Hotel Nikko Saigon

We stayed for a few days recently. Hotel is massive, good location. Breakfast is vast and amazing array of food. Staff are lovely and helpful. It fell a bit short of a luxury hotel in my opinion though as I think the accommodation is due refurbishment...the green walls (why all the green?!) are turning a bit yellow with scuffs and marks on walls, carpet is dirty with marks and our toilet door didn't close. There was also nothing in minibar fridge to drink or eat which was odd. Fine for a stay but think due an upgrade.

From the moment we walked in we felt seen and taken care of. || Our room was gorgeous and comfortable annd had an epic view of the Ho Chi Minh City skyline!||Our room even had its own air purifier!! Which made sleeping so much more restful. ||The bed was incredibly comfortable. ||The spa was fabulous! ||The staff was amazingly attentive from the door attendant to actually staff member you passed in the hotel! ||We have stayed in 7 star hotels and Nikko Saigon was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. ||And I might add this was Christmas week when things can be extra chaotic. ||I would gladly sign up to be their ambassador! lol

Really enjoyed this hotel. Simple design that feels sophisticated and sleek. Club level rooms give very generous benefits including excellent happy hour drinks and food. Service is particularly good. Breakfast very good, and the pool is great. Only downside is really lack of charging points in the room! Nothing on one side of the bed at all which seems odd.

I stayed here for 2 nights and I couldn’t be happier. The service is exceptional; the doormen meet you at the car, help with your belongings and ensure that nothing is left behind. The hotel is immaculate and I loved the water pressure in my room, the towels were super soft and I had a great sleep. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for a week long. Service is very good. Staffs are nice, room is VERY clean and just basic set up. Definitely give it 5* just jbecause the clean room, bed is extremely comfy, also it’s very quiet, we all slept great every night during a week long stay. The only thing I don’t like is Location, it’s a bit far from everything, you have to take Taxi back and forth so it’s not worth the price. Example: it takes a good 20-30” (depending on traffic)

Staying here for the first time. The stay was fantastic, Kevin's kindness and attention at the reception made it much more memorable. He was so kind and supportive. I wish the hotel had more employees like him. Good view and good room size. Superb housekeeping. Excellent location. Great gym. However, the buffet breakfast might need some work.

He helped with internal travel arrangements, provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, and ensured that every aspect of our stay was seamless. His dedication and kindness truly made our trip unforgettable. The food at the hotel was another standout feature. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to both local and international tastes. We also enjoyed several meals at the hotel’s restaurant, where the flavors were exceptional, and the presentation was top-notch. Overall, Hotel Nikko Saigon exceeded all our expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, world-class service, and a prime location makes it the perfect choice for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Saigon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. Thanks to Mr Hau and all staffs for looked after us. All staffs are very friendly and had a lovely personality as make us feel like home. Feel very welcome. Swimming pool so clean. Breakfast very nice. Business centre. Restaurant and so convenient to get into town and anywhere.
