Hotel NH Poznan

The personnel is very helpful and kind. The rooms are a bit small but very quiet when stayed there. The location is central and convenient but the hotel seemed to need some renovation and not in line with usual NH standards

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. Always happy to help and answer any queries. It also has a great location - 10-15 mins walk to Old Market Square. Tram line is just outside with some tram route stops just a min walk away. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel too. Breakfast buffet offers hot and cold food with a variety of options. ||We were in a Standard Double Room with extra bed ( 3 guests) and the room was on the cozier side for 3 adults. We thought there was a bathtub as shown on the booked room details but only had a shower. It was a bit disappointing but it was ok. ||Will definitely come back here when we visit Poznan again.

My stay in this hotel is one of the worst hotel experience that I’ve had. I was trying to accommodate to their accommodations, but when I simply asked if they can check for the AC unit in my room they proceeded to tell me that it works which it didn’t because it was hot and I’ve told them twice. On top of that the receptionist was rude when I was being respectful and asking if they can simply just check it or if they can trade me a room with a working AC unit. No one came and checked on the AC unit, even when they said they would. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to use the window as AC or Heat. Also, the water pressure was not good in the shower it flooded the shower floor while the pressure wasn’t even good. The room number that I stayed 408

Great hotel. Great service. Great breakfast. Just a little noisy at the front onto the main street. I am an old git though.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. I asked for a quiet room, but instead I got a room on the front of the hotel, which is noisy from the tram line that passes in front it. When I asked to change the room, the receptionist refused and told me that I should not book a hotel in the center of the city if I want quiet and I should better buy ear plugs from the pharmacy. So I would like to pass this advice to the other people thinking to book here.

This is our home, every time we visit Poznan! The rooms are spacious, clean with super service. The staff are very friendly and prompt! The location is perfect with parking facilities. The breakfast spread is vast and generous too! Highly recommend this place for an all round experience!

If you Stop Over here for few days, this is an excellent option. The rooms are large and beautiful, the comfort is perfect. Even the hotel has its own parking at almost walking distance of 200meter. You are close to the city center and the main attractions so even if public transportation is easy to use mostly you'll not need, as you are always at walking distance from everythings. Enjoy !!

The location and the price is really good. They have a late check out at 5 pm which is definitely a plus.

Stayed 2 nights here. Easy to reach from the train station, and a quick 10-minute walk to the Old Town. Modern rooms (although mine faced the rear courtyard). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but a bit crowded due to a large group, so many items were already gone, and took a while to be replenished. Free wi-fi in the lobby, but in the rooms only the first 24 hours is free, then you pay.

Nice, clean hotel with good breakfast. About 10 minute walk to the Town Hall plaza. I noticed a billing error on my invoice after leaving Poland, but they never responded to my email. Overall a good experience.
