Nice hotel with a fashion accent. Location is fine (20 min walk from metro) and rooms are decorated with great taste. Breakfast includes sweets, fruit, cereals, bread. Eggs, beans, salad and many more options (both savory and sweet). Hot chocolate is complementary at the lobby as well as water and gummies. Best time to stay here is summer when you can also enjoy the terrace.

I had a wonderful experience with the hotel reception team. Ms. Alessia, Ms. Antonella, and Mr. Benson from security welcomed me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and quick. They were polite, professional, and always ready to help with any questions. Their friendly attitude truly made my stay more comfortable. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at nhow Milano. The customer service is outstanding, everyone is smart, kind, helpful, and very understanding. The team is extremely organized, and even when speaking to different staff members on different days, they always knew exactly what had been discussed before. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the restaurants are also very good, which is not always the case in other hotels. Most of all, my stay made me feel at home. This is actually the first time I truly felt that I liked Milan. I will definitely stay here again. It’s now my go-to hotel in Milan.

Brilliant hotel- I stayed here for a work event in December. Staff are very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. Michelle particularly stood out for me: she always went above and beyond- making an effort to stop and have a chat; always making us drinks at breakfast and looking after us at lunch time too. Michelle is a great asset to the hotel team and brings a little bit more sunshine to the Nhow! Hospitality like this is hard to come by. Thankyou very much 🙏

For Valentines Day I reached out to the hotel if it was possible to surprise my partner who was staying at the hotel with a sweet treat at his room. The staff (Paolo and Gianluca) was super friendly and helpful and made sure, my partner had a wonderful experience! I am truly so thankful and wish you a lovely day!🥰

A truly unique hotel, though not for everyone’s taste. The hotel is conveniently located in the city of Milan, very close to a tram stop that makes it incredibly easy to get to any part of the city. As a hotel, it really stands out—especially in terms of its decor, which, for me personally, didn’t match my taste. You won’t find the typical style of a four-star hotel here. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety and top-quality ingredients. As for the staff, they were quite polite and helpful. Regarding the rooms, I’d say they could use a bit of maintenance, as there was some rust on the bathroom pipes or sink. I also expected to find a bathrobe in the room, not just towels, and in my particular room, there was no pair of slippers provided. Additionally, the rooms were really cold. I asked for the heating to be turned on in my room, but I was told it wasn’t allowed yet, as the system hadn’t been switched to heating mode for the season. So I had to ask for an extra duvet, since at the end of October the bed only had a thin coverlet. As for lunch and dinner, they were quite minimal. I would’ve preferred a bit more variety, though I can’t really judge since this may have been the choice of the company that organized the meeting I was attending, and not the hotel itself. Overall, it’s a hotel with several strong points, but it does need some small improvements!

Adorable hotel with excellent service. The front desk staff are really wonderful and speak English and if you call down for say an extra pillow they come right away. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and the rooms are small but very comfortable. One minor thing is that the pillows are a bit too soft for my taste. Otherwise really nice.

Rooms , was good except the privacy at the shower and toilet was not good as it was all glasses. Service, front desk person who checked me in and out was excellent but the folks at the Bar counter was not that friendly. Location, too far from the railway station. The breakfast was excellent.
