A truly unique hotel, though not for everyone’s taste.
The hotel is conveniently located in the city of Milan, very close to a tram stop that makes it incredibly easy to get to any part of the city.
As a hotel, it really stands out—especially in terms of its decor, which, for me personally, didn’t match my taste. You won’t find the typical style of a four-star hotel here.
The breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety and top-quality ingredients.
As for the staff, they were quite polite and helpful.
Regarding the rooms, I’d say they could use a bit of maintenance, as there was some rust on the bathroom pipes or sink.
I also expected to find a bathrobe in the room, not just towels, and in my particular room, there was no pair of slippers provided.
Additionally, the rooms were really cold. I asked for the heating to be turned on in my room, but I was told it wasn’t allowed yet, as the system hadn’t been switched to heating mode for the season. So I had to ask for an extra duvet, since at the end of October the bed only had a thin coverlet.
As for lunch and dinner, they were quite minimal. I would’ve preferred a bit more variety, though I can’t really judge since this may have been the choice of the company that organized the meeting I was attending, and not the hotel itself.
Overall, it’s a hotel with several strong points, but it does need some small improvements!
