We booked a superior room last minute, the room was very nice and clean with all amenities and a beautiful sea view. Bathroom and shower very spacious. The bus stop for Monaco and Nice is very close to the hotel. The staff was very welcoming ☺️

During our South of France trip, we stayed at this cozy little hotel called Hotel Normandy in a village near Monac, and honestly, it was one of the best parts of our trip. The staff were incredibly sweet and treated us like family from day one. So warm, so helpful, so genuine. One of the ladies even brought us a cappuccino on the house, just out of kindness. It’s rare to come across people this generous. Easily a 5/5 experience. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

What a delightful hotel. We came for one night and were grateful they had an open parking space. We were greeted by the owner and guests laughing and talking on the patio. It was delightful. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, and we even got in our room very early! It was easy to get to Monaco on the bus line from the hotel. Our room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The bathroom was newly remodeled and I liked the toiletries they offered. There is art around the hotel and even a few fun photos of the owner. We will definitely be back!

Do not be fooled! I stayed here for 10 Minutes and walked out. Pictures make it seem bijou and quaint. It’s not!!!

The hotel itself is not bad but please do not try to park by the hotel! I almost got stuck! Small downhill road and only 2 spaces! Pretty much no space to turn around! There is a car park close by on the main street, use that one. The room is good, Had room number 2, and I could hear everything upstairs! A shame the kids of the owner are around as they are quite noisy but they are gone by 8 pm. Shower is good and powerful. Didn't eat breakfast there. You have bakery and grocery store nearby on main road.

This hotel is a total joke. Avoid good reviews as they are fake. Manager and front desk are extremely rude, and arrogant. I have been to 40+ countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels of different value but this is the first time front desk gave me two beach towels, and two days later charged me money for using it without notifying that towels are at additional cost. The manager said that they need to wash towels that’s why I had to pay more. Clearly she forgot what business she is in. She was so rude and disrespectful it’s absolutely unbelievable. Overall, the place is more like a one star hotel. Extremely old, not so clean, comforts were stained, rooms are extremely tiny, no electric teapot in the room. Avoid at all cost.

An absolute disappointment in quality and service. We encountered the rudest and most arrogant manager. The hotel advertises itself as being close to the beach, so when we arrived, we asked for two beach towels, which the front desk provided. However, during checkout, we were charged for using the towels. The manager explained that we needed to pay extra because she had to wash them, but the way she said it was unbelievable. This is the rudest French person I have ever met in my entire life. Clearly, she forgot what business she’s in. Hotels are supposed to serve and accommodate customers, including providing towels.||Overall, the place feels more like a one-star hotel. It’s extremely old, not very clean, the linens were stained, the rooms are incredibly tiny, and there was no electric kettle in the room. Avoid at all costs.

Yelp
Hotel Normandy is a quaint boutique hotel. The owner and her staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and lovely people. Even though it's a very simple accommodation, the views are 5 star!
