Even though my bed was very comfortable this light was in my face all night from the air-conditioning which had to be on, it was so hot. Tv and phone had to be fixed and no cold water in the sink tap. Lift also broke down and I was on the 3rd floor, so just beware it's a very old hotel and enjoy your stay but be patient. The spa was great. No view.

You have been warned! We booked a spa suite, no hot water. We tried everything. Finally somebody answered reception and was told "She would try a booster". As I passed another guest in the hallway, I asked if he had hot water, he had the same issue. When I went to check out with no shower and feeling dirty, I asked the lady why there was no hot water. She didn't seem to care less and just said "Your room is the only room, without hot water" LIES LIES LIES. Offered nothing in return for no amenties and they simply couldn't care less. If I could give a zero star I would. Customer Service 0. Very disappointing!!!!!!!!!

Smells musty, free to air TV only - the TV's arent smart TV's with apps (netflix etc) and they don't let you change the channel to HDMI so you cant even connect a chromecast - if we didnt have my laptop we wouldve had nothing to watch whilst in the room. The building itself is nice, it's in a great location, but very much fallen into disrepair, needs a lot of urgent maintenance - our room door seemed to be the only one not card activated, it had what was clearly a cheap Bunnings doorknob. Unsure how this hotel keeps its 4 star rating, the only good part of the room was the spa bath, our view was a part of the roof which was air con units and loud pigeons (not to mention almost the whole area was basically caked in pigeon poo). Star rating needs a review, hotel needs some smart TV's.

Came to Perth for a nice holiday and left feeling dirty and regretful thanks to my stay at hotel north bridge. When I eventually return to Perth my only criteria in looking for my next hotel will be anywhere that isn’t hotel north bridge. Before booking the room, I called ahead to ask how onsite hotel parking works. I was told that since I’m staying for 4 nights, it won’t be an issue, just put parking down as a request when I book online and they will sort it out for me. What they failed to mention is that parking will cost me $20 per night until after I arrived at the hotel. Some hotel staff were nice, but the first female who checked us in had so much attitude and sass. Clearly doesn’t understand the concept of customer service or being a nice person. The rooms and dirty, outdated and run down. Some lights didn’t work without flicking the switch multiple times. 2/5 PowerPoints in the room didn’t work and one of the working ones was being used by the fridge. When I alerted hotel staff to this issue, they seemed shocked and said that they would send an electrician to sort it out the next day. Of course that never happened. The curtains were coming off the hooks. The pillows and mattress had stains in them and there’s barely any ventilation in the room for the steam from the showers. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The only pro for this hotel is its location. I hope others can learn from my mistake in booking the Hotel Northbridge.

BED BUGS We stayed in your Hotel on Tuesday this week. Despite numerous attempts to contact the venue manager throughout the week, we received no reply. We had a disappointing experience. We booked the Deluxe room. RM 307 We found the hotel room to be in a state of disrepair. With the spa dirty, the wardrobe missing a handle and toilet flush button not working. Worst of all, both my partner and myself found bed bugs in your bed. The following day we found numerous bites all over our bodies. There is inflammation, itching and pain as a result of these bites. We are greatly disappointed in the unsanitary conditions of your room. The general public should not have to be subjected to this. It's absolutely disgusting and appalling We have contacted the local government health authorities.

Looking for a budget place to stay, the lobby is impressive but thats where it ended for me. The window looked out on to a service area of air conditioners and mating pigeons. Large room, out of date TV and minimal outlets. The shower was an experience, turn it on wait 5 mins for the hot water to make it to the 3rd floor. Heat and water pressure were good. Not sure if the smoke detector was stolen or just not replaced. Would suggest if you have a king bed get king sheets 😳🫣😂

We stay at HNB nearly every time we are in Perth. It has become progressively shabby. We like the large corner bath and the location of the hotel. The linens are thin and threadbare, chair in our room disgustingly dirty. It does not cost an arm and a leg to stay

We stayed at the Northbridge Hotel on Lake Street for a Sunday night getaway (room 206) , and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations.||Check-in was off to a rocky start — our room wasn’t ready at 2pm, and we were told this was due to only one housekeeper working Sundays to avoid paying penalty rates. Not a great first impression.||After about 20 minutes we were checked in and went to the room. It was tired and in need of serious maintenance:||- The bed was uncomfortable, and the duvet was too small for the mattress — if you tucked it in on one side, the other was left exposed.||- The spa bath, which was a key feature advertised, couldn’t be used because there was no bath plug.||- The window was faulty, the ceiling above the bath had visible stains, the extractor fan above the shower didn’t work, and one of the light switches was also faulty.||- The in room safe was out of order, and considering the note with it, has been for some considerable time.||Adding to the disappointment, the in-room information promised a complimentary meal and drink at the pub/restaurant. But when we asked, we were told it doesn’t open on Sundays — again, due to having to penalty rates — and no alternative or compensation was offered. This wasn't mentioned when we booked.||The location is undeniably excellent, but the hotel itself feels neglected and under-resourced. With some investment and attention to detail, it could be a great spot. As it stands, I wouldn’t recommend it for a relaxing or reliable stay.

Yelp
Not the most attractive place, bordering on seedy, but karaoke on Fridays here is fuuuun! I sang 99 Problems last week and nailed it*! *My own opinion and definitely not that of other patrons.

Yelp
I like it but not quite as much as the pub in South Perth I visited on this same trip to WA. The staff are helpful and three tables outside are for smokers. Some puritan father complained when I lit a cigarette in this area that the smoke was blowing onto his kids. What more do these puritans want? They've already stopped us smoking inside and now they're complaining about us outside. I lit another cigarette and pointed out the no smoking tables. The food in the restaurant is good and with a meal for eight of us I had the veal ravioli (I like animals but am an avid meat eater). The quality of the food was very good and it's quite rare to find a Western meal in Northbridge.Don't get me wrong I enjoy my visits to Asia and will get on a Tuk Tuk with the rest of them. But the food - Yuk. Residents of Perth seem to love all that Asian food - I avoid it and don't like it and it all tastes the same to me. A quite well decorated restaurant but the chairs were minimalist and drab. Three stars not five but proper Western food and the ambience and decor could be better.
