Very nice hotel. The building is beautiful and the rooms are also beautifully decorated to create a cosy atmosphere. The shower is huge and there is not shortage of anything. Complimentary coffe and tea in the rooms. There's is a nice wardrobe, a minibar and a safe for your valuables. Cleaning daily or as desired. The staff is courteous and helpful. They even offer umbrellas when it rains. The location is good and within walking distance to the heart of town. There is also a Subway station right outside the door. Highly recommended a great value.

Extraordinarily dark, almost brutal interior decor, quashed any sense of joy or welcome. Cramped reception/foyer area. My room was particularly small and yet had one and a half entirely black walls, an almost wine wall, a monstrosity of a bedhead with curving wings and full length, hideous, dark curtains. The bathroom was lovely and delightfully bright and calming in comparison. The tiny fridge was difficult to access because of being located in a wardrobe whose door could not open fully. The bar area (accessed via steps as I recall) continued the dark theme and just didn't seem clean enough with candle wax on adjacent surfaces. Electric candles on the walls and fabric-upholstered seats need a clean. Possible that the decor here was trying to achieve a "distressed" vibe. Whether Intended or not, this was the strong impression. Very limited range of beverages available. Lastly, €200 per night was absolutely excessive for this experience. Very pleasant staff but I was delighted to leave. Access to the Metro (especially the Blue, #1 line) immediately outside the hotel

Awesome stay. The people leaving negative comments are entitled snobs, this place is great. Staff was very nice, the room was clean and very spacious. Beds are super comfortable, noise level from the city is almost non existent. Location is also perfect, you're two steps away from the metro. Decor is all beautiful. We'll be back in Madrid and this is the place we'll be looking for again.

We checked in hours ago and have 2 nights left but we’re already thrilled with this hotel. The room is spacious and modern with a good view of the street. The noise level from the street is minimal, if any. There’s 2 toothbrushes and toothpaste waiting on your arrival- perfect for a long train ride here. & there is a shaving kit incase you forgot one at home. The reception staff was amazing and had great suggestions on things to do nearby. We’re glad we chose this hotel and hope others do too.

Grace (the manager) and José were AMAZING in helping me through a very difficult situation during my stay. World class customer service and empathy. They were patience and attentive to my every need. I will stay there again for no other than reason than their level of care. ||The location is unbeatable, walking to some of the best shopping and bars/restaurants in the city. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay.||Thank you guys so much!

Google
I am really amazed that this is a 4 star hotel. It really should be 3 star. The staff are nice enough. The breakfast was terrible. The rooms were dirty and not finished nicely - lots of scrapes and scuffs and a bad paint job. The location has not much of an stomosphere but is a short walk to somewhere nice.

This is a really nice hotel and we enjoyed staying here! The bathroom was very large and the room was quiet at night with AC/heat in place to make it comfortable.

Google
Horrible experience! There were kids running all over the hotel stairs and floors, I complained to the staff and they didn't do anything to solve the problem, I had to personaly address the parents and ask them to educate their children. Probably there are only two staff to check the whole hotel during the night, worst hotel experience in my life, and it's rated 4 stars...

Yelp
Hip, clean, cool, and modern... After a rather disappointing hotel experience in Barcelona, I didn't know what to expect in Madrid. This little gem did NOT disappoint. Our room had a great view of Calle Luchana, and a little balcony that you can step out to... take some pictures. (There really wasn't room for much else.) The greatest thing about this hotel is that it is DIRECTLY in front of a subway stop. You get off the subway, walk up the stairs, and there's the hotel. After long days of sightseeing, touring, walking, walking, walking... it's a happy moment when you get off the subway and you're already back at your hotel.

Yelp
Stayed here for 5 nights in April for the Rock-N-Roll marathon events. This hotel has free breakfast in the morning (as most hotels here do). We upgraded our room to a balcony room which was awesome, because the building is on a corner and the balconies are wraparound so you can walk all the way around the distance of your room. The price was right and the location was within walking distance of a LOT of restaurants and a couple of nightclubs (sala clamores is one of them which I also recommend). It's also only a 20 minute walk to Calle Gran Via which is a very busy street for shopping, shows, etc. Also, there is a Madrid-Metro entry right at the Hotel's entrance so getting around longer distances is quite easy. About a 30 min train ride, if that, to and from the Airport.
