The location of the hotel is excellent. Exactly so to speak, downtown areas with many restaurants, shops and the beach is also close by. The hotel does not have a parking facility. The car must be taken to a nearby parking lot. The price for one day there is 24€. The hotel room was a bit tired, it would need a fresh renovation. Everything that happened on the street could be heard in the room, and everything that happened in the corridor and in the adjacent rooms could also be heard. There was free Wi-Fi, but we couldn't find the TV and air conditioner remote control anywhere.

Booked a room with a balcony via Booking.com. Given a room without a balcony, the air conditioning did not work and the shelf in the wardrobe was broken. I went to the receptionist ( who had changed) and after looking up my details confirmed that I was given the wrong room. I then got another room, with a balcony, which was very good. I parked in a secure car park around the corner for 24 euros. The hotel location was excellent, close to everything.

A friend and I stayed here for four days. It was beautiful and very clean. The smell walking into the hotel itself was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast there and it was yummy, a great selection. The beach is across the road, annoying little stones instead of sand but it was still beautiful. There’s restaurants everywhere in Lloret De Mar so you get a great choice of food. We went end of season but the little pubs that were open still were such fun. Would definitely go again.

Most horrible and disgusting hotel I have ever been in. Receptionist was very insulting and disrespectful. The rooms were full of mold and everything stunk. Even urine was still on the toilet when I first moved into the room. Definitely not recommended.

We booked a room with three beds although there were just the two of us; however, our son joined us for a few days and took the extra bed. The hotel were happy to add him at an extra cost which was very reasonable. The hotel room and bathroom were clean and some toiletries were provided. There was extra blankets in case you were cold. The staff were friendly, welcoming, happy and also helped us with anything we needed such as extra towels. Great location because it is on one of the main streets running down to the beach so you can reach the beach in about 5 minutes by foot but all the shops you need like a pharmacy or supermarket are all within 5 minutes of walking. Also, considering the hotel was in the centre of town, it was sufficiently quiet to be able to sleep. In fact, I think only on one night when we went to bed early, did we hear another family on the floor above. We booked the breakfast which was a buffet style and included white bread for toast, croissants, chocolate pastry, cornflakes, coco pops, boiled eggs, frittata, cold meats and cheeses and a selection of breads, plus fruit juices, jams, hot drinks. I asked for wholemeal bread and ketchup but there wasn't any so I picked these up at a local supermarket for about two euros and used them with my breakfast. Overall, really friendly and helpful staff, great location - the main bus stop is about a five minute walk away.

Stayed at Hotel Norai for 3 nights kn April 2018. Easy, fuss free check-in and warm welcome at 1am. The room was very clean with up-to-date decir and plush furnishings. Beds are firm but very comfortable and bathroom / shower was excellent. I didn't use the downstairs restaurant but it looked really good and very fairly priced. Ideally located at the top end of the main shopping street very close to the bus station and the huge supermercado. There were no cooking facilities as expected but the room cost just 20 euro a night for two of us and was amazingly worth every cent. Will definitely book to stay here again for our next visit.

Stayed here fir 5 night in late August. Tbis was our second year in a row at Hotel Norai and has always served our purpose. A 5 minute walk from the beach and our favourite bars is just what we want for a short trip away. This is a 2 star hotel so dont expect too much but with free Wi-Fi and air con its ideal. The rooms could probably do with a bit of an update and not sure the floors were cleaned every day but the bathroom was clean and we did get fresh towels everyday. The most redeeming factor about this hotel is its staff. They are most welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. While on our break my partner fell ill meaming we had to stay an extra night. Bilo ( i think that was his name) who worked reception at night was excellent. Helping us to extend our stay and making tea for us in the middle of the night. He advised us of the nearest doctor and was willing to arrange taxis. A great help. A big thank you to him and Jana. For a short break with no frills i would recommend Hotel Norai.

The hotel hall is very nice and clean and the staff is very nice. Unfortunately the room was not that nice and shine, firstly our room had a massive tobacco smell even after hours of airing but there was no chance of switching to a new. It was not even cleaned, not just when we got it but through the whole time of our more than one week holiday, only once when we asked for it however it should have been done anyway every day. The bar and the breakfast was okay and good, nothing special or new but it was totally okay. I will not book again, despite that the staff was truly welcoming.
