Hotel Nikko Saigon

Really enjoyed my stay at hotel Nikko Saigon! The pool area and gym are nice- great spot to relax or fit in a quick workout. Breakfast eat awesome with lots of options, fresh fruits, and juices. The seafood buffet was good too, though the lobster and crab seemed a bit on the frozen side, but still tasty overall. The staff were all super friendly and really attentive, always happy to help with anything. If you catch a good rate(around the mid-$100), it's an amazing deal for what you get. Most guests were nice and chill, though you'll occasionally spot a few TikTok folks doing photo shoots or being a little loud. Not really a backpacker crowd here, but definitely a great place to stay- would totally come back!

Our family come to Vietnam every year and the last couple of years we have gone back to Nikko, after travelling through many cities in Vietnam from Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc... we always compare other hotels to Nikko and none compare. The staff are always amazing and the last trip we were there in March, the staff actually remembered us. Always attentive and so welcoming. We tried a different hotel in Saigon that looks really nice from the outside and it was nothing compared to Nikko. My husband is returning to Vietnam in January for a golf trip and of course he will be staying here again. This is our home away from home. The room was amazing , beautiful and comfy , everything was in good condition| Breakfast was fantastic and seafood buffet was outstanding with a decent range of dishes, and drinks. The location is conveniently close to a major mall and can be reached on foot.| All the staff I encountered was kind, helpful, and professional. Nothing was too difficult. Kevin at frontdesk was excellent upon check out as we had difficulty with our payment and he handled it out with ease and skillfully professional!

This review is for the buffet! Tram was my server and was honestly the highlight of my night. She was incredibly kind and always so attentive to everything I needed. My drinks were always topped off and she was always there whenever I needed anything. She was able to balance checking in on me without being too insistent. I had a great time. The food was good but the service was stellar and really made it worth the trip. Definitely request being seated in Tram’s section if she’s working. You won’t regret it.

I live in United States and I must say this hotels Restaurant and especially the staff are far above 5 star. You know it all starts at the entrance. came here 2 nights ago for dinner and as never fails to impress me. I was greeted by Fiona and Vie at 7:15 with 2 beautiful smiles and so friendly. They made the morning this morning for breakfast and top-notch excellent food. Most importantly service is great. Qu An and Vy were so perfect with service. Anyone coming to Ho Chi Minh City should visit this Hotels restaurant for both seafood dinner and breakfast. Tony Plachno

We stayed in 2 connecting rooms from 9-11 Nov 2025 at Hotel Nikko after having spent 3 nights in a 2 bedroom service apartment. Love the luxurious feel of the hotel when we step in to the hotel and also the guest rooms. Bedding was very comfortable that we would have slept in if not for the fact that we have to wake up earlier for the buffet breakfast. The spread for the buffet buffet was extensive. Similarly, the spread for the seafood buffet was amazing! You can order lobsters cooked in different ways like garlic cheese, tamarind, Singapore-style etc. Besides raw oysters, you can also have oysters cooked in cheese. Staff at Nikko are all well trained and very attentive to guests' needs, especially Sang from the concierge team. We really appreciated his help with our requests. We will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Nikko when we return to HCM again.

Smooth check-in, friendly staff, and excellent facilities all around. 🍽️ Lunch buffet at La Brasserie — a true 5-star recharge Before the afternoon session, we had a delightful buffet lunch at La Brasserie. • A great mix of Asian and Western hot dishes — grilled items, soups, rice, noodles… • Fresh salad bar and colorful desserts — cakes, fruits, and ice cream. • Though the signature seafood buffet is in the evening, you can still taste that same quality and freshness in the lunch spread. • Service was fast and attentive — dishes were refilled quickly and staff were always smiling. • The restaurant space is bright, open, and relaxing — perfect to unwind a bit between sessions. ⚡ Small tip: Some dishes are a bit flavorful (on the salty side for some tastes), so try a small portion first.

Hotel was lovely with awesum room and amenities. Shuttle service to the city was an added benefit. Service was great, breakfast was awesome with heaps of choices. Very great full of Sabrina at the reception desk to upgrade the room to suite. We had a wonderful stay!
