Hotel One Shot Conde Torrejón

Surprised about the overall rating. Biggest red flags: noise & parking. The room itself was beautiful though very small and the location is great, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The room was on the first floor and extremely dark because we had to keep the window closed at all times to avoid being seen by people constantly passing by. It was also very loud. The mattress was far too soft and uncomfortable. The staff were not very helpful either — they didn’t even know where the closest elevator to our room was, we crossed the whole hotel with two luggages. In the end, the room was only accessible by stairs, both up and down, which was very inconvenient. Parking was another big issue. We had to pay 70 euros for two nights in a car park over 10 minutes walk away because the hotel site did not mention that only very small cars are possible to be parked there. We have booked this hotel because they had a parking! Our car is medium-sized, not a family car at all, yet it was still a problem and we needed to find some place elsewhere: super expensive and not easily accesible (super narrow place & the way there through the full city). Overall, the only positive aspects of the hotel were the design of the room and the location. For these reasons, I can only give two stars.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel One Shot Conde Torrejón. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit, which really made a difference. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the hotel’s location was excellent for exploring Sevilla. There were, however, a couple of downsides. Being on the ground floor and facing the street meant that noise from outside was noticeable, especially at night. This isn’t the hotel’s fault it’s simply part of the location but it’s worth noting for light sleepers. Breakfast was served by very friendly staff, and the coffee was excellent, but the overall variety of the buffet felt limited. Despite these small issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm service and stylish atmosphere the hotel offers. We would definitely recommend it

We stayed in a ground-floor room overlooking the courtyard. The room was a very adequate size. The rooms were very clean. The hotel's interior design blends modern architecture with authentic ceramics. The reception staff were very kind. It was our first time in Seville, and the receptionist explained the city to us using a map. She recommended nice, non-touristy restaurants where we could enjoy local cuisine. The hotel's location is excellent for dining and hanging out in the evening. The hotel has a Michelin-recommended Chef restaurant Lalola. There are also tapas bars a few minutes' walk away. The prices are also very reasonable, unlike in Santa Cruz. However, it's a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, and there aren't any buses going that way. Also, my overall impression of the old town wasn't very good. Despite the narrow streets, the lighting isn't very good on evenings. We encountered homeless and madman. We didn't experience any bad incidents, but it was worrying.

What a truly lovely hotel. It is stylish and clean, quirky in design and architecture. We really appreciated the situation, just off the really busy areas but walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was quite petite but benefited from a huge balcony (a tad chilly in November!). We stayed for four nights but the wardrobe and storage facilities in the room were better suited to one person staying one night. We had to store one of our suitcases on the balcony and the other we couldn't really unpack as there was no space for anything.||The other thing to note is that this is not a hotel where you can get a drink or coffee unless the on-site restaurant is open. We often wanted to have a drink before going out but we couldn't. Also the coffee provided in the room not of the standard you'd expect from this quality hotel.

We stayed at One Shot Seville this week for a mini-break and absolutely loved the hotel - which as review suggest is a 15-minute (pleasant) walk into the old center. The local area to the hotel is very nice with good tapas bars in the nearby square. The room (we opted for executive) was absolutely fantastic - when we walked in the room we genuinely gasped with delight - with a vaulted ceiling and excellent decor, clean and well serviced. The hotel is generally very clean and fresh. The rooftop pool is superb, at times we had it all to ourselves which is a real luxury - reading previous reviews about quantity of sunbeds; there were plenty, so I think that issue has now been sorted. The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was pleasant. Breakfast was very good, my only very minor criticism would be the time/and general service set up of the breakfast (not the most efficient process so be wary if time is not on your side); but it is lovely breakfast and standard of service itself was very pleasant. A highly recommended hotel, I hope to go back one day!

Had a great stay, very comfortable room with a private rooftop terrace. Excellent location, we could walk to many monuments and attractions easily. Friendly, helpful staff attended to anything we needed. I recommend this hotel, and will stay there again myself.

I had an excellent experience at Hotel One Shot Conde Torrejón! Everything was perfect — modern and very clean rooms, friendly and professional staff, delicious and varied breakfast, and an ideal location for exploring the center of Seville. The service was flawless in every aspect. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a beautiful area that we loved a lot! The room is small and clean, but has everything that’s needed. The rooftop pool was really amazing, as well as the super kind staff. We heard absolutely no noises from the streets.
