Hotel NH Trento

I’ve stayed at several NH hotels across Italy, but NH Trento truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the service felt warm and personal; the team immediately recognised my GHA Titanium status without me even mentioning it, which is a rare and very welcoming gesture (not always the case in other NH properties).||The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, with a lovely view that made it even more relaxing. I also loved the hotel’s location, everything was within easy walking distance. It’s just about 5 minutes to the MUSE Science Museum and around 15 minutes to the charming old town, making it perfect for both sightseeing and evening strolls.||Overall, NH Trento exceeded all my expectations. It’s a perfect example of how consistent service, thoughtful design, and great location can elevate a stay from good to truly memorable. Highly recommended, especially for frequent travellers who value both comfort and recognition.

My recent stay at Hotel NH Trento was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived to the day I left, everything was absolutely amazing from the warm hospitality to the pristine accommodations. The overall cleanliness and professionalism of the entire hotel team were evident throughout my stay. I would especially like to express my deepest gratitude to Martina Ferraro, whose exceptional professionalism, dedication, and warmth made a real difference. Whether in a business context or on a more personal level, Martina consistently went above and beyond. Her support was not only efficient and thoughtful, but also deeply human. She stood by me during moments of personal difficulty and worked tirelessly to ensure my needs were met something I will never forget. Martina is a true asset to the NH brand, and I wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone looking for top-tier service and genuine care. As usual and as expected, NH Trento continues to be our favorite hotel. Front desk manager Simone does a fabulous job managing and coaching his staff who always display both professionalism and persona warmth when you are dealing with them on both Check in and Check out. I have decades of experience as a resort manager in America so I can truly say that NH Trento is a very well managed property.

NH Trento is a fabulous hotel and we so enjoy staying there. The staff are wonderful and so helpful and accommodating. Front desk Manager Simone and his team are an absolutel pleasure to deal with. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfasts are great, and the staff are exceptional. We always look forward to checking into NH Trento. It's like a home away from home.

Not quite a 4 Star hotel as advertised. Starting with the positive- Breakfast and attendants were very good. Rooms and public spaces were very clean. Negative- Room AC temperature did not adjust. Door to outside (not entrance) opened completely, except there was no balcony. Just a straight drop from the 3rd floor. Not the best situation if you had children with you. Hotel has a small bar which I tried to use, yet in 3 days I never saw a bartender. Location, while a reasonable 10 -15 minute walk to the old town, turns into a brutal walk when the temperature is 97 degrees outside. I just received an email August 21st saying my online check-in is complete for my stay starting August 10th. Huh?

This house is very close to the important bicycle road. ||The town center of Trento is easy to reach. ||Around the hotel is a big supermarket and there are different cheap restaurants available.

Simone is such a polite receptionist. I saw some past comments about them not recognising GHA Discovery status but they’ve since changed that. The service here was miles ahead of another NH property I just checked out off. Will come back.

Hotel was modern and in a quiet residential location taking around 15 - 20 minutes to walk into the old part of town. Rooms were average in size and very clean. Breakfast also had adequate choices.
