Hotel Ocean Grand at Hulhumale

I recently stayed at this hotel; it was an ocean view room, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The room offered a stunning view of the ocean, was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. I would especially like to appreciate Suda, who handled the booking. Even though it was his day off, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was arranged smoothly and comfortably for me. His dedication, support, and willingness to help at all times really made a difference and showed excellent hospitality. All the staff are really friendly with warm smile and heartfelt hospitality even I didn’t mentioned the names. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend this resort for both the beautiful views and the outstanding service.

Had a pleasant stay @ this hotel. Just in front of the beach need to cross a road. Booked a delux room it’s a bit small but all done good with all necessities. Hospitality was really good, from office people were really nice. Joseph was really helpful in dropping us back to the Airport. Pick & drop to the Male airport was included 👍 Good breakfast with a nice view. You can walk along the beach you will find nice small cafes along. Overall nice & comfortable stay.☺️

We stayed one night at this hotel before our flight, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience! The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport, which made our travel so easy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, welcoming us with big smiles that instantly made us feel at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is great too — close to the airport and Malé city, yet peaceful. We truly enjoyed the beautiful evening and sunrise at the beach right in front of the hotel — it was such a perfect ending to our Maldives trip. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food, and we especially loved the Maldivian traditional dishes like tuna with coconut, potato croquettes, and tuna balls. There are also plenty of dining options and a local supermarket nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our vacation in the Maldives. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again! Thank you to all the staff for the warm hospitality! 🌴✨

Waking up to the sound of gentle waves, enjoying the sunsets from the shore, and having friendly, attentive staff made the experience truly memorable. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a seaside adventure, Ocean Grand is the perfect choice for a beachside escape.

This was our first visit to the Maldives and we were unsure where to choose to stay before visiting one of the Resort Islands. We decided that Ocean Grand would be a good choice and we weren’t disappointed. Ocean Grand is a Samann Hotel and provides an excellent all round service from a representative meeting you at the airport, taking you to a lovely car to transport you to the hotel. The check in process is wonderful with you taking a seat in reception rather than standing at a counter, being presented with a cold towel and refreshing drink. There was a beautiful welcome cake in the room. All of the staff are amazing and knowledgeable and cannot do enough for you. We chose a room with a balcony so that we could sit and watch the ocean. The sea planes flying by which are great to watch. There is a fabulous restaurant on the 7th Floor ‘Cloud’ that we would highly recommend. The rooms are good and the bed very comfortable. Thanks to the whole team with special mentions to Joseph at check in and to Rohaan at check out “follow your heart, save time for your family and make the magic happen!”

This hotel was a wonderful 7 night stay for a business trip to the Maldives. Our room was very clean and well appointed, and the view was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle was incredibly convenient. We had both dinner and breakfast at the on-site restaurant, and both meals were very good. We would highly recommend staying here.

Located just at the beach. You can walk in the lane and get everything. Gives you a good vibe. Hospitality was exceptional. Greeted and attended very comfortably. Rooms are clean and well organised.||Best part was the rooftop restaurant. With indoor and outdoor sitting.

The staff are all really friendly and very attentive. Location is great - right in the centre of lots of shops, cafes and restaurants, but only a stones throw away from the beach. The rooms are nice but quite small and not exactly as described on the website, making value for money okay but not great. The rooftop restaurant is great with lots of delicious options and a good atmosphere ☺️
