Stayed at this hotel for 3 days 2 night. All the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. To add on, they always give us a warm welcome when we’re outside the hotel. Wonderful service! 👍🏼 Customer Service was beyond my expectation. Our room was very comfy, clean and spacious. They provided all the essentials and everything was in good condition. Whenever we need to top-up more water, change the towels etc, they’re very fast and attentive. The facilities were easy to find. Buffet was fantastic and we enjoyed a lot! Highly recommend! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I stayed at Hotel Nikko Saigon with my sister during our family vacation, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The staff were kind, responsive, and helpful. We had an issue with the room’s humidity and temperature, but it was resolved quickly, which made our stay much more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—plenty of variety, fresh and delicious options, including fruits, drinks, and desserts. It was easily one of the best breakfasts we had among the five-star hotels we stayed at in Saigon. The dining staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Special thanks to Chef Nam, who treated us with off-menu dishes every morning, and to the waiter (whose name we unfortunately forgot) who kindly brought us treats directly from the kitchen. The only disappointing part of our stay was the Executive Lounge on the 23rd floor. It had a self-service vibe, even during cocktail hours, where guests had to prepare their own drinks. It was often crowded, noisy, and children were allowed, unlike other lounges that restrict access to guests over 12. The lack of staff presence also made the experience feel less refined than the rest of the hotel. Aside from the lounge, we found Hotel Nikko Saigon to be a well-run hotel with genuinely caring and attentive staff. We’d recommend it overall, especially for the exceptional breakfast and service.

The first room smelled like mold and was very humid. The second room still had an odd smell but not moldy so we stayed in it. But I would not stay here again, the cleaning crew and bellboys were excellent. The gym is very outdated and not much to work with. We stayed here 6-7 nights but I don't think we will come back due to the lack of accommodations from the front desk. Check-out was at 1:00pm and flight wasn't until 11:00pm. It was around 4-5pm that we found out through the bellboys that they sometimes offer guests with late flight to stay in their lounge or room if room isn't occupied. Why weren't we offered this by the front desk crew? Seems like they don't really care about returning guests. It is connected to a mall and coffee shops and walking distance to some local restaurants. Is this a 5 star hotel? Maybe 4 at best.

Hotel was a great introduction to my first trip to Vietnam , staff were very helpful and check in was a breeze. Room was very comfortable however it was showing its age with rusting on the legs of its bathroom accessories. That was not an issue for us as it is still overshadowed by the hotels hospitality. The breakfast and dinner buffet spreads were superb. Connection to the shopping mall by a link way made access very convenient, although we only found it on the last day of our trip which was a pity. Would I come back here for another stay ? Certainly ! Though pricey , it is worth it.

The location of this hotel isn't ideal for me, it's a bit far from city center and isn't walking distance to everywhere I was going. Therefore, I had to pay extra for transportation getting in and out. Hotel has good bones but seems to be little outdated. The wood surface has scratches, marks and really shows its age. minor carpet stains dots in my room. tile chips on the flooring and shower walls. If you like taking a bath, it does come with a huge bathtub for a good soak. My room was near the top floor and it has a good view of the city. Breakfast has a lot of variety but tastes subpar. Overall, I think the hotel needs minor renovation before a nice building deteriorates further.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, with staff members who were both friendly and attentive. The room was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional elegance, complete with a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Dining at the hotel was a delight, featuring a variety of exquisite dishes that showcased both local and international flavors. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated near major attractions and convenient transportation options. Moreover, the spa facilities provided a perfect retreat for relaxation. Overall, my stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations, making it a fantastic choice for anyone seeking luxury and comfort in the heart of the city.

Great service and comfort, but location not ideal for sightseeingI really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon. The staff were professional and friendly, the entire property was spotless, and the breakfast was varied and of high quality. The gym and other amenities were excellent.I didn’t use the spa, as the prices were far too high compared to local options.Although located in District 1, the hotel is quite far from the main tourist attractions, so you’ll need a taxi or Grab to get around.Overall, a very comfortable and well-run hotel — ideal for business or relaxation, less so for exploring the city on foot.
