When we booked our stay in Puebla, there weren't a ton of budget hotel options, and this one looked like the best of the bunch. The actual hotel itself is great. From 1am-6am it was pretty quiet. But after 6 or so you can hear all the noise coming from downstairs, I think from staff arriving at work and whatnot. We were in Room 104, which is kinda right above the reception, so that really didn't help. And all of the rooms face the street, so I don't know if moving would have done much. The staff are really friendly and helpful and will do their best to accommodate you in any way they can, they are just noisy in the morning.||||As for the room - it was actually quite spacious, the bathroom too. The bed was firm, but still comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was alright, and there was a bath fan as well. ||||It's a good hotel, but you'll need earplugs. I had a bit of a difficult time finding something in Puebla that was a good location, budget-friendly, and decent reviews. My stay was actually back in Jan '18, so this review is very late. I'm not sure if more accommodation options have opened up since then, but this one is a fine option. The noise just puts a damper on things.
