Hotel NH Trento

My recent stay at Hotel NH Trento was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived to the day I left, everything was absolutely amazing from the warm hospitality to the pristine accommodations. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and elegantly designed, offering both relaxation and practicality. The food was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options at every meal, showcasing both quality and attention to detail. The overall cleanliness and professionalism of the entire hotel team were evident throughout my stay. I would especially like to express my deepest gratitude to Martina Ferraro, whose exceptional professionalism, dedication, and warmth made a real difference. Whether in a business context or on a more personal level, Martina consistently went above and beyond. Her support was not only efficient and thoughtful, but also deeply human. She stood by me during moments of personal difficulty and worked tirelessly to ensure my needs were met something I will never forget. Martina is a true asset to the NH brand, and I wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone looking for top-tier service and genuine care. Not quite a 4 Star hotel as advertised. Starting with the positive- Breakfast and attendants were very good. Rooms and public spaces were very clean. Negative- Room AC temperature did not adjust. Door to outside (not entrance) opened completely, except there was no balcony. Just a straight drop from the 3rd floor. Not the best situation if you had children with you. Hotel has a small bar which I tried to use, yet in 3 days I never saw a bartender. Location, while a reasonable 10 -15 minute walk to the old town, turns into a brutal walk when the temperature is 97 degrees outside. I just received an email August 21st saying my online check-in is complete for my stay starting August 10th. Huh?

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful setting. Friendly staff. Rooms are modern, neat and clean. A perfect setting for a restful night EXCEPT the air conditioning DID NOT WORK and the cable tv DID NOT WORK!!! Are these essential items? Some would say no. Others would say yes. But for the money that we spent you’d expect these things to work. Actually what it did was spoil what could have been a beautiful stay in a beautiful hotel.

Simone is such a polite receptionist. I saw some past comments about them not recognising GHA Discovery status but they’ve since changed that. The service here was miles ahead of another NH property I just checked out off. Will come back.

NH Trento is a fabulous hotel and we so enjoy staying there. The staff are wonderful and so helpful and accommodating. Front desk Manager Simone and his team are an absolutel pleasure to deal with. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfasts are great, and the staff are exceptional. We always look forward to checking into NH Trento. It's like a home away from home.

Hotel was modern and in a quiet residential location taking around 15 - 20 minutes to walk into the old part of town. Rooms were average in size and very clean. Breakfast also had adequate choices.

Update: thanks for the detailed response. Internet simply seemed overwhelmed at peak our (late evenings) requiring WiFi resets and overall insanely slow speeds. The hotel's wifi solution seems to be undersized for a modern business hotel in 2025. This seems to be a WiFi router issue more than a bandwidth issue, but it will require more detailed investigation at peak times. Bathrooms require some serious upgrades so they don't fully fall apart in the next few years. I had plastic covers from the showerhead fall on me during a shower, the toilet seat was loose, the toilet paper holder dropped the roll every single time I tried to use it. And you need to remove the moldy silicone and replace it with a more professional solution that doesn't deteriorate as fast. But I'm glad these concerns are tracked and hopefully addressed. Original review: Good location, right next to shops and restaurants in some green pedestrian zone campus area. Modern clean rooms. But unfortunately there are so many small things that need improvement. Good breakfast buffet, but dinner options seemed overpriced and lacked flavor. Overall light and light switch placement in the room is insanely confusing. I ended up plugging lights out of the sockets because I couldn't find the correct switch. The bathroom tub/shower combination has black mold at the silicone seams. And internet in the rooms is insultingly slow. It's a shame. This seems to be a brand new property. If internet is inadequate now and bathrooms already start to fall apart, I don't wanna know how this property looks 10 years from now. :(

Brand new construction, very friendly staff in a great location. The hotel is located in a new neighborhood, with supermarket, cafe, brewery and restaurants just next door. But also just a few minutes from downtown and with an amazing view of the mountains. Definitely a very good option to stay in Trento.
