Hotel NH Luz Huelva

Perfectly located. Very convenient for the town centre and very close to large department store, El Corte Ingles. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Rooms are nice. Bathroom has walk in shower. Breakfast area is spacious. Breakfast is adequate but no more than that. It’s fine but nothing special. Would definitely stay again

We stayed with NH during the Spain power outage. All of the staff went out of their way to help people stuck in that situation. The hotel has a backup generator so guests were in a much better position to get through the power outage. The restaurant stayed open serving guests when most places in town could not. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The elevator was not up 100%, so the front desk helped carry our bags to the room. They also kept up with the news and relayed this to us also.

I love the staff here how they accomodate the guest and they are friendly,I highly recommend this NH LUZ Hotel to everyone ho will go for vacation,business transaction and others if they go to Huelva Spain.I am happy stay here for almost 2 days❤️❤️❤️

Excellent service especially from the receptionist Águeda ! Nice clean & comfortable room. Hotel was located very conveniently, near to the centre of town & near the main train station parking (campervan). Highly recommended for a business or leisurely visit !

We picked this as it was close to the train station. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice (and large) our junior suite was. It was a short walk to the main shopping area. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, which is rare for me to say as a vegetarian. They had eggs, fruit, cheese, pastries, cereal, etc. The only drawback was someone yelling at 4am, in the park or parking lot next door. That's something that can happen anywhere at any time, so I don't blame the hotel. It didn't last too long. Otherwise, it was very quiet and comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and tidy rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful. Superb breakfast.

Lovely bright clean room which was surprisingly spacious. Coffee machine was a nice bonus. Shower was good and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly too.|Online check-in was confusing due to us having two rooms on the booking (I think this was the problem) and despite eventually figuring it out we still had to provide all our passports again on physical check-in. On the other hand, being able to choose our exact rooms in the online check-in was something I haven't encountered before and if this had gone to plan it would have been fantastic, and it did mean we could choose a room with a balcony.|We were able to park around the back of the hotel for free (we may have just been lucky) but if you have good legs not much luggage there is other free parking to be found without walking too far.|We didn't have breakfast included in our stay but it is very close to cafes and supermarkets. Overall a great stay that signed off a 15 year old tick from our bucket list after we lived here as students. Would stay here again.

The online booking system Expedia used accidentally booked me for the night of the 19th on the 20th. Since this was a mistake on Expedia's side, I was assured by the hotel front desk man that I would not be charged, that this happens all the time, and that I need not worry. Lo and behold, I looked at my account and saw was charged the next day for a hotel stay that never happened. I called expedia, and was told that the hotel would have to offer me a refund since they had decided to charge me. I returned to the hotel to speak with the front desk man who had promised several times that I would not be charged. He now claimed to have never made that promise, and to have promised the opposite. It was now too late for a refund to happen from expedia, however, since the 24 hour automatic reimbursement window had passed. Not the end of the world, but dishonesty does leave a bad taste in one's mouth. I would not recommend this hotel.
