurant bar are and the food was also delicious. The hospitality at this hotel is amazing we will definitely stay here again 10 out of 10

When the hotel discovered that we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, they treated us to a room upgrade and free breakfast! In these days, this kind of special recognition is a thing of the past. Thank you for your kindness! Also the hotel staff here is second to none!

Genuinely disappointing stay - one to avoid for those who need cooler ambient temps to sleep. A major flaw is the air conditioning system - this is centrally controlled and kept at around 20-21 degrees; each room has individual controls, but this allows essentially zero temperature change. Reception are unable to unlock individual rooms to allow personalised cooling. We tried alternative rooms, and leaving the window open for protracted periods but this had no impact - despite it being 12 degrees outside. If you need cooler temps to sleep, I’d suggest staying elsewhere, the team will not be able to resolve any issues relating to rooms temperature. Elsewhere - the breakfast offering was poor for a 5* hotel and service was begrudging. The location is great, but given the main function of a hotel is sleep and I didn’t sleep, I can’t score this highly.

Lovely hotel in the business sector. There’s a tram nearby to get you into town if you don’t want to walk. There’s a nice little park with a eating place round the back of the hotel.|Rooms very comfortable. Nice swimming pool on the roof and sun loungers area.|We travelled as part of a group touring Andalucia and they looked after us very well.

Having stayed at other NH hotels I had confidence when booking a room listed as "superior and refurbished room". My wife and I received a rather small room that appeared refurbished years ago and nowhere near approaching the 240 Euros per night cost. ||N.B. accrual of NH points have a time limit before NH deletes them from your loyalty account. If you live in the States, as I do, and travel to Europe frequently you may find your points have been flushed when making your next reservation. Makes one feel like a "suckkar."

We had a fantastic stay. Great hotel, clean, lovely staff, excellent breakfast, lovely pool. The only downside is the 20 minute walk to the old town centre but there is a tram nearby if you would like to use it. We will stay here again when we return to Seville.
