Hotel Okura Macau

We had a delightful stay here. The room was decorated well and spacious. The bathroom was the highlight for me, with privacy functions and a double doored closet that can be opened from the corridor AND the inside of the bathroom. We also had a view of the swimming pool, which was nice. The location is also great; you are very close to one of the casino’s entrances.

This hotel has 11/10 service. Firstly, the food is phenomenal. Whether eating at the Japanese restaurant on the top or the in room dining.. it's all incredible. Customer service? Impeccable. We couldn't have asked for such amazing service from absolutely everyone that works there. Late at night they request everyone that enters to show a room key which adds additional feeling of security. The Laundry service? I had my suit dry cleaned in 3 different places over 3 weeks before arriving here.. and their Laundry service is not only incredibly fast, but we're able to remove all marks that I requested. Then there's the small details during room service - there's 2x room service daily. They will organise all of your belongings, including the addition of wire straps for neatness. The attention to detail that my slippers didn't fit my feet (I didn't use them) so they provided extra large ones with our requesting. They notice everything and it felt incredible to have this level of service. Oh I almost forgot to mention.. they give you plates of fruit every single day, and it's genuinely so fresh, including the Muscat grapes! (Literally ate 3-4 bunches over a week) This hotel is 100% worth every penny, and is our favourite hotel to date, anywhere in the world. We'll most certainly be back!

Built around 15 years ago, this is a timeless classic. It’s well maintained and the rooms were recently refreshed (just a light updating so that it doesn’t feel too outdated). The rooms are really spacious, a nice gym and pool at the 29 floor. The beds are perfect for a good nights rest and of course the service is top notch. I would probably choose this hotel as a middle of the road option over the other hotels in the Galaxy area. No complaints!

I have been here for few times always have warm service from Val to me and all my friends and last time mean 29th Aug 25 i arrived hotel around midnight waiting for my friends at the lobby. lovely Sam walk in to me with a bottle of water ask me if i need some water OMG he is so attentive.🥰

It has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

Clean and tidy, very spacious. Special thanks to Jaypee for being very accomadating and making our stay comfortable and worth it. Surely will comeback again next time. 👍👍

Wonderful hotel with direct access to casino. High attention to detail and friendly staff.

It was such a pleasant stay at the Okura hotel. We were there to celebrate birthday for 2 family members. The hotel decorated the room and offered a yummy birthday cake and stuffed bears wearing kimono. The kids were so happy. They also accommodated our request to arrange a room close to elevator (literately next to it) to my father-in-law who has reduced mobility. Thomas was supper helpful and nice. There is no in-dining breakfast as the restaurant is under renovation. Would like to come back when it is re-opened.
