Hotel Nube is located right near the Parian Market and within walking distance of all the tourist sites in Puebla. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and even came equipped with air conditioning. After I checked out the next day the lady at the front desk let me store my luggage behind the counter for a couple hours as I walked around the town waiting for my ride to arrive. Will stay again next time I visit Puebla!

Very well maintained building, location is good , close to attractions however it does not look safe at night .

Nice hotel in a newer building. Close to the Zócalo. Employees are excellent, and immediately responded to any request I had. Rooms are basic with nice bathrooms, and very clean. It also has a nice rooftop terrace. I would stay there again. Two thumbs up.

A clean and pleasant hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Less than 5 minutes all to the old centre and various markets, restaurants and shops it’s in a great location.||The rooftop breakfast included fruit, coffee/tea and a cooked eggs and refried beans course with optional ham. Separate juice would have been a bonus.

Very nice hotel close to the Zócalo. Rooms are nice but basic, and the bathrooms are new. Lovely rooftop terrace. And the staff is excellent. They were very responsive! I would stay here again.

This hotel is great value, £87 for 3 nights in a big comfortable room. The air con was great and very quiet. The WiFi was good in all areas. The shower was great. The location was amazing, walking distance to everything, the markets and shops and the restaurants. The only downside was that it can be quite noisy. You can hear someone’s phone bleeping a text message! While we were there there was a dog left in a room and it barked for hours. To be honest we didn’t bother going for breakfast as it was a very basic continental, my wife had some coffee one morning and she said that it was good though. If it wasn’t for the noise it would have 5 stars from me.

Close to Zocalo, EL Parian and other attractions. Great rooms, modern and an excellent roof top for some sightseeing. On a clear day, you can see the POPO volcano. We paid less by reserving directly with the Hotel's website. Staff attentive and very helpful. No complains. Will stay there again and will recommend.

When we booked our stay in Puebla, there weren't a ton of budget hotel options, and this one looked like the best of the bunch. The actual hotel itself is great. From 1am-6am it was pretty quiet. But after 6 or so you can hear all the noise coming from downstairs, I think from staff arriving at work and whatnot. We were in Room 104, which is kinda right above the reception, so that really didn't help. And all of the rooms face the street, so I don't know if moving would have done much. The staff are really friendly and helpful and will do their best to accommodate you in any way they can, they are just noisy in the morning.||||As for the room - it was actually quite spacious, the bathroom too. The bed was firm, but still comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was alright, and there was a bath fan as well. ||||It's a good hotel, but you'll need earplugs. I had a bit of a difficult time finding something in Puebla that was a good location, budget-friendly, and decent reviews. My stay was actually back in Jan '18, so this review is very late. I'm not sure if more accommodation options have opened up since then, but this one is a fine option. The noise just puts a damper on things.
