Hotel Okura Macau

It was such a pleasant stay at the Okura hotel. We were there to celebrate birthday for 2 family members. The hotel decorated the room and offered a yummy birthday cake and stuffed bears wearing kimono. The kids were so happy. They also accommodated our request to arrange a room close to elevator (literately next to it) to my father-in-law who has reduced mobility. Thomas was supper helpful and nice. There is no in-dining breakfast as the restaurant is under renovation. Would like to come back when it is re-opened.

The check in service is fast , the room is tidy and decorated with many small gift to my sons as it was my little’s son birthday. Both of us have a great time here.

This is by far the best hotel me, my husband and my sister have ever stayed. Starting from the moment we checked in, the hospitality and service from all staffs (including house cleaning) were outstanding and super friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly memorable. Special thanks to Willy, Dina, Edith, Kenny and many more… for all the help you gave in making us incredibly welcomed. Had a wonderful stay. Despite the Xmas holiday rush, the check in process was very swift. We got handed Santa hats and the kids were quite impressed with the kits handed to them. Awesome location with many shuttle buses and a huge mall downstairs. Would say one of the best hotels in Macau. A very pleasant stay and we will def return again.

Check in was fast with friendly service staffs , free daily mini bar with welcome fruit platter, chocolate and a bottle of ref wine are a nice touch. Luxury Hermes toiletries to pamper yourself with a good bath. A pity the resort deck is closed for maintenance during this time until March 2024 but there is an small indoor pool with jacuzzi on the 29 floor. Location is great within walkable distance to the food street nearby and the Light rail station. An enjoyable stay during this trip .
