We only stayed one night at a his hotel in puebla but we would have been happy to stay longer. The location is is good in the heart of town. The breakfast was really good lots of choice and fresh egg making station. The only things not so good was the WiFi in the room and the pool opening time was late in the morning and finishing early evening. We had a lovely view from a corner room.

If you are looking for a small amount of luxury go somewhere else! This hotel is so disappointing and depressing inside . From the moment you drive up into the low ceiling hole of the garage and pay for parking to the dismal lobby and tiny uncomfortable restaurant in it . We thought the photos looked inviting and nice but it feels nothing like them. Must be AI leaving all the good reviews. Paid Extra for deluxe room and it’s like any budget chain hotel . Tv is good bed fine that’s all I can recommend

Room is large and quiet. Beds comfortable. But the bathroom is a bit shabby to say the least. Water pours from the basin tap and runs all over the counter top and onto the floor. The shower is over the bath and the rose is broken. The only way to use it is to hold it in your hand. The breakfast is good, but the staff seem very disgruntled. The lady who makes the omelettes does a good job but the queues to get an omelette or anything else cooked by her are very long. The furniture in the room looks a little tired and could do with being replaced. The swimming pool on the roof looks abandoned. The WiFi works well.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of my recent stay at the NH hotel during my vacation with friends. The stay was from Wednesday, November 27, 2024, to Sunday, December 1, 2024, under my friend’s reservation. While the lobby staff were kind and accommodating, the issues we faced during our stay were unacceptable: 1. Initial Room Issues: Upon check-in, we were assigned a room on the 4th floor that was not cleaned properly. We requested a change, and while we were reassigned a room on the 3rd floor, the new room was so close to the AC machine that the noise made it impossible to sleep. 2. Further Room Issues: After requesting another change, we were given yet another room on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, the AC and heater in this room did not work. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we were informed that the hotel was sold out, leaving us with no option to switch again. 3. Room Amenities: The room lacked basic amenities such as a coffee machine, microwave, and flat iron, which made our stay inconvenient. 4. Condition of the Rooms: The rooms on the 3rd floor, particularly the bathrooms, were old and in dire need of renovation. Our experience over the four nights was frustrating and disappointing. I had expected a much higher standard of comfort and service. Unfortunately, based on this stay, I cannot recommend your hotel to others. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues and take steps to improve the quality of your accommodations and customer service. A partial refund or compensation would be a fair acknowledgment of the inconveniences we experienced. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

the room was cold and the heating wasn't working, the service was very slow, unfortunately not clean, found some hair on the bed and the carpets where super dirty (maybe not all rooms are that bad) the hotel has the potentials to be very good, it's very centaraly located, nice decorations, a lot of rooms but they really need to take care of the service and cleanliness.

We spent two nights here along with our group of grand Circle travelers. Location is fabulous! Breakfast had a large array of items, margaritas in the evenings were delicious and well priced. Our room was a nice size, with two double beds, but the towels were thin, no bathmat, and two lightbulbs were burned out. The hallways are totally grim – – beige in color, stained carpeting, no paintings or decor at all. A housemaid knocked twice, then barged into our room without calling out to see if we were here! Would not recommend.

I am not sure from which horror movie this hotel came from but it is a absolutely disgusting. The pictures do not corresponde to the actual rooms. One of the dirtiest places I have ever been. The bed comforter was dirty and probably several things died on the carpets of the corridor.

Really hard beds. I just stayed one night. It is a problem in Mexico. They buy the harder beds because they last longer. But it makes for miserable sleep. But i guess if hard beds are not an issue, the location is very good. So it might be okay for you to stay here.

Yelp
I would've given it a 5 but 2 things I felt were not worthy of a 5 Star review. The carpet in the hallway of the 1st floor was very dirty looks nasty to me and the other was no bath mat in shower from preventing you from a slip in fall in shower. The bed was comfortable and clean and everything else was good.

Yelp
We stayed here two nights and there was eight of us. The rooms are nice and clean and very comfy. The standard room has two queen size beds. And the bathrooms are very nice. No complaints ! If I needed anything I would just call and they would bring it up within minutes. The service was great!!! Located right and center of the city. Just a couple blocks from the Zocalo. Plenty of parking. Close to many restaurants. Will definitely be back. We rented through trip adviser at hotels.com. We paid $48 a night. An excellent price for a excellent hotel.

