Hotel Once Bangkok

An absolutely fantastic stay! The customer service here is top-notch. A special shout-out to the lady who checked us in, she was so kind and provided wonderful hospitality. We were even lucky enough to get a free upgrade to the Jacuzzi Executive Room! The hotel is spotless and well-maintained. We loved the restaurant, the food was delicious and the night view of the Chao Phraya River is breathtaking. Plus, the location is super convenient for public transport. Highly recommend!

Hotel Once Bangkok, is a "Real Gem", on arrival we were greeted by a lovely young lady who checked us in promptly and gave us a warm welcome.Our luggage was taken to our beautiful room, which exceeded our expectations.The air conditioning was pretty silent and extremely effective. There was a superking bed which was so so comfortable. Lots of complimentary water and coffees were automatically supplied each day when they serviced the rooms. The breakfast, was served on the top floor, the setting being spotlessly clean, and inviting with a tranquil ambience. The service was excellent, always friendly and on hand without being intrusive, nothing was too much trouble. The drinks were made by the best barista, and were such a delight ! A beautiful continental breakfast was supplied, which included: cooled juices, fresh fruits, various cereals, dried fruits, yogurts, salads, breads and pastries etc.It also included an a la carte menu with cooked to order dishes: all types of eggs, american breakfast, various rice dishes with chicken, pork.shrimp etc. All of these dishes were served with garnishes and were delightful. This epitomises a luxury boutique hotel !

We stumbled upon Hotel Once while looking for accommodations near the riverfront in Bangkok. What a happy surprise! This elegant property with very spacious rooms was a perfect fit for us. Forget the behemoth hotels- this hotel has impeccable and warm service, well-designed, beautiful rooms, a terrific rooftop restaurant, laundry service across the street, and is centrally located. This will be where we stay whenever we are in Thailand. Thank you, excellent, helpful, friendly front desk and everyone at Hotel Once!

We were able to book a deluxe room. The room is big, the bathroom is lovely and all in all very comfortable. The bath is a bonus! The breakfast was delicious- we had scrambled eggs and eggs benedict. Very tasty. Service excellent. There was a lively view of the river from our table.

This hotel lived up to the great reviews. Staff who do everything to make your stay a pleasure. Lovely large clean rooms with great bathroom. Bed 7 feet wide, air conditioning that is very responsive and does not blow on you. The top not restaurant on the roof where breakfast is served indoors or out has good food and the included buffet breakfast also has your eggs cooked to order. The was a function on saturday night but we could hear nothing in our room. It is a 6 minute walk to the asiatica tourist night market for a little fun. We also had no problem walking the 15 mins to Sathorn pier for tourist boat. The canal tour offered there was also great fun in brand new boat for 700 baht. We have stayed a Ramada riverside twice and this was much better.

Nice and close to Asiatique - only walking distance- which was perfect. Nice hotel - rooms are good size. The pool was very strange- more like a large fish tank than anything else - but otherwise my stay here was fine. There is a rooftop bar which was good to sit in.

My husband and I were in the Executive Jacuzzi Suite. It looked just like the photos. The rooftop bar was nice, and we sat outside there every night and got a nice view of the city. The river isn't as close as I thought, but it can be seen from the rooftop. The staff were very nice and helpful. One night, when we were sitting outside, one of the staff members brought us outdoor cushions and pillows for the chairs (they put away after hours). The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. Overall, a nice hotel.

Loved our stay at Hotel Once Bangkok! The Executive Jacuzzi room was gorgeous! The arch window and chandelier hanging right above the jacuzzi made it feel so unique and romantic. Spacious and clean. The location is convenient — just about ten minutes walk to Asiatique.The rooftop has a cozy vibe at night — perfect for chilling watching the river from a distance. Special shoutout to Mr. Gong who welcomed us during checked in late in the evening. Excellent service. All staff as well, everyone was so friendly and genuinely helpful. Only tiny downside: the corridor faces nearby apartments, so not much of a view there — but honestly, once you’re inside the room, you won’t even care. The jacuzzi steals the show anyway! ❤️
