Hotel Olympus

We arrived back in England today but I miss the Hotel already! We spent a wonderful 7 days at the Olympus Hotel. The room was comfortable, the food was very delicious and there was a huge selection! We always ate deliciously at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and kind! We will definitely go back there next year for another wonderful week!|András&Melinda

We spent a wonderful week at the hotel.The staff was nice, everyone was helpful.We got a clean, spacious room.The food was delicious, the fruits were always fresh.We had a lot of drinks(fruit juice...etc) to choose from. The desserts were varied. The hotel was quiet at night, we had a good rest.The area is quiet, we slept with the balcony door open for two nights and there was peace and quiet all night. In total we are very satisfied and we will definitely return next year. Thank you for everything🥰👋

Stayed here last week (27.7.25) with my son and best friend. After reading reviews we were very nervous about coming but I have to say I have no idea where previous people were coming from as I couldn’t fault the hotel.||Rooms- lovely, modern, very clean, air con not too noisy||Food- varied food, some cooked while you wait, all good (the chocolate mousse was to die for, if anyone from the hotel reads this please could I have the recipe)||Location- perfect, 10 minute walk to beach, away from the front so nice and quiet||Hotel- all staff were really friendly, hotel area really clean and modern, all inclusive drinks were excellent cocktails came in pint glasses :) had a choice of decaf coffees in the morning which is very unusual||Pool- nice and quiet, never struggled to get a sun lounger, couple of times were loose but nothing Major||Couldn’t fault anything really, wish I could come again now!!

Honestly, this hotel is amazing! There is a wonderful woman called Anna (I am so sorry if its not the right spelling) and she was amazing with our kids. On our last night, my step son wanted to say goodbye and see gave us all parting gifts. Anna, if you are reading this, thank you so much! I will miss you so much and I hope the kids enjoy the inflatable pool toys!||The food here is top tier. There is so much selection and there really is something for everyone.||The rooms are so clean and the cleaning staff is amazing.||The bar staff on the rooftop pool is amazing! I don't know what the guys name was but he was so kind and polite, my partner gave him a €50 tip because of how amazing he is!||Overall, this hotel is a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be staying here again!

First impressions were very good. Bar, lobby and bedroom all very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. |Half hour walk at least to new town but lots of places round the hotel to walk to. |We were never disappointed with the food, good selection and something for everyone. Drinks were good. Cocktails were very nice. Just a tip the pool has a small shallow area and then it goes very deep very quickly so if you are not a strong swimmer be aware. |Only things that were a disappointment were the pool could do with a good clean. The tiles turned our swimwear green. Also there is not enough sun beds. Most were broken, could do with an investment in more.

Rooms were perfectly adequate. Room servicing was good. They were happy to try around too lazy lads Staff were all lovely and helpful. We were all inclusive. The food was no more than adequate fresh dishes would be recycled into different meals at the next sitting. Some food did not resemble what it was supposed to be. Twice we had Thai something. Both times it was just a stew not resembling anything Thai. Things like squid ring were not rings of squid, but some sort of mush ring they may have had so e squid in it. Pasta options were fine. Desserts were usually a variety of creams piped into glasses. The salads were good though. Red, rose and white wines were pretty bad. Cocktails were extremely sugary. I usually ordered extra shots of rum or vodka just to incorporate some alcohol. The evening entertainment was pretty bad. My son and I played cards instead. The only pool was on the roof and tiny. Maybe 8-10m. Very few sunbeds and no hope of getting one in 8 days. The location was fine. About 1km to the beach. It was uphill on the return, which was kinda nice as it made us thirsty and straight into the bar.

I stayed at Hotel Olympus for 4 nights and, unfortunately, I wouldn’t return or recommend it to others. The food was extremely repetitive every day – very little variety and what was on offer was bland and uninspired. Even worse, I noticed flies constantly flying around the food, which raises serious hygiene concerns. Some cups even had lipstick stains, which shows a lack of proper cleaning standards. For an all-inclusive hotel, it's also disappointing that you have to pay extra just to use the safe in your room. This should be included in the price. Similarly, we were told towels could be borrowed with a deposit – but throughout our entire 4-day stay, towels were never available. This was very frustrating. The reception staff were unhelpful, particularly one lady who was rude and dismissive when we raised concerns. There was no effort to resolve issues or make guests feel welcome. The room itself was far from comfortable. Bed sheets were ripped, and the toilet seat was so close to the sink that it was barely usable – clearly poor room design. All in all, this hotel does not live up to the standards expected of an all-inclusive. There are much better options available in Spain – I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

We arrived late at midnight and was dropped off by our shuttle bus driver outside another hotel and was told we would need to walk the rest of the way to our hotel all we got from him was it is either up the 3rd or 4th street bearing in mind I had my 78 year old dad and my 83 year old mum with me and we had to drag out cases uphill found the hotel in the end after around 15 mins when we got to our room we was very disappointed with it was really small and dark had a fridge but nothing in it not even a bottle of water. The room had a kettle and cups on the side but nothing to make a drink with! The beds are really hard and uncomfortable pillows almost non existent. After a few days we had a leek from the air conditioning unit I went down to tell reception and they sent a maintenance guy to fix it which he did. Every day sometimes up to 3.times a day our door cards wouldn't work and needed resetting by reception staff. The lifts was really slow,small and hot. The pool area was really small and the sunbeds was broken had a long wait at the pool bar. The food was terrible was always cold by the time you got back to your table and didn't cater much for English more the Spanish. The entertainment was in much too late and also the tea time needs to be earlier as far too late. The location was not good at all for my parents we had to get a lot of taxis. Sorry but we won't be returning again this was really disappointing.
