Hotel NH Trento

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service thanks to Chiara! As a Titanium member, I’ve stayed at many hotels, but the service I received at NH Trento truly stood out — especially thanks to Chiara. Chiara was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive from the very beginning. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable by kindly offering complimentary breakfast, free parking, and even arranging an extra room when one of my daughters decided to join us in Trento. This level of care and flexibility made a huge difference for our family. Her warm attitude, efficiency, and genuine willingness to help reflect the high standards of NH Hotels. Experiences like this are the reason I remain loyal as a Titanium member. Thank you, Chiara, for making our stay in Trento so pleasant and memorable. I will definitely be happy to return

The NH Trento hotel is located in the wider city center, a 15-minute walk from the main attractions. I stayed for 3 nights in room 304. The room is spacious and the bed is large and very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom is also okay, but could be better maintained. Namely, during the first shower, the water in the bathtub did not drain well, the siphon had not been removed and cleaned, and there was a lot of hair on it. The breakfast is varied and the staff is friendly! All in all, I was generally satisfied with my stay at this hotel!

I’ve stayed at several NH hotels across Italy, but NH Trento truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the service felt warm and personal; the team immediately recognised my GHA Titanium status without me even mentioning it, which is a rare and very welcoming gesture (not always the case in other NH properties).||The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, with a lovely view that made it even more relaxing. I also loved the hotel’s location, everything was within easy walking distance. It’s just about 5 minutes to the MUSE Science Museum and around 15 minutes to the charming old town, making it perfect for both sightseeing and evening strolls.||Overall, NH Trento exceeded all my expectations. It’s a perfect example of how consistent service, thoughtful design, and great location can elevate a stay from good to truly memorable. Highly recommended, especially for frequent travellers who value both comfort and recognition.

My recent stay at Hotel NH Trento was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived to the day I left, everything was absolutely amazing from the warm hospitality to the pristine accommodations. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and elegantly designed, offering both relaxation and practicality. The food was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options at every meal, showcasing both quality and attention to detail. The overall cleanliness and professionalism of the entire hotel team were evident throughout my stay. I would especially like to express my deepest gratitude to Martina Ferraro, whose exceptional professionalism, dedication, and warmth made a real difference. Whether in a business context or on a more personal level, Martina consistently went above and beyond. Her support was not only efficient and thoughtful, but also deeply human. She stood by me during moments of personal difficulty and worked tirelessly to ensure my needs were met something I will never forget. Martina is a true asset to the NH brand, and I wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone looking for top-tier service and genuine care. As usual and as expected, NH Trento continues to be our favorite hotel. Front desk manager Simone does a fabulous job managing and coaching his staff who always display both professionalism and persona warmth when you are dealing with them on both Check in and Check out. I have decades of experience as a resort manager in America so I can truly say that NH Trento is a very well managed property.

I will not be coming back to hotel nh Trento. The rooms are average but the staff is rude, the food is terrible, and the location is bad. I do not recommend. We had the strudel at the restaurant on our last night and it was very clearly microwaved and tasted mushy and disgusting. The hotel worker rolled her eyes at us and the reception was not friendly at all when we arrived or any time we asked questions. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!

Not quite a 4 Star hotel as advertised. Starting with the positive- Breakfast and attendants were very good. Rooms and public spaces were very clean. Negative- Room AC temperature did not adjust. Door to outside (not entrance) opened completely, except there was no balcony. Just a straight drop from the 3rd floor. Not the best situation if you had children with you. Hotel has a small bar which I tried to use, yet in 3 days I never saw a bartender. Location, while a reasonable 10 -15 minute walk to the old town, turns into a brutal walk when the temperature is 97 degrees outside. I just received an email August 21st saying my online check-in is complete for my stay starting August 10th. Huh?

This house is very close to the important bicycle road. ||The town center of Trento is easy to reach. ||Around the hotel is a big supermarket and there are different cheap restaurants available.
