We discovered this amazingly beautiful hotel last year, and have since stayed here 3 times, to date. The NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa , is wonderful. We appreciate all of the staffs and managements, attention to detail and especially their commitment to their guests comfort. The hotel was an old glass factory and that has been reborn into a stylish and completely modern hotel. |We enjoy our Venice experiences very much, but have discovered that it is so much more peaceful and enjoyable to stay on the island of Murano. The main island is but a water bus or water taxi ride away.|During our most recent stay, we enjoyed a room with a view of the water. It was special and we enjoyed seeing the beautiful sunrises over the lagoon. Spectacular!||We have enjoyed our multiple stays at your beautiful hotel and will absolutely return on our next trip to northern Italy.|Most likely in March 2026.

I had a wonderful experience at NH Hotel Murano. The location is perfect, peaceful and scenic, yet just a short water taxi ride from Venice. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and stylish, with beautiful views of the lagoon and Murano’s charming canals.||The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always going the extra mile to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. My room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed and great amenities. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking to enjoy Venice without the crowds. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel on Murano. Room had everything you could want - a little small but lovely up-market feel. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely much quieter and relaxing than Venice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. To state the obvious, being on Murano means you catch the water bus to Venice (we got a two day pass: 35 euro pp). It takes 15 mins to the first stop in Venice and of course you use it on vaporetto in Venice too. The airport water bus is separate to the vaporetto (18 euro return pp). The only downside is it only drops at Murano Colonna which is a 20 min walk to the hotel: with large cases, cobbles and tourists reasonably challenging). Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

This was such a treat to stay at the new NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa. The place is gorgeous and it could not be in a better location - directly across from the Museum of Glass. The staff was so responsive and frankly everything was better than my stay in Venice the nights before at another hotel. This is a great addition to Murano and we cannot wait to go back again.

The NH Murano is an amazing hotel set in a stunning location. The hotel staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area, restaurants and transport. Transport to Venice is so easy, the water "buses" go from either a 2 minute walk from the hotel, or a 10 minute walk across the island. The rooms are stunning and modern with a super king-size bed and a double sofa bed with still plenty of room and also include a fridge. We booked breakfast in the hotel on the first day, a decent breakfast with breads, pastries, doughnuts, meats and cheeses, fruit etc, but IMO €20 EACH for the breakfast buffet is a bit steep. You can get a coffee and pastries for 3 people at a local cafe or bakery for less than €20. Overall I would definitely stay here again, the experience was great and very relaxing away from the hustle & bustle of Venice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. The suites are very comfortable, and I was able to sleep really well. The restaurant food is very delicious, and the breakfast is more than adequate. You should know that you are on another island so getting to Venice will take some time to navigate, but not overly difficult once you understand the routes etc. my biggest issue is the cost of laundry; it was exorbitantly expensive. Thankfully, Marta was able to get that cost substantially reduced. Marta is a gem. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

This was surprisingly a very nice and comfortable hotel. Much better than we all expected. We had two rooms on the water with high ceiling and very modern amenities. The upgraded us to suite, which we really appreciate. We only stayed there for one night before our flight out of VCE, but even though it was significantly cheaper than all the other hotels that we had stayed at on this trip, the room was the most comfortable. There’s a very nice pizzeria right next to the hotel too. The island is nice, but very quiet and most stores are closed by 5:00. I wish the hotel offered frequent free water shuttles to San Marc’s square like our hotel in Lido did. The Lido hotel had free shuttles every half an hour until 11:30 PM. The shuttle at this hotel was 8 Euro per person and the last one was at 5:00 PM. This made it basically useless for us. Except for the shuttle issue, everything else was great at the hotel. Since Murano has very limited offering, it’s very important to have frequent shuttles to Venice to make it a viable option for longer stays.

I have stayed in Venice multiple times, and this is by far the nicest and most relaxing hotel I have discovered in the area. Murano at night and the morning is peaceful and charming, and this hotel has an incredible restaurant that serves food hard to rival anywhere in Italy. The rooms are very comfortable and stylish. Do not hesitate to choose this hotel !
