Hotel NH Collection Taormina

We had a wonderful stay at NH Taormina. The most important highlight was definitely the staff! Everyone, from the front desk to the breakfast team, was incredibly kind. Angelo, in particular, was so kind, polite, and helpful. All the best to you and your family, my friend! The room was really comfortable, and the swimming pool had a great view and was a good size. The breakfast was wonderful! When I had a medical emergency, the NH staff were incredibly friendly, allowing us to do a late check-out and safely storing our luggage. The location is perfect, right near the main street. They have a partnership with a nearby parking garage that works perfectly. They also have another partnership with a truly great beach club that provides a shuttle service. I recommend both! It was a perfect stay.

This hotel is so beautiful and in such a great location. It’s located in a quiet area but walk down a few steps and you are by all the shops and restaurants. What I loved most about this hotel is the hospitality. The staff is so nice and helpful. Angelo and Cecelia recommended the most beautiful restaurants and made a reservations for us. The view from the rooftop is impeccable, the highest point of Taormina. The breakfast at this hotel was also very delicious and had lots of options. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful experience at this beautiful 5-Star property. The absolute best part was the fantastic customer service shown to us by the “A Team” - Cecilia and Giovanni at the front desk could not do enough for us. They were so helpful, friendly, patient and professional. Angelo greeted us the minute we stepped out of our car to assist with our luggage and our many questions. They became like family during our stay. Breakfast was fantastic with a delicious array of breakfast foods. Rooms were beautiful - clean and wonderfully stocked. Housekeeping did a stellar job, and the pool was such a delight after a long day of sightseeing. The location was great as well , as we walked to restaurants in the evening. I cannot recommend this property enough and look forward to returning in the near future. Thanks for making our stay an unforgettable one in beautiful Taormina.

I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and I can honestly say the NH Collection Taormina ranks among the very best. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was on another level: warm, attentive, and absolutel unique.||The front desk and guest relations team deserves huge credit. A special thank you to Sara and Cecilia, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Everyone we met was friendly and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests.||The rooms are beautiful, stylish, comfortable, and perfectly in tune with the charm of Taormina. The SPA was a highlight as well, such a relaxing space with treatments that left us feeling completely renewed.||The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The whole restaurant team was fantastic, and I must mention Giuseppe and Stefano at the rooftop bar, who made every meal feel special. Giuseppe also told us about what I now consider the hotel’s best-kept secret: the rooftop terrace. The view from up there is spectacular, one of the most panoramic in Taormina. It’s the perfect place for a cocktail as the sun sets over the coast. If you’re planning a trip to Taormina, do yourself a favor and stay here. The NH Collection combines world-class service, stunning views from the rooftop, and an experience you’ll never forget.

We had the best stay at NH collection Taormina. From the moment we walked in, the staff were so helpful and kind and so welcoming! The hotel is walking distance to everything you need, food, shopping, the cable car to go to the beach. The rooms were amazing and comfortable. The small details, like the staff coming to your room with little treats and chocolates everyday. There’s not enough words to explain how amazing our experience was. I will be back and I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who’s going to Taormina.

We arrived here on 23rd July 2025 from the UK for one week. We were greeted with happy helpful staff. A lovely clean bright hotel with excellent location less than 5 minutes walk to the centre of beautiful Taormina. Rooms furnished well, comfortable beds, good shower pressure and bottled water in rooms every evening. Lovely relaxing pool area. Very nice rooftop bar and restaurant with amazing views. Excellent food and drinks. All staff so welcoming and friendly throughout the hotel. A special thank you to Stefano and Giuseppe for making our stay extra special. I was with my mother for 5 nights at NH Collection Taormina. We had a truly fantastic experience. The hotel is elegant and perfectly located.The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is varied and high-quality. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. We’d like to specially thank Gabriele, who was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. That truly elevated our experience. I would gladly return to NH Collection Taormina!

Fabulous staff, very accommodating and appreciative of your business. Comfy rooms. ||Tubs were very high and difficult to enter an exit however they can accommodate a shower stall if needed. I recommend that for older travelers or short in height travelers.

Modern hotel with friendly staff. The beds, towels and toiletries were ok. There was good closet space. The room cleaner managed to get conditioner into the shower gel. There were design issues: not enough electrical outlets- almost none without unplugging a lamp. The electric kettle had a cord so short that it was hard to use. The bathroom had glass walls that were translucent from knees to head- not appealing and leaks light into the bed area, which can disturb a sleeper. The breakfast buffet was good.

Don't stay here if you don't have to. For 700 euros a night, it's a rip off. The rooms are as big as a closet, the beds are uncomfortable, and the cleaning staff is lazy and disappointing. Our maid service would forget to clean our room, not change dirty towels to clean ones, wouldn't clean the floors, or wouldn't change our cups/spoons for days unless harassed to do so. To prove a point, we left our dirty towels OUTSIDE the room in the hallway and the maid brought them BACK in the room from off the floor. Ridiculous! Furthermore, the staff was confused except for 2 employees. We had major issues at check-in where one employee said one thing and the next contradicted what the former said. Very unorganized, dirty hotel for a high price. Wouldn't stay again.

This hotel is an upscale hotel up the mountains of Sicily's Taormina coastline. It has a beautiful view with many accommodations. The room was perfect. It had an amazing view with a few nice luxuries. If you're looking for luxury this is the place. It offers a nice typical European breakfast. It also has a spa and gym. Parking is not provided, however there is a parking garage a few blocks from it where you can park for 30€ a night. The parking garage provides a shuttle to the center of town and there is about a 5 minute walk from the center of town to the hotel. If you're looking for something romantic, this is definitely the spot. My husband and I chose this hotel to make a quick getaway/staycation for our anniversary. It was definitely worth it. I highly recommend it!

Excellent hotel, excellent location. Just a few minutes walk to Taormina's Plaza IX Aprile and Corso Umberto. The service was great; everyone from the breakfast crew to reception was professional and very friendly. The hotel is very trendy, edgy and with a fabulous pool overlooking the city. It also has, arguably, THE best view of Taormina from the 7th floor bar. The standard king room without a view isn't that big but the bathroom takes up half the room which I really liked. Big thumbs up for the professional blow dryer. They don't have irons/ironing board in the rooms, but have a designated room on the first floor. The breakfast runs until 11 am and the buffet is quite abundant, not to mention the free prosecco. Need I say more? If you have a car rental, the fee is 30 euros/day to park at NH. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful upscale hotel. Great location! Just a very short stroll to amazing shopping &eatries atCorso Umberto, walking distance to the Ancient Theater, & cable car to beach. Hotel has an amazing rooftop pool! Very clean hotel, rooms nice! 4 stars because food at hotel restaurant was terrible & wait staff rude. Front desk staff very nice & very friendly!
