Hotel One Shot Colón

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient for exploring the city. However, our stay had several drawbacks. The doors in the rooms close extremely loudly, which creates a lot of noise and can be quite disturbing, especially at night. In addition, the staff in the restaurant were not very polite, which made the experience less pleasant. Another inconvenience is that the hotel does not have a dedicated luggage storage room. Overall, while the location is great, these issues significantly affected the comfort of the stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was basic but good, with fresh products every morning. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We asked to change our room because it was too warm, and they changed it immediately without any hesitation, which we really appreciated. The location is central and perfect, close to shops, the metro, and many restaurants. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Overall, a great stay and a hotel I would recommend.

I stayed here for 4 nights and this was a very nice hotel right in the middle of the city center. Location is perfect, with all the bars, restaurants and shops around every corner. Also just 2 minutes from the metrostation Colon which connects you directly to the airport and all other parts of the city. ||On our second morning we didn't have any water. But this was resolved after about an hour. There is free wifi which works fine. The beds are very comfy and the airco cools the room for a good nights sleep. I defintitely recommend this hotel for a city trip in Valencia. Great value for money.

A fairly new hotel situated right in the center only a 5 min walk from the main square, rooms a modern, charging points on both sides of the bed, which was big 😀 and very comfortable, slept really good, bathroom is sleek, with a great powerful rain shower, just the thing to wake you up Staff are very friendly and great with advice on what to do and where to go, great experience and I would return here Highly recommended

I had some issues with the payment for this hotel. I chose the option to provide a guarantee by credit card and pay during our stay. However I then received demands in the weeks before our stay for payment with little notice to comply, such that one booking was cancelled and I had to rebook. Had I known this would happen I would have just chosen the pay-now option at the beginning to avoid the hassle.||Otherwise the hotel is located in the centre of Valencia. Entry is not very well signposted. The staff are professional, helpful and speak English well. Wifi works well throughout the hotel.||Rooms are accessed via stairs or a small lift. Rooms are a little cramped, particularly with only a narrow gap between bed and TV. The bed is firm. Aircon works well. Accessories provided include fridge and safe. No kettle, tea or coffee. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The bathroom-toilet is spacious and modern.||Breakfast is provided on the second floor. Both Spanish and International options are available.||Parking is provided at a parking garage 100m from the hotel at a slight discount.

Lovely location and staff, room is big and nice showers but little things like ac not working and the bathroom door always hitting the toilet are a bit of a bummer and easy fixes!

Our Booking.com reservation confirmed we could check-in early (between 13:00-14:00), as normal check-in is from 14:00… upon arrival we were told that our room would not be ready until around 15:00 but we were able to leave our luggage with the hotel whilst we went exploring. The room was beautiful, but there is a bit of a damp smell to if, not sure if it’s the AC or not. Breakfast is basic but delicious. The bed is SOOOOOO comfortable!!!

We stayed here 4 nights recently. On the morning we were leaving the cleaner entered the room while we were still in the room, she did not knock on the door or give any notice, she just walked in. This to me was totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour which spoiled our week really as we were not entirely happy with the hotel. I had informed the receptionist of this before leaving. We paid extra for the balcony room to have some outside space and the balcony was small, just enough space for 2 people and small table and chairs. The balcony furniture was grubby and needs replaced. The room itself was small, the bed was comfortable, again the furniture is grubby and needs replaced. The bathroom and shower were fine, again there was a line of old adhesive running along side the inside of the shower which made it look dirty. The room was relatively clean when we arrived but after 4 days the floors were not brushed or mopped, the balcony wasnt cleaned. We did get fresh towels every day and the bed was made but they didn't clean the room.
