Exceptional Breakfast with Outstanding Service! We recently had breakfast at the restaurant of Nikko Saigon Hotel, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The food selection was diverse and delicious, offering a great mix of international and local Vietnamese cuisine. However, what truly made our morning special was the exceptional service from one of staff Ms.VIE. We ordered coffee, and She highly recommended the Vietnamese Salt Coffee. She didn't just suggest it; she took the time to explain the unique brewing process and the perfect balance of flavors in detail. His passion and knowledge were impressive! Her recommendation was spot-on. The salt coffee was a revelation – uniquely delicious and probably the best coffee we had in Ho Chi Minh City. Her attentive and insightful service elevated our entire dining experience. A huge thank you to him and the entire team. We highly recommend this restaurant, and we will definitely be back on our next visit to Saigon!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Nikko Hotel Saigon. The room had a great view and came with a variety of thoughtful amenities—not just the usual toiletries, but also nice touches like bath salts and quality body lotion, which I rarely find in hotels around Vietnam. The pool area was spacious and relaxing, and the fitness center was well-equipped, perfect for keeping up with a workout routine while traveling. The real standout for me was the breakfast. The spread was huge, offering a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines, an abundance of juices, and even fresh coconuts—which was a lovely surprise. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time. They also offer a post card service, and mine just arrived back home^^ Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays!

Great hotel! Room is spotless. Staffs are so kind, polite and decent! Facilities are not new and big but they are well maintained. My family stayed 5 nights and absolutely satisfied! Breakfast menu is not versatile but there are many Japanese dishes. So if you prefer Japanese food, it would be great choice! The only minus thing is that the room was little bit damp. You can feel it from blanket. But there was no stink! Just…little bit damp.

One of the greatest hotels I've ever stayed at in Vietnam. Me and my friend were blown away by the room's breathtaking outlook. Kevin and his team, Andy, Joe, Anh, and Thanh, provided very kind service and greetings. The room is beautiful and tidy. The bed is comfortable and comfy for us.

This is a lovely and grand hotel, certainly has 5* feel, and service from the door (bell boy takes bags), you're served a welcome drink and towel. The room is large, lovely and luxurious. The bed is soft, and there's an evening 'make down' service where the staff leave a small chocolate and leave your bed cover opened and easy to climb into. The location is a 10 mins drive from downtown District 1, Grab drivers are readily available. The breakfast was lovely and had a vast selection, including cooks for custom Pho or ommlettes. I would stay again in a heartbeat

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating especially Tony right from the moment we checked in. Tony helped booked tours in Vietnam and checked us into our flights.The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!

Stayed here again after 12 years and it was just as great as I remembered. The room was spotless, service overall was excellent, and the breakfast was far better than other hotels we stayed at. The only downside was the concierge, despite being a member of Les clefs d’or, he was being a bit inattentive, but everything else was perfect. Highly satisfied! They also organized a special birthday cake for my daughter!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days 2 night. All the staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. To add on, they always give us a warm welcome when we’re outside the hotel. Wonderful service! 👍🏼 Customer Service was beyond my expectation. Our room was very comfy, clean and spacious. They provided all the essentials and everything was in good condition. Whenever we need to top-up more water, change the towels etc, they’re very fast and attentive. The facilities were easy to find. Buffet was fantastic and we enjoyed a lot! Highly recommend! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
