Worst hotel. Very dirty with lot of cockroaches in the rooms. Towels were very dirty. Generator and lift were not working. Reception guys first take money and then give room keys. So you are struck. Very bad experience. Just avoid it at any cost.

Well maintained rooms. Food quality is Good. Just opposite to Egmore railway station. Linens are well maintained. Service is good. Reasonable tariff.

Rooms are ok for 3500/ a night . We got a room immediately upon Walk in after a kind hearted auto fellow brought us here. We landed here because of rooms being unavailable despite prior booking at the oyo township Everest hotel at Chennai Central But mosquito menace, cockroach menace, perinneal lift issue that finally was shut down, internet and system issues leading no final bill at the time of check out, No complimentary* anything* no restaurant of their own, and yelping puppies in the property to add to the almost endless list of woes Stay here only if you have no other option

The room and the washroom were neat. Stayed there for a short time, but overall the rooms were comfortable and the entire property has an aesthetic look. The hotel being close to the railway station just 8 mins away from Egmore railway station and 1.2 km away from Chennai Central station is another plus point.

Good looking room with very poor maintenance and service... The AC stopped working in the midnight and they asked to shift the room in the middle of sleeping time... Later I understand the same thing happened for my colleague also in a week's time. I can't even imagine a hotel can be so careless in AC maintenance or do such nonsense for saving electricity bills...
