The hotel is strategically located just a stone throw away from the Camino Passport issuance centre. As soon as one walks in to the lobby reception, one can’t help but to notice the interior architecture is filled with early 20th century charm fully restored to its former glory. The top-down view from high floors is something to be marvel with. A perfect starting point for Camino de Santiago from León. Hotel front desk staff are friendly and always ready to assist. Special mention to Javier - staff on duty (night shift) whose knowledge of the history and heritage of hotel impresses me.

Very good location , just right in the center. There is enough space in the room and the shower water is good and stable. But the Tv signal is weak. The door of the washroom is heavy and not easy to be pushed.

Great location. Some toilet rooms a bit strange due to the shape of the building and indoor atrium. Only one TINY elevator for 8 floors. Only holds 4 people at the most without bags. Hotel has wifi but they have an overly complex/horrible login process. Can’t be done without cell service since it requires an email validation. Never seen such a horrible and client unfriendly system. Good breakfast but small breakfast room that can be busy.

The hotel interior is beautiful and very clean. Reception was very helpful in sorting out an eatly packed breakfast ahead of our Camino.

I stayed for three nights. The hotel is beautiful but my room layout was a little strange and cramped in the toilet room which was separate from the shower. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices.

I just spent a single night at León and the location of the hotel is perfect to make the most of my time. Close to the train station and the center (cathedral and restaurant area).

Yelp
For the price, you can't beat this hotel. It would cost you three or four times as much in the states. The front desk people were also a most helpful concierge. They couldn't have pleased us any more. Very beautifully decorated....very modernistic (interior design). My favorite ..the bidet. The location is unbelievable...there is no better spot, none. Lot's of Camino pilgrims make this place their stop.....to rest for the next "leg" of "the way".
