I had a wonderful experience at [Hotel Name]. The room was spotless, modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the [city/sea] view from my window. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help with my requests. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many local attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet also had a great variety of delicious options. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin, Hotel Nikko Saigon exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From the moment I arrived, everything felt professional, welcoming, and extremely well organized. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, every space felt immaculate and thoughtfully maintained. The staff truly made the experience special, they were attentive, polite, and always ready to help with genuine warmth and professionalism. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. From the comfort of the rooms to the overall atmosphere of the hotel, you can tell they care deeply about creating a high quality experience for their guests. Every interaction felt smooth and effortless, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. The room had a nice city view but was very old looking, not the best design. The rug wasnt so clean… The location is not great but they have a shuttle service to some main locations a few times a day which is nice but you will still need grab It is a good hotel for older people I guess, but as a young couple we felt it wasnt as expected and wasn’t worth the money. We stayed in better 5 star hotel in vietnam during our trip.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon. The service was outstanding, especially from Jin and the team, who were very attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. As a Muslim traveller, I truly appreciated the breakfast spread with halal options, which made dining stress-free and enjoyable. This thoughtful consideration really sets the hotel apart. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I was especially happy to have a bidet in the bathroom, which is a big plus for me. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably throughout my stay. Overall, a great combination of comfort, excellent service, and Muslim-friendly hospitality. I would definitely recommend Hotel Nikko Saigon and would happily stay here again.

What a wonderful stay! I stayed here for the holidays and it was nothing short of amazing. They had a Christmas performance on Xmas Eve and cute decorations that brought of the festive vibes. Vincent Vo (concierge) went above and beyond to help me with the things I needed like calling to make reservations or finding places to go. Customer service was amazing and everyone was very accommodating and friendly. They even sent me roses and had a small cake sent to my room! Thank you, Vuong, for the kind room service. The breakfast buffet was great and my favorite part was the unlimited coconut stand! Tucked away from the city noise, it’s a great place to stay.

After a last minute decision for a 3 nights stay here in Nikko Hotel Saigon due to a nightmare issue at our initial Airbnb apartment at midnight, we were greeted by Dean at the front counter . Dean greeted us with a bright smile and helped check us into the hotel efficiently even though it was during the wee hours of the day. He made us feel welcomed instantly and helped made sure our bags were taken care of. We were also surprised that our stay was upgraded to the executive suite which made this experience at Nikko Saigon Hotel a memorable one and we can’t thank him enough for this. This hotel definitely lived up to the 5 star standards as advertised online. From the huge breakfast buffet spread to the endless smiles and awesome service from the staff of this hotel. My partner and I had a great stay here and we recommend this hotel to all.
