Hotel NH Collection Valencia Colón

The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful, Juan the bartender was funny and warm. The rooms are gorgeous. The bed was firm but comfortable and the AC worked beautifully. Great hair dryer (not always the case at hotels!) and while the room was very small, it was perfect for my sister and I.

I would like to thank the hotel staff for turning a business trip into a memorable experience. The staff was able to accommodate an early check-in, bring my luggage to the bar and the check-in docs for signature and they invIted me to the coffee I was having. The day after, again, I had a coffee that was on the house, I was looking for the hidden camera... I believe this hotel staff team understands that treating customers the same way you'd like to be treated , pays off and differentiates a good hotel from a great experience. A hotel on a business trip is just a hotel, a memorable experience remains and creates brand loyalty. I'll be back, no doubt, coffee on me next time (Great location, great staff, good room, comfortable bed, no noise and good shower).

The hotel is excellently located near to the main shopping area and the old part of Valencia with its many iconic buildings and landmarks. It is also close to the main transport links, the station, metro and buses.|The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and clean, as are the bedrooms. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a good choice of food at breakfast and evening meals in the roof bar were tasty and enjoyable. |One of the best hotels we have stayed in!

I stayed at NH Collection Colón Valencia for a week and absolutely loved it. The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish. The breakfasts were delicious and varied every day — fresh fruit, pastries, hot options, and even local specialties. It felt like such a treat every morning. The staff was exceptionally attentive and professional, always ready to help with a smile. From the reception to the restaurant team, everyone made me feel genuinely welcome. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and stylish, with a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The location is also fantastic — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still peaceful enough to relax. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again on my next visit to Valencia!

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. They even left me a small gift The room was absolutely stunning beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just steps away from the metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. Plus, you’re surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants, everything you could need is right at your doorstep. Overall, it was a perfect stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wow...staying at this hotel was incredible! The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Always happy and treated you with a smile. We were treated like royalty. The decor was stunning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely go back. Very happy 😊

Great hotel. Decor and bedrooms are so chic. Such a nice change from grey wood bland hotels for the same price. Felt like an old world 5 star hotel in the bedrooms. Great facilities in the room. Roof top bar and €4 for a lovely glass of wine ! Staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was superb too. Hot food cooked to order along with buffet. Great central location in Valencia..

Excellent location to explore Valencia and the surrounding areas. Jose the operations manager deserves a special mention for ensuring that our 10 days at the hotel were memorable. If you are looking for a boutique hotel within walking distance of the cultural heart of Valencia, this is the place for you!

I don't usually leave 2 stars.. But when I do that just means they messed up big time... I was dumb enough to come here knowing they had 0 ratings yet.. And all the photos they have got my eye "Oh, that drink looks cool." I would end up regretting it.. I walk in there and I ask Wich room I'm staying in, they say what's your name and I tell them. Then, they tell me please give us your card info... That's.. Just weird, but still I gave it to them.. Next morning I wake up at 6:00 to hear banging on the wall...! I walk out and see that there having construction ON THE OTHER ROOM AND BREAKING THE WALL! I decided to go down stairs for breakfast and well... I ORDERED the drink they have displayed on this Yelps restaurant. The woman comes back with it and it looks nothing like that it looks like Gatorade mixed with piss. I was supposed to be there for 4 days... Nope I left on the 2nd day.. Thanks a lot FOR NOTHING
