This hotel is very tired and falls short of the standards one would expect from the NH Collection brand. ||The room had dated decor, chipped furniture, peeling wallpaper, uncomfortable beds and poor-quality pillows. The bathroom was small and in need of renovation, with mildew in the grout of the shower and cleanliness way below the level expected of a 4-star hotel — I found hair in both the shower and the sink. There were no extras like bathrobes or slippers, the towels were very low-quality, and even the TV was outdated. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained.||Service was also lacking. I tried calling reception several times with no answer. When I went downstairs, I found the staff at the desk seemingly unoccupied and no other guests around — it was already past 11 pm, so not exactly peak time.||The location isn’t ideal either, so unfortunately, there were no redeeming features in my experience. ||If you’re considering this hotel, I would recommend looking elsewhere. It offered very poor value for money and has completely changed my view of the NH Collection brand. I won’t be returning.
