Perched on a cliff with stunning Atlantic views, this stylish hotel offers laid-back vibes, a saltwater pool, and cozy rooms just steps from local beaches.
Very decent hotel. A bit out of the way but I had a pleasantly quiet few nights here. Breakfast is good and the outdoors bar that was open in January was nice but was so dark that I couldn't even read the menu.

Richard, living in Berlin, Germany, 64 years old.||I do not recommend this aging hotel. It is no more than a three star or even less hotel. The hotel website and other internet sites have photos of this hotel and the grounds which are a number of years old and no longer actual. The hotel and grounds require a lot of maintenance. BEWARE!||I was with my wife from June 26th thru July 13th (17 days) in the superior room 431 oceanview with breakfast and evening dinner included. The room had one armchair with a footstoll, a mini refrigerator, and a safe. Only a small three drawer chest for clothes in the closet. On the balcony was a small wooden table with two wooden chairs. The view from the balcony was really nice. No real sunset. The sun goes down hidden.||The saltwater swimming pool was open for daily visitors each day with different colored armbands. Most of the daily visitors were locals with children and music boxes on the pool. LOUD! There were understandably very few tourist guests. There was( only between three and six umbrellas for everyone available. The pool patio is in the need of desperate repair.||The breakfast buffet in the hotel Restaurant Prainha was good. Somedays not everything was available. Many locals and often LOUD!||The hotel did not provide a dinner buffet in the hotel Restaurant Prainha. Hotel guests with the dinner included were given in the hotel Pamorama Bar a menu to select one from the three main dishes, a soup or salad, and a dessert. The meal was almost always good except a couple of times it was not so good. Other guests could order a la carte.||The hotel had many evenings private events at the hotel Snack/Pool Bar.||The location is good: walking distance 2 minutes to Prainha Beach, 8 minutes to Quebra Canela Beach, 10 minutes to a bank or car rental, 15 minutes to a beverage and food store, and 30 minutes to the "Plateau".||The service and friendliness were at times good and at other times not so good.

All in all okay, but not the best you could get.
Front desk never responded to Email to arrange check in at night. When we arrived there was no water in the room, we could use another one for take a shower. In the bathroom was a strange smell the whole time, Shower armature was odd, switching between rainshower and hand shower did not work. Room hot the whole day, air condition made it a bit better. Pool looked a bit outdated.
Breakfast okay, when you are too late (after 9am) some fruits and choices are gone.
Personal friendly, many beggar in front of the hotel.
Gym machines broken, nobody cared about.
Next time we would look for another hotel at that price. Sad, has the opportunity to be much better.

No bottled water in the room. Even upon arrival. Running water disconnected on and off for almost 2 days with no explanation. No hot water for the duration of my entire 4 days stay. Breakfast is average. Hotel food and beverage expensive. Cost half to eat or drink in the beach restaurant in front of the hotel.

The decision to choose a city hotel in Praia was difficult: On one hand, you want to stay in the center, but on the other hand, you also desire tranquility. At the Oasis Praiamar, you get both. It's just a few steps away from many excellent restaurants on the two city beaches, and the complex is designed in such a way that you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms are very nice, and you can always find a free lounger in the shade or in the sun by the pool. I also found the pool service exceptional—very guest-oriented with a wide selection of dishes. Haven't had such a service at many other hotels. We would like to particularly emphasize the super-friendly and exceptional service at the reception, especially by Joao and Nouma, who impressed us every day with her proficiency in German. I wish my Portuguese was even half as good. We will definitely return; the overall concept convinced us. And yes, dining with the unbelievably beautiful sunset is an absolute highlight