Yelp
We stayed here for 1 night. Basically came to sleep since we were out exploring Puebla. For starters, the sheets and bedding are coarse and harsh. There is a light that blinks all night and prevents you from a good nights sleep. The "safe" unlocked with any code, which I realized until we were leaving. The rooms do not have a Nespresso maker, which comes standard at all NH hotels I have been to. There was no mini fridge or iron/ironing board in the room. There were fingerprints all over the glass window. This hotel was not up to the standards of service and comfort of other NH hotels worldwide.

Yelp
My boyfriend & I stayed here a few weeks ago for our mini New Years vacation from 12/29 - 1/1/2017 We booked through booking.com and called a week prior to our stay to make sure/request one bed and a higher level floor for the scenery. We spoke to a lady who was very professional. She noted our requests and as we asked about tourist attractions. She said her friend Jerry would be able to answer any questions and help us out once we arrived. We paid a little over 6,000 pesos ($310 USD) for 3 Nights We arrived to the hotel a little before 2pm (online it said check-in would be 3p and check-out is 1p, unless its Sundays they offer free late check-out until 3p) The front desk lady (sadly, didn't get her name) said our room was ready for us. Which was super awesome, we expected to wait till 3p if need be but being able to get it a little earlier was AWESOME! We stayed on the 4th floor, room 404 - (there's only 5 floors- but the 5th fl is the PH which has meeting rooms available, patios, 1 small pool and a gym) We had a great view of the church across the street. Honestly, this hotel was NOT worth $100 USD per night. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, and the sheets/comforter had stains. My main reason for reviewing is the service, lack of hospitality and unprofessionalism. After receiving our keycards for our room, we asked for Jerry, since he was recommended to us. (FYI- before coming here, we did look up some attractions online, so we knew what the prices should be around) But, we wanted to see if maybe we'd get a better deal w/our hotel folks. Jerry gave us a ridiculous price for the Safari tour- $650 pesos per person. While, online its only $350 pesos per person on the site. You guessed it - we went elsewhere for our safari tickets. (Across the street from the Zocalo - next to Santander Bank, there is a tourist attraction station) We were able to get the same price as the safari site. Dodged a $600 peso bullet! The same day we arrived, we came down after getting ready for the night. My boyfriend asked a different front desk lady, just to inquire about the Pool area, if its only open for certain hours and the lady didn't even have the decency to ask for his name or room number but said "sorry, I can't give that information out." Uhmmm..excuse me we're staying here. While being calm all my bf said was "actually I'm asking for information because I'm staying at this hotel in room 404, you can check if you'd like." Her face switched up and all of a sudden she had manners. "Oh sorry, yes its open 24 hours." Next incident-I believe its important for all employees to know the same information. At least, the minimum for their job. Late Saturday night (maybe 11p or so) before heading up to our room, we stopped to ask the front desk lady (different girl again) Since it was Sunday, if we could check out at 3p as the website offered. Without hesitation or even asking what our room number was to see if there was a booking or not. All she said was "No, check out is at 1pm." We went up to the room without arguing back. I said forget it, we'll ask again in the morning. Another encounter of unprofessionalism/lack of hospitality We came down a little before 10am, asked a new front desk lady (I believe her name is Laurica- or along those lines.) If it was possible to check out at 3p because on Booking.com it did offer a free late check out on Sundays. She also with no hesitation said, "that's completely fine". She asked our room number and pressed some keys on her computer and said we were set. We were happy, thinking we could enjoy a few more hours around Puebla. We went off on checking some sceneries out. Came back to our hotel literally 10 minutes after 1p and got to our room and our keycard didn't work. So, we went back downstairs- while we were walking up to the front desk to the lady (Laurica) she looked at us and walked away to talk to some other co-workers away from her computer. So, we went to a different girl (which was the original girl who gave us our room- I wish I got her name. Since, she was the only professional person who seemed to work there.) We told her the situation about the free late check out till 3p. In less than 30sec. she re-did our keycard for the room and wrote our room down on a piece of paper. It was quite annoying to see the lady that had told us earlier that morning it was fine, standing right behind the lady that chose to help us and do her job that Laurica couldn't do but yet ease drop on us having to tell the same situation we came to her about earlier. We will NEVER stay at this hotel! I understand people have off days, but a whole staff of people that can't do the simplest of things. Ridiculous price and service!

Yelp
Beautiful hotel. Professional and friendly check in and staff. Close to zocolo and restaurants. Would stay again.
