Hotel Oasis

The rooms are really bad, do not judge the place through the photos. They are really small and dirty, bed bugs and cockroaches are common. But the service is good. Also, the location is really good it’s on the main road and near to the CSMT/VT, mantralaya.

Rooms are okay when traveling solo and for 1-2 day official work. Best thing is one can check in if he reaches by 7-8 am also. Maximum hotels check in time is 11-12.

This Hotel is near to CST station & Mantralaya It's famous for stay. Rooms are quiet & furnished. Location is perfect

The staff at reception was rude. He was very arrogant in his approach. The pics in mmt is misguiding. I made a mistake by believing mmt. Mmt no more care about customers, they are interested in fake pics.mmt charged rs 5900/- , but I won't prefer to pay even 5 rs for this place. They ask for money for water bottle. !! The room was stinking , bathroom was equally bad. I checked in at late night and was left with no choice but I recommend never to book this. Most important negative part is that, the staff at reception was rude...

Hotel was nice. Rooms were tidy but rooms are small you don't have space to walk. I'm not saying you can't walk but it's hard. The worst thing of that hotel was they said if you are from Nepal you have to pay extra charges. I don't remember correctly but they charged us 2000INR more. Man if you have such kind of policy you should tell before online booking.

The room is verysmall & dirty with stinky smell, the common toilet room and bathroom dirty with bad smell, hot water not working. The room can't soundproof from the other room.If you book with breakfast, they will buy a food from another restaurant and serve you to eat on your room, better go to restaurant yourself. This surround is full of restaurant and just walk 10 minute to CSMT train station.

Me and my husband stayed there for one night. They charge for the water. During night my husband started getting itching. I got itching all over my body next day. We both had to visit the doctor. We found there were bed bugs which bitten us.

The room is in poor condition, no water bottle, hot kitten provide, hot water working as well. The room can't soundproof from the other room.If you book with breakfast,they will buy a food from another restaurant and serve you to eat on your room, better go to restaurant yourself. they have elevator but need a service *** to control the door and sometimes he not at the place so I need to walk through the ladder which very dark & dirty. The rubber tiles in poor condition and have water underground. This surround is full of restaurant and just walk 10 minute to CSMT train station.
