I love this hotel. The staff will take care of you very well. They are always so welcoming and help you with anything you need. The room is cozy and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the room is clean. The property itself is stunning. I felt like I was in a garden the whole time. Also, the restaurant is wonderful to eat at for dinner. It’s also located close to everything-only 4 minutes to/from the port. They will come get you/drop you off if you have bags and prefer that. I had an amazing time-thanks everyone for making it memorable xoxo

I have mixed emotions with our stay at this hotel (we booked 2 nights ). We experienced a memorable evening here in the garden of the attached restaurant Giovanna (same ownership as the hotel) with a light jazz performance all evening. Beautifully dressed tables, excellent food, very friendly service, top ambiance with people dancing and having lots of fun. In short: a wonderful evening. However, the infrastructure of the hotel (swimming pool) and the rooms themselves are in need of maintenance. In particular, the bathroom was outdated and the one of our daughters even had an unpleasant smell. Good points for location and staff, especially the Romanian lady at breakfast. The staff takes a break between 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm, so there is no bar attendance at the pool. Didn't really think this was up to the standard of a four star hotel. In short, the hotel has potential but rooms and pool are in dire need of an upgrade because worn out. Apparently the hotel recently changed owners. Hopefully they will give it a facelift.

Being guests in this Oasis was a great experience. One can truly enjoy the lush garden, beautiful pool area, and warm hospitality of the friendly staff. The stunning views, delicious breakfast, and overall relaxed atmosphere will be a long lasting memory for our family!

Lovely hotel & great location. Our second visit here & would not go anywhere else. . Thermal pool is a great place to chill out & cool off. Comfy sunbeds surround it. No bar open out of high season but staff always got us drinks & snacks when required from their off site restaurant where breakfast was served every morning. Rooms decorated nice & very Panarean- highly recommend

Overall Panarea is a nice island but 2 days are clearly enough as the pricing also in comparison to the other Eolian Islands is very expensive.|We stayed in an apartment called Villa Rocce Rossa which was nice overall with a very nice terrace which you share with the other party in the apartment next to us ( but we knew that)|The room is small but ok , the shower could be refurbished . Overall is was quite loud especially as it is not far from the noisy port (additionally there was a very loud wedding which you cannot the hotel blame for)|The big disappointment was the service, they were not answering on the contact form on their website and not to emails on booking.com. So we called to arrange the transfer from the port a few days before we arrived but actually nobody was there and then we called again after we arrived and no excuse and then she picked us up as the last passengers of the whole boat, all others were gone.|And the worst was we had to leave the receptionist who introduced herself as principal told us that we should call her before we leave if she could bring us to the port. When we called her 30min before the boat was about to leave she did not pick up the phone and did not call back so that we had to pull the 2 big suitcases 400m over the bumpy roads to the port. Overall average experience with a poor person responsible for the reception.

The hotel is lovely & clean. The lady at front desk could not have been more helpful. Rooms were clean and a good size & the geo thermal pool is great. Very well located- the hotel also owns the amazing Ristorante Di Pina (2 mins walk away) which you must visit if you stay here. The only slight negative is that they do not provide free bottled water in the room. We were charged 3 euros for a small bottle of water we had from the mini fridge. Otherwise, perfect stay. We stayed for 2 nights
