Hotel Olympus

We booked a junior suite. Good sized room. There is a kettle but no teabags to make tea! The bed was comfortable. The cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing. Everything was just luke warm. Plenty of choice with pastries which were nice. This hotel is well worth the money for couple of nights stay. Great location. Friendly staff.

Just came back from a 4 night stay and we can’t really fault it the location is in the old town away from all the loud night life but it’s literally only 10 minutes walk so it’s quiet if you just need to relax but a short walk and your in the hustle and bustleof things we went at the end of November for my youngest daughters 21st and found that we were probably the youngest people in the entire hotel, but that was okay because everybody was so lovely the food was lovely. The only gripI had was it could’ve been hotter but I also have worked in a kitchen myself so I know that if you turn the lights up on the hot food stations it’s all gonna dry out andit won’t be as lovely there’s something for everybody nobody is going to starve being the end of November most of the people that was there were Spanish however they were all lovely very very kind and welcoming. We found it crazy that all the older people are always dancing. Or doing exercise the.drinks on the all-inclusive were really really good a nice size. The rooftop bar was not open but again it is November and winter. We thought it was funny to see people walking around in hat scarf and gloves while we were walking around in cardigans and dresses and Christmas music playing. In 19° heat a far cry from the weather in England the hotel itself was lovely and clean. The room was basic. but served its purpose and was cleaned every day and we had clean towels brought into our room every single day. It was just a really nice holiday and we will be back. Thank you very much hotel Olympus for making my daughter‘s 21st birthday so special it will be a memory that she treasures forever.

My friend and i stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people (shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy!) Staff were very accommodating and service was quick. Always a good selection for the buffet, we preferred the cold options rather than hot. Was a bit of a walk to the main strip and the old town but we were prepared for this and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel Olympus for a week and we wanted to stay for longer!||We got there at night and as son as we arrived, everybody was so so nice to us and so helpful aswell. Most of them can speak very fluent English which is lovely. Since the bar was open until 12 we stayed for a few drinks and the DJ (Ana) and the bartenders (gonzelo, angel, David, estella etc) were so nice and lively||The bedroom was an average hotel room, we had no faults with it. It was a nice room to sit to have snacks, play cards, or have a nap. ||The food was lovely! The food times are greatly spaced and the food was really nice! There’s a bit for everybody to enjoy, pizza, pasta, pastries, meat, everything!!||We got all inclusive and I think it was the best choice as we got up to the bar, get your drink, tell the bartender your room number, then you’re all until you check out. ||The beach isn’t too far from this hotel, it is a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the beach, a 20 minute to the old town, and a 30 minute walk to new town.||We had a few difficulties finding places and times for the festival week, so we asked the receptionist for help and the next minute, the guy at reception printed out a whole booklet of the time and places that were happening that week! ||Thank you hotel Olympus, see you soon

Lovely spacious room bed comfy.. thats about it to be honest.. gutted we went all inclusive the food was awful! We ate out every day. Not really catered for the english, mainly spainsh older folk who throw you dirty looks for being yourself! Enertainment rubbish- what entertainment? Again not catered for different nationalities, they cancelled karaoke to put line dancing on.. age rage 60 plus.. pool rubbish! Tiles on floor trip hazard accident waiting to happen. Very run down, chairs dirty. And the pool bar wasnt open at all meaning you had to go down 5 floors to grab a drink and take it back up in a flimsy plastic cup, wearing most of it. Staff were nice- ish! Location wise ok.. 10 min walk to beach front.. 7euro to the party strip

This hotel has everything to offer. Staff are really friendly, food selection was great. Rooms clean. It’s a little out of the way if you want to get around , up hills , but we rented a scooter , which was a god send . Pool area could do with a bit of maintenance, flooring was a bit unsteady . But in all good hotel

We spent a wonderful week at the hotel.The staff was nice, everyone was helpful.We got a clean, spacious room.The food was delicious, the fruits were always fresh.We had a lot of drinks(fruit juice...etc) to choose from. The desserts were varied. The hotel was quiet at night, we had a good rest.The area is quiet, we slept with the balcony door open for two nights and there was peace and quiet all night. In total we are very satisfied and we will definitely return next year. Thank you for everything🥰👋

Not a 4* hotel, its classification is 3* and thats questionable. not near or in the old town, in a residential neighbourhood at the top of a steep hill. false advertising of photos & description online and in reality. That place needs condemning. i will post my photos.||We arrived 1am in morning, after a transfer from airport that dropped us off outside another hotel giving us vague directions to hotel, had to push cases up hilly streets, and i have MS. A very hard task, to find not even a bottle of water in fridge, no tea, coffee etc, provided, which you do expect in 4* hotels as a normal.||To room only had a kettle with UK plug on it, and obviously EU sockets. The room was dark and dated, missing doors from wardrobe, ( photos show doors) beds old & uncomfortable and Pillows like wafers which took 2 days to get an extra 1 after chasing a few staff. Wall lights hanging off walls, dont close patio door if yr on patio, you lock yourself out! We did it, tried ringing hotel from mobile 4 times, just to be cut off, had to wait for someone to come on their balcony and after continuous calling 'is there anyone there', someone answered, so we asked them to call reception from their room, that still took another 15 mins or more for a rude housekeeper to come, unlock door turn and go, ignoring my 'excuse me' after her, still trying to get a pillow! Pool area DANGEROUS & dirty, no shade around it, only sunbeds that were falling apart and filthy, I saw 2 old ladies sit on them and they collapsed under them. The staircase up to it not suitable for people with mobility issues, & filthy & rusty, the tiled floor is broken, would cut Yr foot badly if barefoot, photos online look photoshopped compared to reality. Hotel describes itself as newly refurbished, that was in 2016!||Ceilings leaking under pool, roof looks dangerous, rubbish bins filthy and ready to slice someone's toe off with bottom metal beading sticking out near lift. 1 lift out of order half of our stay so had to wait ages to use just 1 lift. Sat on a stool outside lift that fave way under me, Half the week dirty towels were taken away but not replaced so had to ask for them, other half, & the different room cleaner was lovely no complaints about her. Food was nothing special basic like 3* expectations.||Don't believe the 5* reviews, question who writes them. believe all the negative ones because they're true. Evening entertainment aimed at spanish clientele. Staff didnt speak English except at reception, many were obvious in their disdain for the English. Hotel so far away for any nightlife & beach I had to hire a scooter which I didnt want to do when trying to hold onto my independence. Overall, the worst holiday I've ever had. Wouldn't go back for free.
