Hotel Nikko Saigon

After a last minute decision for a 3 nights stay here in Nikko Hotel Saigon due to a nightmare issue at our initial Airbnb apartment at midnight, we were greeted by Dean at the front counter . Dean greeted us with a bright smile and helped check us into the hotel efficiently even though it was during the wee hours of the day. He made us feel welcomed instantly and helped made sure our bags were taken care of. We were also surprised that our stay was upgraded to the executive suite which made this experience at Nikko Saigon Hotel a memorable one and we can’t thank him enough for this. This hotel definitely lived up to the 5 star standards as advertised online. From the huge breakfast buffet spread to the endless smiles and awesome service from the staff of this hotel. My partner and I had a great stay here and we recommend this hotel to all.

I stayed at the Nikko Hotel Saigon for six nights and everything was perfect. There is no shortage of staff members and all were very accommodating and friendly. From the time I arrived, Raymond welcomed me and was extremely helpful. ||The cleanliness and well appointed rooms and facilities made for an excellent stay. I used the swimming pool just about everyday to relax. ||I ate at the buffet every morning for breakfast and ate at the seafood buffet for one night. The staff on the second floor are the best restaurant staff I have ever had experience with, and mind you I am a food YouTube content creator, so I have many dining experiences. Food was very good quality and plentiful.||I would highly recommend staying and I extend on staying again when I visit Saigon.

A very well maintained hotel with an excellent staff. The professional conduct and warmth of the staff were praiseworthy. Though located in District 1, the hotel venue was little off the main happening areas of District 1. There is a need to travel by the taxi everytime one need to go to these places. The breakfast spread was simply great and one of the best I experienced in Vietnam. A professionally managed hotel with excellent housekeeping and fabulous food but little off side from the main areas.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon. The service was outstanding, especially from Jin and the team, who were very attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. As a Muslim traveller, I truly appreciated the breakfast spread with halal options, which made dining stress-free and enjoyable. This thoughtful consideration really sets the hotel apart. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I was especially happy to have a bidet in the bathroom, which is a big plus for me. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably throughout my stay. Overall, a great combination of comfort, excellent service, and Muslim-friendly hospitality. I would definitely recommend Hotel Nikko Saigon and would happily stay here again.

What a wonderful stay! I stayed here for the holidays and it was nothing short of amazing. They had a Christmas performance on Xmas Eve and cute decorations that brought of the festive vibes. Vincent Vo (concierge) went above and beyond to help me with the things I needed like calling to make reservations or finding places to go. Customer service was amazing and everyone was very accommodating and friendly. They even sent me roses and had a small cake sent to my room! Thank you, Vuong, for the kind room service. The breakfast buffet was great and my favorite part was the unlimited coconut stand! Tucked away from the city noise, it’s a great place to stay.

We chose Hotel Nikko Saigon to celebrate our brother's wedding (27/12/25), and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional—professional, warm, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The team supported us throughout the celebration with great care, making sure everything ran smoothly and stress-free. The food was outstanding. Each dish was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. Our guests kept complimenting the quality and variety of the menu, and many said it was one of the best wedding meals they’ve ever had. Stayed here with a big group of family. Maybe it’s because I’m from the US and our standards for 5 star hotels are higher … but to me it didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Maybe a 4 star. The hallways have carpets that look dated with stains, if you look closely at the details in the rooms…. Lots of chips of paint, older furniture… I think an update is needed. The lobby is nice though and restaurant beautiful. Daily breakfast buffet just ok. Flavors of all the food were either too salty, not enough salt or didnt really taste like the dish is supposed to. Breads were stale. A 5 star hotel serving butter from single serving packets?? I didn’t like that, plus they were flavorless. The chefs at all the stations weren’t the friendliest either but the hosts and servers were super nice. My fav was just the fruits and fresh coconuts served daily. Lobby and bell staff were great.

They have a really pleasant and helpful staff. My company plan changed at the last minute, but Kevin and Steven did their best to assist me the best as they could. Especially Kevin who kept track of my changing plan to make sure my stay is safe and sound. The hardware in the room is a little outdated. Additionally, their breakfast buffet is excellent! For any business travelers, I highly recommend this hotel!
