Hotel Odeon

This hotel is perfectly situated and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room service is helpful and the room is small but cosy and quiet. While breakfast wasn’t ideal for Canadians/Iranians due to the salty butter, not as sweet jams and Danish bread, I haven’t encountered any other issues. It’s highly recommended for anyone looking to be close to literary attractions and transport links.

Stayed here for 3 nights with work a nice modern hotel with great friendly staff the hotel is within 5 mins walking distance of the main town and station! The rooms we had were small but ample for our stay the room was clean and had everything I needed the bathroom was small but once again spotlessly clean and had everything I needed ! The breakfast selection was good I am a Vegetarian and had a good amount to choose from only hot food available for me was scrambled eggs which was fine at least there was a hot option! We used the bar which was friendly and the bar staff were very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the local beers ! All in all a safe clean and friendly hotel

Staff are helpful. Location is good near train station and various spots. Quality of the breakfast is good. Room and bed are comfy.

An exceptional stay during my seminar! The service was top-notch from start to finish, with incredibly welcoming staff whose smiles radiate genuine positive energy. It’s truly refreshing to see that there are still places where courtesy, kindness, and professionalism are at the heart of the experience. Kudos to the entire team for this rare and precious human touch.

First experience with hotel odeon, was when checking in the lady at the front desk informed that merely putting one wrong number in on my license in denmark. Has harsher penalty than car theft or break and entry would get you in canada. Then I searched my room for the universally standard shifty little mini fridge, they the. Told me at the front counter only rooms that get any kind of fridge at the hotel odeon are the suites. So she proceeded to quote out how much to upgrade to a suite, considering I had already paid for 3 nites at their hotel. So she told it was essentially 10,000 krone for 3 nites. So I had already paid for 3 nites which cost less than 1000 Canadian dollars, so she said if I was to upgrade to a suit for 3 nites it would be an additional 2500 canadian. Then later my gf told me using the hotel odeon website it was just over 2000 Canadian for 3 nites. So the hotel staff was willing to charge me an extra 2500 Canadian for 3 nites to upgrade to a room with a mini fridge although I had already paid for 3 nites. On top of that the restaurant hc by Meyers is not open on Sundays and onto of that their internet is incredibly bad, my ps portal keeps losing internet merely sitting idle on the home screen. Only reason I gave them a decent review on service was bc the older lady that checked me in was very nice and friendly. Highly recommend you not stay at the hotel odeon don't be as disappointed as me

This hotel is all about the location very central and walkable to everything in town. If you are American I stringly would not reccomend booking the smallest gurst rooms size. We booked one size up and it was still very "cozy" compared to what we would typically expect.

Having recently stayed at the hotel, I must express my complete satisfaction with both the service and the accommodations. The staff members were exceptionally polite and consistently eager to assist. The room itself was impeccably clean, with daily room service provided. Furthermore, the hotel's location proved to be ideal, offering convenient access to various attractions throughout the town, with numerous sightseeing opportunities just a short distance away.
