Great location and very friendly staff. Good spa and fantastic roof terrace. But they have taken the modern functionality of this "cool" hotel and the rooms to fare becoming not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. - Modern and open living concept with no door to the bathroom. - Ability to hear all the small and large sounds your partner makes on the toilet. - No sink or facilities to wash your hands near the toilet as this a at the opposite side of the hotel room approximately 6 meters away. - Very poorly insulation room with gap under door so we were woken up at 8 am by the cleaning staff and their trolleys. - Poor WIFI in the room. The poor signal kept disconnecting from our devices so often that I just used my phone. - Very hard bed.

Absolutely perfect in terms of the room, location, and staff. Few issues that take away from what is otherwise a true five-star experience: (1) Euro 5 to deliver room service; first time I see a delivery charge in a 5-star hotel... just looks bad! (2) No coffee machine in the room... annoying! And if I order a coffee I’m charged Euro 5 just for it to be delivered! (3) Limited room service menu... again unusual for 5-stars. Anyway, I would stay here again, but will bring my own coffee 😊

Great location. Friendly and attentive staff. First class breakfast. The Roca Moo (restaurant in the hotel) is a terrific choice for special occasions. And last but not least a beautiful roof deck with a great view where we enjoyed sipping Aperol Spritzes.

Loved this place as we had deal on Voyage Prive. Won't be booking with them again as better going direct to hotel!!! Staff spoke various languages and was all very helpful and pleasant. Well done. Lovely Spa, free to have a hot bubble bath and steam room. Bit too dark in there for my liking. On suite and shower in different parts of the room was odd and the lights in the room were not good. One didn't work and wasn't repaired during our stay. Room nice size and quiet despite being opposite the lift doors. Photos... Outside at night From balcony room 603 Rooftop view across to the Casa Milà Bar on the hotel roof Pool hotel roof. Not heated!

I'm not reviewing the hotel as I haven't had the chance to stay overnight but I always go to the rooftop terrace to have a few drinks and chill after a long summer day. Yes, drinks are more expensive than in a regular bar (it's a 5* hotel) but the terrace is just tremendous!!! One of the best rooftop terraces in Barcelona.

Extremely friendly service. There is nothing I could be wanting for. My room is super comfortable. I love the chill out cd in the room and the easily manipulated lighting levels. It's in a very central location. On a main road in the city close to all the shops and doors away from the Gaudi restaurant and home. Despite being on a main road, it's very quiet. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel itself is not that bad, but the service at the Roof Terrace for a 5* hotel was simply terrible. The bad points: * there was a total of 10 people in the whole terrace including us. We had to wait 15mins to get the menu (there was 5 people "working" at the bar) * guy brought two menus and asked if we wanted something to drink. As soon as i asked for a green tea, the guy took the menu from my girlfriend and didn't even asked her if she wants something. * ordered 18 set sushi (they weren't that bad) * after eating the sushi, were waiting for an hour to see if anyone would come up, as we wanted to drink an orange juice. Gave up waiting and simply went to order it at the bar (as the guys at the bar was randomly chatting with each other). * another point: waitress should learn how to handle the glass as they were grabbing the top of the glass with their hands, the point where you put your lips to drink it (we noticed they done the same for other people who were ordering wine etc.) * SHOCKING the price for a small cup of tea (they brought a black and not green tea) is 8 EUROS! this is the most expensive tea i ever had in my life! small cup of water with the ordinary tea bag in it! small glass of orange juice 6 EUROS because of terrible service and way overpriced prices i would never go there again, friends of mine wanted to visit the place but will tell them to stay away. There are many other hotels with the wonderful rooftops and far better service/prices

We spent my 30th birthday there and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel to such a special occasion. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Right at the begining they gave us a welcome drink in the bar at the rooftop where there is a nice pool and we could see Casa Milá. The rooms are nice, modern and comfortable. Location is perfect. Also, other nice treats were given to us because of my birthday, which I consider very thoughtful of them. I have been in other 5 star hotel and didn't get such special attention. Thank you, omm hotel.

Yelp
Great hotel. This hotel is located in the perfect spot to shopping the hop on hop of bus and a quick commute to everything in the city. The staff is one of the best of any property I've ever been to and I generally do about 70 to 80 nights a year. The one stand out was Marcela she was fantastic and extremely helpful from restaurant recommendations to booking reservations. Marcela is hands down one of the best employees at the property. Thank you everyone at Sir Victor Barcelona.

Yelp
Hotel @ L'Eixample, Barcelona Spain The location is great, near to a lot of restaurants and high end shops and very close to Casa Mila and Casa Batllo. I couldn't get in touch with them when I was in U.S. for an early check in so I had to call the Marriott elite reservation line. The room was small and shower area didn't have a door to the bedroom so it was noisy when using the sink. There was one switch to lit the whole bedroom and couldn't find the switch to a lamp besides the sink. Their spa is very small. The Porter restaurant and the bar down stair and rooftop bar are very spacious. The hotel is part of the Sircle collection hotels located in Amsterdam, Germany and other European countries. The front desk people were kind and polite and the hotel is located at very nice neighborhood of the Barcelona but quite expensive.

