Hotel On The Rock by Prasanthi

I chose this hotel over the one nearby because for the same price one has a gym and a swimming pool to use. The hotel is not new and the facilities are somehow worn out. I like the people and the location. I think for the price it is worth it. It is not so quiet but it is ok.

The hotel is right on the city centre. You need to get a room with the Seaview and the scenery in the morning is beautiful. The service is slow at times but overall is acceptable. It is easy to get a taxi to the airport from there. I will stay here again.

II can really not understand why this hotel is offered in the portfolio of trip.com. The category 4 stars is a big lie. This hotel should be deleted because it is not useable as a normal hotel. When trip.com offered the other hotel in the category 4 stars in the same dirty and old conditions then I must look for another company. Look at the following lictures which shows a small sample of the dirty condition of the rented deluxe room!

The staff receptionist is horrible hardly smile and they always on their phone lol, and the staff in the breakfast area is disaster the food for breakfast is horrible only 2 or 3 menu and they never refill fast the food the portion for buffet is so little not worth it to pay more for breakfast|The lady making the eggs in the morning also hardly smile over all the service is terrible even the staff stand near to buffet not helpful at all|The room is very big good view but the bathroom needs to deep clean the bathroom is dirty discolor and moldy

The hotel was nice but I felt abit far from the city center. But still recommended!

The rooms were clean the water pressure was good the shower was hot the service was good but the only bad thing about this hotel is the dirty pool and slow internet

Water was coming out of the electric kettle whilst it was boiling water. AC took too long to cool down the bedroom. Breakfast was exceptionally poor. Bedroom and the restaurant balcony had a nice view over the ocean. Masseuse was readily available to give in-room massage. Room quality did not justify the price.

We are disappointed. The superior Room we booked, was not clean. There was blood on the bed and the bed was dirty. The most rooms are in front of the street. It was not possible to sleep because it was so loud. The most unbelievable was the AC, it smelled like mold and we had breathing problems. Also it is a family hotel. The pool is most of the times full of kids. Don’t stay here longer then one night.
