Stayed here for a short city break and I was blown away with the room. We booked to stay in a room with a balcony which I’m glad we did as it was amazing. Lovely balcony area that looked out onto the centre of the hotel and the small courtyard in the centre. The room it self with amazing and seems to have recently been restored/renovated as it was all quite modern furniture and everything was working perfectly. Housekeeping were amazing throughout our short stay, making sure to always bring us fresh bottles of water, sweets on the bed and just overall keeping the room very clean. While we were here we didn’t eat at the restaurant so I cannot give any review of that but I was slightly disappointed that they didn’t offer us anything to eat when we checked in as that is what I usually expect when arriving late, especially since there aren’t many places that stay open past around 10pm in the area. The area itself is perfect as you are so close to so many great attractions and have great taxi and tram services around. We were very happy with our stay at the hotel and I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends and family! Thank you so much to the staff for always being so friendly!

The inner hotel architecture Is really fascinating and interesting. Climbing this 30m high ancient theater like tower to discover the nice panorama of Roman empire around the building Is and experience by itself. Hotel position Is strategic to easily walk to more important places in the city. The surroundings are very quiet thanks to the particular Antiques Roman sites. It Is easy to park your car very near the hotel for 20 euro per day. Rooms: 5th floor rooms furniture is in a luxury and elegant good taste style. Bed Is simply sumptuous one of the biggest and comfortable ever seen. Bathroom very comfortable, large and very well accessorized. In our one, there was a huge tub and the bidet too which Is not so obvious from my experience around the world's hotels. Some small problems we got: By default their rule says you can access to rooms only after 15h, (I find this Is already too late). But to access to one of our two rooms we were asked to wait one more hour: It still wasn't ready. After that we go up and our keys didn't open the rooms doors and to quickly solve this, I asked service personnel that were by chance still at the floor to help us, otherwise we should have to wait again. (By the way this let me notice that rooms cleaning staff but even porters and waiters are all very professional and nicely helpful there.) Second thing about rooms (5th floor): Noise insulation between all rooms Is absolutely inexistent! Even without talking loud you hear everything from one apartment to another. Suggestions for things that could be improved: 1. As in many hotels today, reception procedures are too long and boring. Each of us was asked to give its ID document (One Is far enough in many civilized places.) AND they ask the email of each of us!! 😂. Why? Moreover there was no proposal to fix all this later and let us finally go in our rooms to rest. As there were no repair small gift for the keys inconvenience... All this gives us somehow an impersonal touch for the whole experience. 2. A Hotel free bike service would have been nice. They just redirect us to a clerk desk there in reception, to loose more of our precious time with apps, downloads, card payments, form fillings... No thanks! Anyway in conclusion, behind these small things, the opinion for this hotel Is very positive and we would be happy to go there again.

Hotel was everything you need for a city stay with clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, a good breakfast area and close to the key city landmarks. On arriving late, check-in was quick and efficient meaning I was in my room in within minutes of arriving. Excellent location with bars and restaurants in abundance just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Best feature of the hotel is the open lobby area with a wooden sloping staircase and clear glass atrium that features a 360 viewing platform on the top floor. Taxi requests were promptly made and managed by room number to avoid confusion when taxis arrived outside the reception area and never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Great hotel in a great location.

Great hotel for exploring the city center. Location and service was superior. While clean, rooms are a bit rundown and in need of some refreshing. A good cleaning of the walls and repairs of bathroom cabinets scratches would do. Food at the hotel restaurant was divine. Breakfasts are plentiful using local products. Some people may consider the area to be sketchy but as a solo female traveler I felt very safe. I wandered the streets at night and didn’t feel unsafe at all. Hotel is very close to the Palazzo Reali and a stone throw to Porta Palatina as well as many shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the main sights of Torino, legendary cafes and museums. Totally recommended.

The first time we went here was last June. Since we had a great experience, we chose to go back in September. NH S.Stefano hotel never disappoints you, we also surprisingly got updated to a deluxe suite with a bathtub and a shower box in a huge bathroom. They also welcomed us with a plate of treats. The staff were very kind and professional. We also really loved the breakfast served at La pista bistrot, that had a variety of savory and sweet buffet options along with fresh juices and hot drinks. We stayed very well, I really recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at NH Torino. The room was lovely, the staff excellent, and the beds very comfortable — which for us is extremely important. The location is perfect, close to everything, making it easy to fully enjoy Turin. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the city!

We spent 5 nights at the NH Collection Torino Santo Stefano.|We were allocated a room with 2 bathrooms - one for abled and one for disabled guests. What a luxury. Apart from this there was a comfortable large bed with plenty of pillows, good quality bathroom amenities, a perfect room clean and turn down service.|The breakfast buffet is fairly large and the staff are very friendly and remember your preferences after just one day.|Also the reception staff are very knowledgeable about the area and always happy to answer any questions you may have.|The hotel has secure parking garage which was highly appreciated.|And last but not least, the location is absolutely ideal. The large central market, Porta Palatina, Palazzo Reale and Duomo are all just around the corner. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a few steps.|The hotel is wheelchair accessible with big enough lifts, automatic doors at the entrance and toilets for guests with a disability.|A great hotel we can highly recommend.
