Good location in the historic centre but was still quiet. Rooms large. Nice plunge pool on the roof. Only negative the very large shower in our room was black glass and you could still see through it slightly, so if people are self conscious or reserved they might have an issue. Suggest that hotel fits a pull down blind on outside of cubicle that people could use

The room looks nice at first glance, but if you stay here, it’s a different story. Do you have a sink in the room instead of the bathroom? Sorry, no. The toilet is separate (yes, just a toilet there! Mine wasn’t working properly 🤣), and the shower is separate too, so your sink is actually in the room, which is a bit weird. The location is great, right in the city center, close to all the restaurants, pubs, and shops. There’s also a supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy everything you need, don’t overpay for things in the hotel. The reception staff is really helpful. They do their best to take care of you, answer all your questions, and assist with anything you need. The reception is definitely the best part of the hotel! They sorted everything out for me without any problems. However, the hotel walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything, almost as if you’re outside. I had a terrible night’s sleep because of this! As for the breakfast, just don’t bother. Trust me, it’s much better to go somewhere else, you’ll enjoy it much more. I paid for three days of breakfast, but after the first day, I never went back. If you do decide to have breakfast, smell all the juices before you try them, none of them were fresh, and one was even off. I ended up with a stomach issue. The hotel arranged a taxi for me, but the taxi never showed up… What a joke! Taxis in Valencia are unreliable, and the best app, FreeNow, is a joke too. Where’s Uber when you need it? Would I stay here again? Easy answer … I pay around £700 for 3 nights…

Nice clean hotel within walking distance to many of the to main attractions. Lovely rooms. Helpful staff. Nice pool but not enough chairs to accomodate guests poolside. Plenty of good restaurants in the surrounding areas. Good value for money

Hotel One Shot Metcat 09 had superior customer service. Both the staff at reception and housekeeping were excellent! The rooms are fantastic - a contemporary chic design, very comfortable beds, lots of fluffy pillows, and squeaky clean. The rooftop pool is a big plus and the location is unbeatable if you’re looking to stay in the city center. You’re a 15min or less walk from all the main sites and attractions in Ciutat Vella. I found it to be good value and again, the service was the best I’ve had in Spain thus far ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very central, quiet hotel. Only 3 minutes from the Central Market and a couple of minutes more to the Cathedral. Guy on reception (sorry didn't get his name but wore a smart bow tie!) was great and helped with our queries plus arranged a "picnic" breakfast bag for us as we were leaving before restaurant opened for breakfast. On that note breakfast was good, plenty of options.|Would recommend for a short stay.

The staff are excellent and friendly, the location is good. That is the only reason it doesn't get 1 star.|The rooms are a design nightmare! The shower is in the room with no privacy whatsoever, so your partner/ room mate can watch you shower, lots of blank, the wash basin is in the bedroom not the bathroom, and a layout which meant if someone opened the sliding wardrobe door, the other person couldn’t use the basin.|The breakfast is the worst I HAVE EVER HAD.|You sit on a long table that you share with others, just like being in school!!!|The selection of food was abysmal, old fruit, hard eggs, bread that had just been defrosted, they are a 5 minute walk from one of the best food markets in Europe, surely they could buy fresh produce from there.|The atmosphere was like a morgue. On our last day we went out for breakfast, even though it was included in or tariff.|First thing in the morning the corridors smelt of overflowing drains, the human kind.|We will not return.

The hotel fluctuates from bottom grades to top grades and therefore ends up with an average of 3 in the overall assessment.||Top grade 5 for||- the room was large. Amazing bed. The daily cleaning fantastic. Valencia is hot in the summet. A/C works. ||- The staff. They smiled and greeted and were very helpful. Speaks English and other languages. ||- The location is fantastic. You can walk to must of the attractions. Like 15 minuts to Ruzafa area and 35 minuts to the city of science and Art. If you wanna bike its easy in Valencia. And lots of bike rental shops close to the hotel. To the beach you need a bike or take a taxi. ||Grade 1 for ||- the pool. Its not a pool. Maybe a large bathtub. And you are only allowed to be 5 persons at the pool area. Not that the guests respected that. ||You are supposed to book an appointment at the reception if you want to use the pool area. But there were always more than 5 guests, so it made no sense to book an appointment.||Grade 2 for||- The breakfast. We love breakfast. And here we were just disappointed. The selection is small, and you cannot order, for example, an omelet. The juice is not freshly squeezed and you can only get a black coffee.||The tortilla was good and homemade. |And is the reason why the grade is 2 and not 1. ||- The shower. There is problems with the hot and cold water. Suddenly it changed from hot to cold. That is really bad.||With small improvements and information on the website about the small roof top pool, the hotel can quickly become a favorite for tourists in Valencia.||Hasta luego.

Best City Hotel I have stayed in. Beautiful hotel on a quiet street, just off the main square. Excellent customer service from all the staff - went above and beyond at all times. Big bedroom, so cool and comfortable in the heat. Rooftop pool and relaxation area was an added bonus in the heat. As the area is small, it had to be booked at reception daily, worked really well and always able to get time we wanted.|Will return to this hotel, highly recommend.
