Hotel NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa

I stayed at NH Collection Murano Villa and had an excellent experience. I would like to compliment the hotel for the high standards of cleanliness, both in the rooms and common areas. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide and high-quality selection that caters to different tastes and needs. I also particularly appreciated the range and quality of services available, which are clearly designed to meet guests’ needs. The boat service is especially convenient and well organized, making transportation easy and enjoyable. A special mention goes to the staff, who were always kind, professional, and helpful. In particular, I would like to thank Matteo from the Front Office, whose professionalism, availability, and customer-oriented attitude made a real difference and contributed greatly to the overall quality of the stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, excellent services, and a very professional welcome.

Very accessible from the airport. You can get an Alilaguna ride from the airport to Murano Faro and take the Vaporetto to the Navagero stop 5 minutes later. You can pre-purchase the day passes online for these 2 transport systems or get them at the airport. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were amazing. Mateo and Irina were super helpful explaining how to move about the main city of Venice as well as getting to the other islands we were interested in. They had the patience to explain to us in English where they recommended we try restaurants and where they recommended we visit on our short 2 night/3 day stay. The room was tight but this is Venice and space is at a premium, the room was clean and elegantly appointed, 5/5 would recommend.

THE MASSAGE AT THE WELLNESS CENTER! ||Elizabeth and Maria at the NH Collection Hotel in Murano deserve Nobel Prizes in Relaxation. My wife and I booked a couples massage after marching around Venice like two determined but very exhausted tourists, and these two women treated us as if we had just floated in on royal gondolas.||Elizabeth was kind, attentive, and anticipated every need before we even said it. Maria’s hands, meanwhile, should honestly be insured. Pure magic. I am convinced she reset my entire skeletal system and possibly my attitude toward life.||The spa itself was beautiful, spotless, and the perfect escape, but truly, the heart of the experience was these two lovely ladies. Warm, gracious, and easily two of the nicest people we met on our whole trip.||If you are anywhere near Murano, do yourself a favor and let Elizabeth and Maria turn you into melted butter. Highly, highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, we had a nice room that was semi roomy for Italy and very clean. The customer service was top notch! Thank you to Matteo who was so very helpful and showed me how to use the espresso maker (yes there is one in each room). The breakfast was great, had everything you’d want. The hotel was in a nice quiet area. Thank you for a super wonderful stay - we hope to return!

We discovered this amazingly beautiful hotel last year, and have since stayed here 3 times, to date. The NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa , is wonderful. We appreciate all of the staffs and managements, attention to detail and especially their commitment to their guests comfort. The hotel was an old glass factory and that has been reborn into a stylish and completely modern hotel. |We enjoy our Venice experiences very much, but have discovered that it is so much more peaceful and enjoyable to stay on the island of Murano. The main island is but a water bus or water taxi ride away.|During our most recent stay, we enjoyed a room with a view of the water. It was special and we enjoyed seeing the beautiful sunrises over the lagoon. Spectacular!||We have enjoyed our multiple stays at your beautiful hotel and will absolutely return on our next trip to northern Italy.|Most likely in March 2026.

I had a wonderful experience at NH Hotel Murano. The location is perfect, peaceful and scenic, yet just a short water taxi ride from Venice. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and stylish, with beautiful views of the lagoon and Murano’s charming canals.||The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always going the extra mile to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. My room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed and great amenities. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking to enjoy Venice without the crowds. I would definitely stay here again!

A nice and quiet hotel in Murano, just a 15-minute walk to the Vaporetto connecting to Venice Airport. Instead of staying in Venice, Murano is an interesting and peaceful alternative. The location is very quiet while still being close to downtown Venice, with the Vaporetto ride to Venice taking only about 10–15 minutes. Near the hotel (~50 m to the right of the main entrance of NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa) you’ll find the excellent value restaurant Osteria Al Duomo (Fondamenta Andrea Navagero 20/21) — a perfect choice for a good-price meal nearby. And for something more upscale, the hotel’s restaurant Antica Fornace De Majo Restaurant & Terrace offers a gourmet à-la-carte menu overlooking the lagoon.

Nice hotel on Murano. Room had everything you could want - a little small but lovely up-market feel. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely much quieter and relaxing than Venice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. To state the obvious, being on Murano means you catch the water bus to Venice (we got a two day pass: 35 euro pp). It takes 15 mins to the first stop in Venice and of course you use it on vaporetto in Venice too. The airport water bus is separate to the vaporetto (18 euro return pp). The only downside is it only drops at Murano Colonna which is a 20 min walk to the hotel: with large cases, cobbles and tourists reasonably challenging). Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
