"Launched in 2017, this pleasant hotel offers excellent value for your money, including a variety of comforts above its three-star designation. Guests can look forward to a swimming pool, fitness center, and spa, as well as contemporary rooms and a convenient location (just over 500 yards from Długi Targ but removed from the crowds in the Old Town). Popular with everyone from businesspeople to vacationing families to international tourists, the hotel also offers an easygoing atmosphere and multilingual receptionists who are always on hand to help."

It was perfect for our needs. Big room and good location. 5 to 10 min walking to everything you need. We liked the bed and the cleaning was good. New water bottles and coffee /tea after cleaning the room. Did not use the hotel restaurants.|The people working where helpful but could be a bit more smiling 🌞

Great Place. Two minute walk from old town. Fresh Hotel. Very good to be able to use a pool, small jacuzzi and saunas for one hour a day for free as a guest. Nothing negative except like low water pressure in the shower and a bit damaged shower head.||I definitely recommend the place.

Good location. 5 minite walk to centre and riverside. Rooms are nice & very clean. Our shower head would not stay up making it difficult to wash my hair but we coped. Sadly, the reception staff let this hotel down. Although i wasn't looking for anything spectacular, a nice warm welcome would have been nice along with a bit of information about the hotel and how to get around but instead we were met on arrival with one word, "passport" then told our room number & left to get on with it. There was never a raised head when walking back in the front door at the end of a day & I know they have a job to do but a friendly acknowledgement would have been nice. It costs nothing. On check out, nothing!! Not even did you enjoy your stay. Hotel was over run with children but putting a couple with no children on the ground floor right next to the kids play area was nit a thoughtful plan. Very disappointing Hotel Number One. We will definitely go back to Gdansk as the place is amazing, however your staff do let you down therefore we will seek alternative accommodation.

nice hotel, nice room, quite close to the center, the adjacent area decadent, the SPA too noisy, small Jacuzzi, not very clean. One day the room was not cleaned, when I went to ask for an explanation almost no excuses were provided and only possibility of having clean towels. unprofessional. first time in my life that happened. At checkout we were not asked any questions about the stay or anything else.

We arrived at 10:00 AM, despite the check-in time being scheduled for 3:00 PM. There was no possibility of securing an earlier room, and the receptionist we encountered was notably unprofessional. The staff member wearing red glasses maintained a consistently discourteous demeanor throughout our stay, never offering a smile and displaying an unwelcoming attitude during every interaction. A word of advice: It is best to avoid interactions with the staff member wearing red glasses, as their demeanor is consistently unprofessional. However, the rest of the staff are courteous and accommodating.

Very big room, good service, but it’s loud. Walls are thin and screaming kids ruin calm atmosphere (also, lots of kids in the hotel). It’s not a hotel where you can get a good rest.

Perfect for all your needs. Under 10 minutes to the Christmas market and centre. Lovely clean rooms, easy check in, friendly staff. Swimming pool and spa approx 20 steps from hotel front entrance, extremely reasonable prices too, had a full body massage for £42 1hour use of pool, sauna and jacuzzi each day of your stay. Would definitely return and stay.

Very nice hotel with lovely, helpful staff especially in the restaurant. Swimming pool lovely. Good location just outside city centre about 10 minutes walk from Main Street. Children are made especially welcome. Gdansk is beautiful. Main attractions easily walkable to. Beaches of Sopot and Gydina beautiful and reachable by excellent public transport.
