I’ve visited Chiang Mai many times, and after so many trips, I can confidently say that this hotel is my absolute favourite — the best, with no competition. Every stay here feels special, and no matter how many other places I try, I always find myself coming back to this one.There’s something truly unique about the atmosphere, the comfort, and the overall experience. The rooms are always clean and cozy, the service is consistently warm and attentive, and the entire hotel feels like a place where you can truly relax and feel at home.The staff always make me feel welcomed, remembered, and appreciated, and the quality of service never drops — it only gets better. Every stay feels familiar in the best way possible, like returning to a place that genuinely cares about your comfort.At this point, it’s not just a hotel for me — it’s my favourite place to stay in Chiang Mai, every single time. "Pleasant Stay in a Great Location" I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a nice modern design and a great location — it’s easy to walk around Nimman Road. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It’s good value for money. Parking is a bit limited, but overall I had a great experience!

A super charming small hotel on Nimman Road, Chiang Mai. Stylish and cozy with great taste in every detail. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable, and smelled amazing. Staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, service felt genuinely warm. Perfect spot if you want a cute boutique stay in Nimman.

Chic and cozy hotel with a tribute to American cinema. The staff are great, especially Ms. Nook. Location is very near One Nimman and Maya Center and all other good places to hang and eat.

Cutest Boutique Hotel at the best location We stayed here for 4 nights. 1. This place is at the best location in whole of Chiang Mai. It is 5mins from One Nimman yet it is away from all the traffic and noise. It is located on the best street of Chiang Mai. 2. The room is thoughtfully designed. Compact yet comfortable. The bathroom is clean and the bed is super comfortable. 3. The staff is very courteous. We had an issue with the air conditioner of the room on our last night and the night manager was super efficient in changing our room. The laundry facility is also great and economical. Close your eyes and go for this place. Trust me it will not disappoint you.

The facility is good. Staffs are well trained and eager to provide their services - super friendly. There are snacks and beverages providing for free at the ground floor.The opposite place is a coffee shop called Toffee roaster (the picture). Many of my local friends claimed that it is one of the best specialties in Chiangmai - their signature blend is only 70 thb!.However, there is no elevator here. You can call the hotel staffs to help you lift up and bring down your bags.

Great location, in the middle of Nimman. Cozy little hotel with central courtyard, very calm and relaxing. Totally recommend 👌
