We really wanted to like this hotel.
Unfortunately, there were just too many downsides.
Don’t cheap out and just book Radisson if available…
- Rooms: bad lighting, very “cold” and uncozy interiors, bad sound isolation and worn down showers, doors etc.
The TV did not have any streaming services, and the casting function did not work.
- The “spa”: Not connected to the hotel, and can only be reserved for 1 hour per day.
Both saunas were out of function, and the place was also very worn down.
Also, you have to bring your own slippers from home, or buy them at the spa, which is very annoying.
- The hotel: Generally, the kids play area is a very nice addition, especially because there were “Animators” at the time of our stay, who were great.
However, small things like the PlayStation Controllers charger station not working, and all the coloring pencils being broken/unsharpened just added to the feeling of things not being very well maintained.
- Breakfast: Just okay, but did not feel like very high quality, with bad coffee, bad juice and low selection of non-polish options.