Yelp
This has been one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Everyone is extremely outgoing and kind. The front desk and concierge were always very helpful. This included anything from simple suggestions to helping secure tickets for anything in the city. The rooms were very nice and had quality materials / linens. Of course the rooftop bar is a highlight with views of Sagrada Familia and Casa Mila. Location is perfect with walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and Gaudi sites. There is also a metro stop across the street that makes easy access possible to almost any place in the city. La Rambla is only a few stops away, so walking or riding is super easy. We had impeccable service from the house keepers too. Turn down service was tremendous and we never needed to ask for anything. Whether it was the front desk, house keepers, restaurant, bar, or concierge, everyone makes you feel special here. I hope I get to stay here again some day. Special shout out to Marc at the front desk!!

Yelp
We stayed at the Sir Victor and had an amazing stay with wonderful customer service. The rooftop pool had a wonderful view of Gaudi's Sagrada Familia across town and Casa Mila right next door. The roof bar was lively each night, serving wonderful Iberico and passion fruit drinks, with a great social scene. The rooms were comfortable, stylish, and very modern. Most importantly, the front desk staff was outstanding in their service. We were able to change reservations with no hassle, the front desk booked us anything we wanted to do, brought anything we asked for to our room fast, and were just all around friendly. Thank you for a great stay! Especially after the bad experience we had with Iberostar Selection Paseo de Gracia down the street.

Yelp
Beautiful rooftop bar with a view of the Gaudi house nearby. The lobby was modern, beautiful and has great ambience.

Yelp
This is such a modern and unique hotel. It's definitely in a nice part of town and is walking distance to a lot of good shopping and sites. The hotel rooftop views are spectacular with a clear look at Gaudi's works of art at Casa Mila. The rooms are spacious and sleek. With floor to ceiling windows, there is plenty of natural light that shines through during the day. The shutters to these windows are controlled electronically and the music system in the room gives the room a cool vibe. The hallways on the room floors are dark with minimal light to guide you to your room. The Michilin star restaurant at the hotel definitely draws in crowds in the evening. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay!

Yelp
Excellent! Greeted upon arrival, escorted to room and given a detailed room run down. Bar has great drinks, friendly efficient staff. So far very happy and impressed! Rooms are great as well. Modernize with class.

Yelp
Hotel which offers a beautiful combination between architecture, pure and zen interiordesign, warm spaces. A hotel where everything seems fluid and spacious. A restaurant with delicious dishes and and beautiful presentation as well. Japanese inspiration and mixture of new and molecular cooking. If you do not sleep in the hotel, reserve a table for dinner it is delicious. A beautiful image of new Barcelona.

Yelp
Very nice boutique hotel located in the high end shopping area of Calle Gracia. The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. Fresh Towels are replaced at least twice a day and bottles of water are replenished during the maid service and when they turn down your bed in the evening. There is also a one star Michelin rated restaurant in the hotel; Roca Moo. A good luxurious stay. Definitely worth the five stars.

Yelp
You want to have a nice dinner and cocktail. This is the place to come. Pricey. But worth a nice Saturday night. Live music at the lounge. Lounge is sexy and cozy. After 12am the club downstairs opens. Music is disco highlights. Loads of fun.

Yelp
One of the coolest design hotels I have ever seen. Combined with the trendy resturant "moo" and with a fantastic bar at the top of the hotel with a great view and a beautiful pool. Hotel is based in the shopping area of the city. If you prefer a design hotel at the beach, go to the Arts hotel. But Arts is more expensive.

Yelp
Ive only been at the bar, but this hotel is NOT on the beach. But it is still nicely located and trendy.

Yelp
A great place for working on the go. Quiet but still with a buzzing happening atmosphere. Very friendly staff and decent prices. The piece de la resistance however are the amazing couches that are so comfy I wont ridicule you if you fall asleep with your MacBook Air in your lap.

Yelp
Interesting hotel room. A projector for a tv but also a closet door that doubles as a space for a toilet? Is this the future of hotels? I liked this hotel, but didn't love it as there was a lot to take in! Great views from the deck though and very helpful staff.

Yelp
This is an excellent hotel. We were treated like family. We had delicious meals. Everyone that works here was incredibly nice and helpful. I know saying everyone is generalizing, but everyone was kind and had a smile on their face and were so happy to help us and extend themselves for us. The rooms were big and very clean

Yelp
I came to Hotel Omm with the intention of going straight to the Ommsession Club to get a little dose of something more upscale than the horrid Dow Jones (review to come) I was forced to go to with a large group of Americans. After a friend and I had broken away we made our way into this beautiful building and decided to postpone our trip downstairs in favor of having a drink in the posh, buzzy lobby bar. I had a gin and tonic and my friend ordered a caipirinha, both of which were delicious, and we grabbed a table and enjoyed the architecture and design of this beautiful space. The crowd was decidedly sophisticated and quite a bit older than we are (most of the patrons were late thirties or early forties) but nonetheless before long we had made a couple of fun new friends and made our way downstairs to the "club". The music was hilarious; all "throwbacks" to Michael Jackson, Mo-Town and more (though less ironic and nostalgic and more out of genuine love) and the attitude was entirely unpretentious, especially for a rather expensive, trendy hotel. At about three thirty we popped back up the stairs to find another place to go but ended up meeting the bar's DJ and a bartender who were closing out and spent the next hour or so chatting in Spanish about Barcelona culture, trends and nightlife. I definitely enjoyed the design, the drinks and the dancing and it's a fun spot to check out if you're looking for a relatively relaxed atmosphere in comparison to the rest of Barcelona's club scene.
