Hotel Okura Macau

It has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

Swung by yesterday before watching Nezha 2 for a girls night. They treat you like a criminal for looking for your friend. I’m staying at Banyan next door, my friend is staying at Okura and told me to meet up with her on the 6th floor since she’s grabbing a coffee before we go to the movies. There’s 7-8 people just standing by the door idling and one asks you to present your room card. I told them i’m just going in to grab my friend and three of them followed me aggressively pushing for a room card. If you don’t want me to go in just tell me and I’ll give you my friend’s name so you can go get her for me. What an I going to do? Steal fruit? Take a ceramic plate as a souvenir? Wow I definitely can’t get ceramic plates outside of a hotel. I love used plates. Instead of going thrifting at a second hand store I go to Hotel Okura to get used plates because if a thousand people have used it then it’s got the residue saliva that I’m obviously thirsting for. What a joke of a Hotel, you’d get better service at any three star hotel chain in Japan. My friend was shocked because she heard the commotion from where she was having her coffee and couldn’t believe what happened.

It was such a pleasant stay at the Okura hotel. We were there to celebrate birthday for 2 family members. The hotel decorated the room and offered a yummy birthday cake and stuffed bears wearing kimono. The kids were so happy. They also accommodated our request to arrange a room close to elevator (literately next to it) to my father-in-law who has reduced mobility. Thomas was supper helpful and nice. There is no in-dining breakfast as the restaurant is under renovation. Would like to come back when it is re-opened.

This is by far the best hotel me, my husband and my sister have ever stayed. Starting from the moment we checked in, the hospitality and service from all staffs (including house cleaning) were outstanding and super friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly memorable. Special thanks to Willy, Dina, Edith, Kenny and many more… for all the help you gave in making us incredibly welcomed. We hope to meet you all again in our next visit at the Hotel Okura Macau.

The dedication of the housekeeping staff was evident in the immaculate attention to detail in our room. We were greeted with a fresh fruit platter at the end of each night, there were also turn down services provided every afternoon. It was the little touches that made a big difference. Hotel Okura in Macau is a gem where every aspect, from service to amenities, is carefully curated to provide an unforgettable experience. Birthday trip, birthday staycation! Super happy with the service in this hotel. They greeted me with warmth and very helpful staff. They also decorated our room for my birthday as i emailed them that i will be celebrating my birthday in their hotel and didn’t expect that much but it was so grand that i can’t help myself but giggle with happiness. They treated us super nice especially Krystal and Isagani, they even gave my daughter a teddy bear and send me a birthday cake too. Was really really happy. It was indeed a happy 31st birthday to me. Had a wonderful stay. Despite the Xmas holiday rush, the check in process was very swift. We got handed Santa hats and the kids were quite impressed with the kits handed to them. Awesome location with many shuttle buses and a huge mall downstairs. Would say one of the best hotels in Macau. A very pleasant stay and we will def return again.
