Hotel Olid

Very disappointing. Cleanliness an issue. Lift always breaking. Breakfast buffet poor with same selection every day and dirty water glasses. Staff often rude. Few amenities in room and no drink making facilities. Lack of shelf storage in rooms. We were stuck in the lift and when they eventually rescued us there wasn't even an offer of a free drink or something.

Decent hotel, with an excellent location in the historic area of the city. ||Everything was very clean, our room was nice but with a view of a dreary side street unfortunately. Strange that absolutely amenities were provided, not even bottled water…. The mini bar was empty, and there weren’t any usb outlets anywhere in the room. ||Friendly staff at the reception who speak English and French. Wi-Fi was not working during our 1 night there

Nice people at the desk and good quality price rate. I don't think it deserves 4 stars but bed was ok, air conditioning saved my life, bathroom was good. Bad points are the door (hard to close), walls between rooms (you hear everything), empty fridge (would deserve to have a water bottle as welcome gift). I didn't take the breakfast because you can get food easily in the neighborhood.

Nice hotel with comfy rooms, although you could hear a bit of noise coming from the street. Hot water runs perfectly and cleaning service was good too. People at the front desk was kind. Location is perfect. Parking nearby is possible if you drive around a bit. Blue area parking.

Nice hotel and nice rooms but it’s not possible that in 2024 the wifi in the rooms doesn’t work. Tried to ask at the reception as well and they told me to try in the lobby of the hotel… A part from that it was a good stay but these services need to be provided nowadays in a 4 star hotel.

Good rooms and breakfast Wifi is terrible Temperature in room is very hot, and the airport isn't doing much. Some people at the bar are very helpful... Others... should really not work at all bar

Basic Room okay - but no facilities for making a hot drink. Stayed 1 night passing through Valladolid on route to Portugal and 1 night on return journey. Rooms overlook a square where about 100 youths/students gathered and shouted all night. Did not quieten down until 5am! Very little sleep. Staff not interested in the disturbance. In UK I would have called Police to move them on. Noted people still entering Nightclub at 8am when we were leaving!

Unprofessional staff at the welcoming guest who were really aggressive towards me for no reason while I was trying to get my key. The bedroom definitely is not 4 stars; it was small and old with no qualities which warrant that rating. There was only one window in the room which shows the other side of the street. Wifi is hopeless. One good thing: they do have underground parking, if you're able to park in their spots without wrecking your car. Overall, avoid this hotel if you can.
