The hotel is perfectly located for skiing, you can even ski directly to the hotel when your day is done. The staff were very friendly, especially to our one year old son - they had no problem with him running around the lobby or at breakfast. The hotel is kid friendly and had nice high chairs available. ||The lobby is nice but I feel they could make It cozier by utilizing the fireplace, and second area that seems to go unused. I think people would be much more inclined to grab a drink in a cozy bar with fireplace and maybe also some music?||Our room had adequate space for us and a baby crib, and the bathroom was recently updated. The room is clean and even had a small fridge. However the beds were not the most updated, they were quite creaky. ||Breakfast was good, they had all the basics you’d expect at a Swiss hotel breakfast. Coffee was good.||We did half board so ate dinner there as well. The dinner is just fine. The menu was always a bit boring and we would have enjoyed some regional specialties from Graubünden on the menu - we were there nearly a week and the menu didn’t have any regional influence - not even a engadiner nüsstorte (despite the Hotel mentioning their recipe for the cake?) having said that, the food tasted fine and the service was good; and the price is also fair. But next time we wouldn’t do half board.||Ski room is also good with a locker for your own things and space to change. The Signalbahn is so close by, for skiing it’s really perfect.||Parking outside is free!||Given everything I’d say it’s an average three star hotel, the food and beds are average, service and location are above average.
