Hotel Noi Blend Colchagua

This could have been such a charming boutique hotel. But it's not, unfortunately. The location is super, right in the middle of the vineyards. But everything was dirty. The sun loungers, all the cushions on the terrace and outdoor furniture, the room, the bathroom, the floor and even the fountain! Bizar. There was even a dead fly between my pillows. It's a shame because the building and the location are super charming.

Excellent hotel. Yes it’s a little outside of Santa Cruz but you know that when you book! Reception very happy to arrange taxis to go anywhere. Staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do more to help. Some don’t have very good English but why should they? Try a bit of Spanish or use Google translate. Food was great. Accommodation was fab, great place to relax. Would highly recommend

Beautiful, cozy and quiet place. We appreciated the glass of wine arriving there. Was so lovely to take it in the garden. Breakfast & dinner were delicious with freshness and tasteful. Very nice and helpful people working there. As I speak spanish (french and english and my husband speaks Italian) was so great to talk with all the staff. We enjoyed every moment at Noi Blend, Colchagua. See you !! xxx

Quiet location outside Santa Cruze, Noi Blend offered us a warm welcome, beautiful room and good breakfast. We enjoyed lunch here but didn’t try dinner. Contrary to other reviews, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings but agree you needed a car as it was in the middle of the countryside.

Charming hotel, not very professional staff, but very local chilean standard. Room is clean and nice. The welcoming was not very good. The receptionist could not speak english. The food at restaurant was not acceptable at all. We had pasta….very not what expected. And ordered hamburger, was not hamburger but some strange fried meat….the waiter seamed embarressed of the quality of food. I would not recomend to eat at the restaurant.

Stayed 2 nights. Location requires transport so no food / bar options within walking distance. As we didn’t have a car our booking included dinner. This was ok but let down by the fact there was only 1 person on duty and we had long waits. Rooms were clean and well maintained but WiFi very patchy and no connectivity in the rooms we had. Staff were friendly but transactional. It’s a pretty place but not a hotel we would recommend.

The location is great. There are some amazing vineyards around and a few remarkable restaurants. The room was clean, very well lit, and had a little patio with live white roses on it. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was strong. I’m not sure if the time of my visit was not right, but it felt like the staff “checked out” before I did. The menu in the restaurant was very limited. And the dishes that were available were pretty average. One of two mornings we were there, the breakfast pretty much wasn’t served. They tried to cook us some eggs, but they burnt it twice, and then ultimately said it wasn’t available. Despite all of that, the package service that included spa services was a great value. The massages were amazing and the little details, like chocolate truffles and some wine, were quite romantic. All in all, a nice experience, but for food, you better off going out.

Rooms are nice, and clean. Service from hotel staff was very lovely. Breakfast was plentiful. Hotel is well located if you have a car. Evening meal in the hotel was not anything to write home about.
