Hotel NH Parma

I recently stayed at the NH Parma, conveniently located near the train station, and had an excellent experience. The proximity to the station made traveling incredibly easy, yet the hotel itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. One of the highlights was the breakfast – a delightful spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot options that were both delicious and varied. The quality and presentation were top-notch, ensuring a great start to the day. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were professional and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.

Great Hotel! Very convenient next to the train station. Can get anywhere you want with ease. Room was modern, and quiet! Friendly staff, all around a great value! Parma, I will be back!

location is 50m. next to train station and walking distance to restaurants and shops with underground parking. Hotel has nice interior and modern rooms with balkony. Rooms are reasonable in space (I had baby crate and king bed). Breakfast is reasonable but could be improved.

Very convenient hotel next to the Parma train station and a 15 minute walk into downtown. A little too fancy for my needs, we paid $130 for one night pretty last minute. The hotel and facilites are very nice. I think some of the design choices needed a little more thought; such as the half cover for the shower/bath (and a hole for all the water to leak through) and the sink spout being a little low so if you have big hands it’s hard to wash them, or you knock them around the bottom of the sink. Overall, very nice stay. There’s a refrigerator, fitness center, and plenty of towels. They will also hold luggage before check in and after check out which is a really nice perk.

Check in was prompt and efficient and the member of staff was very helpful with a recommendation for a restaurant in the city centre.. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room spotless clean and an excellent size with all the usual good quality amenities, only slight criticism was the lighting was not the best. Breakfast was buffet style with a reasonably good selection. There is a bar in the hotel but it is, in my opinion, woefully under utilised by the hotel, it’s not particularly laid out well and staff members typically appeared to be multi tasking and bar service was a secondary activity, given the lack of local facilities (read on), a missed opportunity by the hotel. The hotel is located very close to the train and bus stations, this has obvious benefits but also a few small negatives worth mentioning, firstly, the hotel is on the quiet side of the train station and consequently apart from one cafe there are very few immediate facilities available, secondly, and this is 100% out with the control of the hotel, there are some “interesting” characters hanging around the station which later at night definitely made us feel uncomfortable walking back to the hotel from the city centre (about a 15 minute walk). Overall we enjoyed our stayed but would recommend you consider the location carefully when selecting this hotel. If convenience to the station is a primary requirement it is ideal, if you want to be closer to all the bars, restaurants and attractions, perhaps not.

Fantastic. Amazing location, 30 second walk from the bus and train station. Rooms were clean and quiet and Breakfast was delicious, shout out to David for the great service!

Room was very clean and comfortable. In particular, the Bathroom was large, updated, and clean. The included breakfast was amazing - everything that one could possibly want. Would recommend this hotel. Hotel is located within 3-4 blocks of town central - easily walkable.

Overall it’s fine but overpriced - would not stay again. There are hidden charges they don’t tell you upfront - like 15E to park per night and no complimentary items such as coffee/water in the room. The double bed is two beds put together so there is an uncomfortable gap and the upper management service was unwilling to work with me to solve a booking error. The hotel feels like a scam.

Hotel NH Parma is conveniently located right by Parma Train Station and 15 minute walk to Old City Area. The hotel itself is clean and modern. Room is well appointed and love the little balcony that one can walkout if you need some fresh air. Breakfast Buffet was included in my room rate and the spread is good with 5+ choices of fresh juices alone! The hot table though a little weak with sad looking scrambled eggs. I do enjoy their fresh fruits (mega sized kiwi!) Good to use as a Hub to explore the surrounding area or just explore Parma. Tips: There is a supermarket less than 5 minute walks away if you want to stock up on wines and water.

Doesn't get much easier than this if you're traveling by train to and from Parma . It's a 2 min walk north in the new part of the station. New look, new rooms and decent price performance value. Parking is underground and breakfast is included. A good hub in the spoke of seeing Emilia Romagna

Very clean hotel. Room and bathroom also very clean. Bed was very comfy. Liked the small balcony. Breakfast was an absolute fiasco though. Too many people, too little food, too few staff. Awful. I know covid is making things more challenging but other hotels we stayed in on our trip managed well so I would suggest it needs a re-think. Staff professional but could be more welcoming. Very quick walk into centre of Parma. Would stay again.

Really decent night at NH Parma. The price was good and breakfast buffet was also included. Parking was under the hotel for a reasonable price. All staff were friendly. Location was 10 minute walk to town Room was comfortable. Would stay again in Parma.
