Hotel Ocean Heritage

Our recent stay at the Ocean Heritage Hotel in Kanyakumari was truly excellent. The staff were incredibly generous, providing us with a wonderful, unexpected upgrade to a stunning sea-facing room! Beyond the spectacular view, the accommodation itself was top-notch; the room was clean, very comfortable, and featured a refreshingly big washroom. Highly recommended for a memorable and comfortable stay!

No safe parking place for cars. Driver accommodation facility not available. Breakfast is very poor. Room is normal only. Only positive point in this hotel is location. Walkable to temple and sheshore.

Please don't book here. The AC conditioning works only for a few minutes and then cuts off. Thermostat is faulty. The remote does not work. The fan regulator was not working properly. The intercom was not working to complain. The room always had a suffocating atmosphere. We had to walk to downstairs to complain multiple times and even after providing us with another room, it still had the same faulty air conditioning. Breakfast was meh. The only good point about this hotel is the view from the top during my breakfast. My room was on 1st floor. The alternative room which was also at fault was on 3th floor. The rooms are clean but as I said, there's always this suffocation everywhere. I don't know if it's drainage or something else. The parking space is too short in front of hotel, maybe 3 or 4 at most if your cars are under 4 meters in length. There's always a busy road in front so beware.

The rooms are very cozy with basic amenities neatly maintained and well located in the area to reach all the tourist places. Plenty of food varieties available in the nearby market area. Complimentary breakfast, Car Parking available in the Hotel. AC & TV available (working condition) Easy Check-in and Checkout procedure. Room charges are worthy (valued) considering the location and easy accessibility. Thanks to Reception staffs.

My stay at Hotel Ocean Heritage was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was horrible, and what made it worse was the constant foul drainage smell in the room. It was so bad that it made us feel sick. This isn’t a one-time issue – the smell is permanent, and unfortunately, no one at the hotel seems to care. Their only solution is to spray some room freshener, which masks the odor for just a few minutes before it returns even stronger.||||When we went down to the reception around 12:30 AM to raise our concern, the elderly man at the front desk started shouting at us, as if we had done something wrong by complaining. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.||||Also, be aware that the photos online are misleading – the reality is very different. The only positive part of the stay was the room attendant, who was polite and helpful.

very good experiance. Neat and clean rooms. Spacious too. Good hospitality. Very near to Vivekananda boat ferry. Compliment breakfast included which is also good. The only one remark is there is no Sea view for the hotel . Else it is good for a stay .

Please note that this is a 3 star hotel and expect services accordingly..that said the rooms are small.. averagely neat but does the job .. AC and TV works .. decent bathrooms with hot and cold water. The service provided was surprisingly good … breakfast was tasty and the location is Perfect .. you can walk to the beach and value for money if you compromise.
