The Hotel - staff were friendly, the room was comfortable (I was in a single), great shower, comfortable bed (except the pillow which was very small and flat & the breakfast was good.||The Restaurant - staff were friendly and the service was very good. We were in a group of 13 people and everyone’s food came at the same time and was really good!! One of the best fillet steak with green peppercorn sauce I’ve had.||The reason I only gave it 4/5 is because I got a sore neck from the above mentioned pillow and had a sore neck for 4 days afterwards.

Nice hotel for the price, but it's a bit old and the beds are hard as bricks. The hotel is conveniently located near to the Mercedes museum. It's a 5 min drive or a 25 min walk from the museum - we walked with kids no problem. Getting into Stuttgart centre is easy, as the train is just a few minutes walking away. There is also a supermarket just up the street. The hotel staff is very friendly and speaks English. The room looked and felt dated and cleaning could be better. They didn't change the sheets during our two nights stay, and the carpets looked a little dirty. The bed was made up of two separate mattresses, but these were not held together. From our room there was a nice view of some trees and windows that could be opened. The breakfast was fine, but nothing special. It was cheap, so not a bad deal. There is a restaurant located in the hotel, but it's a separate business. The food was very good, the prices fair, and service very child-friendly. The hotel also offers free parking.

Stayed here for a wedding and was very pleased. Nice spacious room, wonderful breakfast included. Situated in a quiet part of town. Staff was very accommodating. Bar and restaurant on site. Excellent value.

This older building has nice, large, beautifully decorated traditional rooms. The hotel has an elevator and parking. Our double bed was two twins pushed together with lovely cotton linens and great storage space. It is conveniently located close to light rail and buses as well as freeway access. There were no wash clothes but all else was provided. The hard working staff was very helpful and efficient. The food is fantastic! This restaurant is known throughout the city for traditional regional food with very generous portions. Make a reservation because it fills up with local families. I had my first goose and it was spectacular. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with the best scrambled eggs, lots of meat, salmon, cheese, fruit, vegetable and juice choices and the fabulous European breads, croissants and cakes. Ask for espresso drinks. There is a grocery store down the street and a bakery and butcher shop. Walking in the neighborhood, you can see the Wurtemberg Kappelle in the distance.

The room was relatively modern. The bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a large shower area. The restaurant was good with a good selection of food and drink to choose from. The décor in the restaurant was of a Bavarian style with wood panelling. The tables were all covered with table cloths. The restaurant staff were attentive and quick to serve. Food presentation was good with large amounts served. Restaurant prices were reasonable. On the negative side, the hotel claims ample on site parking, but this was not evident. Once there are about 6-8 cars, then there is no space available. Street parking can also be difficult to find close by.

Visiting Stuttgart for the first time we really hit lucky with this establishment. Easy to find in a quiet area, free off street parking, and a really friendly and helpfully informative welcome. Very nicely appointed room- good decoration, facilities, fruit, en suite, mini bar, TV, toiletries, towels, comfy bed with nice linen, plenty of lighting options, easy-to-open windows (we hate sleeping without external ventilation) and decent seating and storage space. Common areas similarly well appointed with nice little touches and there is also a lift which is useful if carrying heavy bags or a lazy and unfit Brother. Enjoyed an extremely good breakfast with a wide range of options and also ate in the hotel restaurant/bar which similarly did not disappoint with its choice of food and drink. The staff and owners clearly take a pride in their establishment which my Brother and I witnessed at breakfast when looking out of the window and seeing no less than three people vigorously sweeping the pleasant outside dining area. Good value. Really good and helpful staff. Well done all round and good value to boot. We hope to return.

Newer chef there since a while and the swabian kitchen is good again. Last visit a few years back was a different chef and poor result. Now having returned to form, it's a very good swabian option in a cozy environment inside, or a big patio outside .Friendly service too.

From booking this hotel until staying we can’t fault a thing. |The staff fantastic and helpful we arrived a little early but that didn’t stop them getting a room done so we could rest. |There was fruit plate and a chocolate on our bed, it was spotless.|We went downstairs to have some lunch at the restaurant before heading out we just had soup and desert well it would of been the best soup we had our whole time there. |The hotel is located near a grocery store and a few takeaways so getting bits and pieces and a snake was easy. |Breakfast was really lovely |The hotel the staff the restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
