Hotel NH Valladolid Bálago

I was in Valladolid for a week for an event at the Millennium Dome - the Balago was not particularly close, but it was a nice 20-minute walk. The hotel was overall very clean and had a modern, spacious lobby. Front desk staff were always helpful. The 24-hour coffee and drinks bar was very useful - and ask the front desk about their drink coupon in exchange for no housekeeping service. The restaurant and breakfast were both excellent, definitely get the breakfast included if you can. Soundproofing was decent, although there were multiple youth soccer teams staying at the same time, and I did hear them in the hallways. Bed was comfortable, and the AC was efficient. Would stay again!

A very recommended hotel! Great happy effecient service at the front desk, and very happy to take dogs - we brought our own dog bed, but the two dogs were welcomed and liked - and a much fairer 25 euro total dog enhanced cleaning fee (which i still feel is a new tax to make money ;) ). Room was good, clean and quiet. A little bit out the centre which some will not like. Secure underground parking for a small fee is also available. We will return! ;)

Excellent hotel ! Spacious clean rooms, comfy beds, awesome breakfast and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Second time we book a room in here and we are super satisfied. We will keep coming 🫶🏻

The hotel is situated a bit outside the city centre. The room is clean and well decorated. Breakfast is a bit simple for my taste. I expected a bit extensive variation from it. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel bathrooms need a refurbishment for sure, a working bar would be nice not a vending machine, but overall its location is great and the staff are really nice and the breakfast is good.

We were travelling back to the UK by ferry and needed an overnight stay. We choose the hotel for the location, they allow dogs and the price was good. We have stayed in many NH hotels over the past few years and always look for them. ||This hotel is more of a business hotel but ideal for a weekend stay.

Gonzales on reception was very friendly and helpful. I understand it’s a budget hotel, and the rooms are decent for the price, but they’re lacking a few amenities (eg no kettle for tea/coffee, no toothbrush or vanity kit, only paid water in the room etc). Breakfast though was very good.

I had a really nice stay at Hotel NH Valladolid Bálago. The staff were so friendly when we arrived, check in was quick and the room was spotless and very fresh. They had nice robes and slippers set up in the bathroom and just felt like everything was thought of.Good storage in the rooms for bags and clothes. The only thing I didn't love was the breakfast. Felt like it was lacking a lot. But other than that, amazing stay!
