Hotel Noor

Excellent location nestled in walking and viewing distance of the boardwalk around la Bahia de Chetumal. Staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel is outdated, rooms are clean though. WiFi is good and tv has cable and streaming options. It is safe and plenty of parking on street or in hotel lot behind the hotel. Great food options nearby as well as Sam’s club and vips.

Great staff, but rooms are very simple. The restaurant is fabulous. Staff are great, but for the cost the rooms are very simple.

Friendly employees, rapid customer service. Reasonable room rates. Peaceful and quiet, actually close to a great Mexican restaurant. The house keepers were friendly and respectful, I will surely be returning on my next trip to Mexico ..🇲🇽

Perfect location to get the ferry (3 min walk) to Belize and also to enjoy the nicer part of Cheutmal (we thought it was cute, authentic and high energy). Restaurant under it was excellent too. Please change the pillows! One of worst ive had in 6 months of travel (why not a 5*). Beds comfortable, rooms large, clean, easy to get to, quiet, great AC. Very good.

The rooms are nice, our view was of the water. It is positioned across the stree from the docks and near government buildings. We parked our car in their lot.There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. The Restaurant was nice and had great food. The town was inviting and has a street fair in the evening along the river front. We felt comfortable enough to walk to the fair and enjoyed the evening with many local families who can out to have fun.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Noor in one of their king size bedrooms. We walked in and book our room and service was ok. We were able to immediately go to our room even before check-in time and that was great. The room was clean and good. The AV was turned on and while I was talking a shower the lights in the room and bathroom started to go dim and bright back and forth. 5 minutes later the AC malfunctioned and I went to report. It took the Hotel about 45 minutes before we were changed from our room to another room and got upgraded to a junior sweet room. We stayed the night and everything worked out perfect and was able to check out late. Overall the Hotel Noor is a nice place to stay.

Not a bad place. My hot water didn't work well, and only got slightly warm, which sucked. Also there wasn't an elevator, and the parking lot was not gated, which made me feel a little insecure leaving my motorcycle there. It is waterfront, but on the bay, and it is actually across the street from the water, certainly not a place to swim. The pool was small but nice. Service was decent. It was a bit pricey and the restaurant closed early. There was also a loud bar in the area and a party bus blasting music that kept driving back and forth until 1AM. All in all, I would say it wasn't bad, but there are probably better options. It worked out for my one night stay, buy I wouldn't pick it for a vacation. The staff was friendly and nice.
