Hotel Okura Macau

Built around 15 years ago, this is a timeless classic. It’s well maintained and the rooms were recently refreshed (just a light updating so that it doesn’t feel too outdated). The rooms are really spacious, a nice gym and pool at the 29 floor. The beds are perfect for a good nights rest and of course the service is top notch. I would probably choose this hotel as a middle of the road option over the other hotels in the Galaxy area. No complaints!

I have been here for few times always have warm service from Val to me and all my friends and last time mean 29th Aug 25 i arrived hotel around midnight waiting for my friends at the lobby. lovely Sam walk in to me with a bottle of water ask me if i need some water OMG he is so attentive.🥰

It has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

It was such a pleasant stay at the Okura hotel. We were there to celebrate birthday for 2 family members. The hotel decorated the room and offered a yummy birthday cake and stuffed bears wearing kimono. The kids were so happy. They also accommodated our request to arrange a room close to elevator (literately next to it) to my father-in-law who has reduced mobility. Thomas was supper helpful and nice. There is no in-dining breakfast as the restaurant is under renovation. Would like to come back when it is re-opened.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Okura in Macau, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. The amenities provided were top-notch, adding an extra layer of luxury to our stay. Mini bar was replenished everyday and also loved that it was free. The dedication of the housekeeping staff was evident in the immaculate attention to detail in our room. We were greeted with a fresh fruit platter at the end of each night, there were also turn down services provided every afternoon. It was the little touches that made a big difference. Hotel Okura in Macau is a gem where every aspect, from service to amenities, is carefully curated to provide an unforgettable experience. This is by far the best hotel me, my husband and my sister have ever stayed. Starting from the moment we checked in, the hospitality and service from all staffs (including house cleaning) were outstanding and super friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly memorable. Special thanks to Willy, Dina, Edith, Kenny and many more… for all the help you gave in making us incredibly welcomed. Had a wonderful stay. Despite the Xmas holiday rush, the check in process was very swift. We got handed Santa hats and the kids were quite impressed with the kits handed to them. Awesome location with many shuttle buses and a huge mall downstairs. Would say one of the best hotels in Macau. A very pleasant stay and we will def return again.
